Location: ADNOC 926 Al Yasat (Najda st beside al raha hospital) Petrol Attendant name: HISHAM I asked the guy to make FULL -SPECIAL-CARD, When the pumped stopped i go out of my car and tell to make it more full. And rudely he pump it roughly so the petrol spill out ( he should know that it should be done carefully because of the pressure) and i said that be carefull and make it slowly. But he said no its full thats why it is like that. Then he pump again roughly again it spills, for me no problem i can do it by myself . I can make it, but he dont want to give the pump. I asked for a rug to wipe the petrol in my car but he said he dont have. But the good guy came (cleaner, not sure) and he said he will do it. I am a regular customer of this station (specifically) first time i have this guy which is rude, if he dont feel to do it is better not to do it at all. I hope it will never happen again neither to others.

Rasheed (The third shift supervisor) has no manners and is leading the team in the third shift by setting a bad example for his team. There is no policy posted at the check out counter regarding refund or exchange. There is no implementation of rules, staff's tone varies based on what nationality they are dealing with. Arguing with customers with no patience to hear out what the customer has to say. With such basic customer service skills missing from the team, I don't know how they're representing ADNOC. I highly suggest to run authenticity checks on the competency and experience of the team before they represent ADNOC at a busy gas station.

Pls cancel the eGas card and its awful renewal process. Terrible. Staff are good but annual renewal process is very stupid. Like, I have a card with balance but expires 2 yrs ago. They ask you to renew for 1st year, pay fees and come back after 3 days to renew for the aecond year and pay fees again. Its not finished, you have to xome after 3 days to pay fees and renew for the current year. Why renew for past years when I was away? And why this long renewal process? Really weird. Hey, we are in 21st century and computers are so damn helpful. Wake up and improve this very annoying and unprofessional service.

Good place to grab a sandwich & coffee at fairly reasonable pricing. Plenty of snacks & beverages on offer. Staff are helpful & an additional fast food outlet is there adjacent to the station to enjoy a range of burgers n fries with prompt service & dine in facilities. Able to do a free engine oil check at the station, all in all other facilities are available for vehicle's,

ADNOC Oasis Station: Slow and Incomplete Service Every-time i visit this branch i get incredibly disappointed. The service is always slow, and there is always something missing when placing an order. It is frustrating and unprofessional.

Oasis cafe i always buy my morning coffe from here and it’s perfect. I stopped buying it from specialty cafes As it’s the same with lower prices specially with adnoc rewards. Thanks adnoc team.

This Gas ⛽️ Station Are Supper First Service - Because very Big area And Many together Besides this Gas station there is one Family Park also

Patrol station was very busy .. with slow service... Other wise ok.ok type.. if you are in hurry avoid this service station...

The service was good but the public toilet needs to be improved. Less space but its looks well spending areas.

Sometimes busy but you can find out food and snacks oulets, tyre pressure fill points,rest rooms and more.

Busy with waiting area only for 2 cars then u have to wait in the street beside it or risk a traffic jam

All adnoc Shop items are expensive Ex: 1 small water bottle is 2.50 dhs same bottle 1 dhs in baqala

The Philippino and Indian guy at ADNOC lube here are so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Fast service.. Enough for 12 cars at the same time. It contains special and Eplus petrol.

I do not recommend changing the engine oil at this station because it is adulterated oil
