We sold our home in Jefferson Park with ACME in the summer of 2023. Specifically Dominique and Courtney were our realtors. This was probably one of the best decisions we've ever made and will be forever promoters of their work. They are responsible for us selling at our dream number and removed so much friction from the process. ACME knows the area VERY well, is extremely knowledgeable and professional about the entire home selling process, the level of service is unparalleled, and they kept us in the loop the entire time. They made our home look so nice we wanted to move back in, it looked like Dwell on a budget. We ran into some extremely challenging negotiations with the buyer and their agent, a tropical storm during close, and we weren't physically present in LA as we had already moved away. Dominique and Courtney were there every step of the way, shared with us our options, and executed with grace and poise. We opted for them over two other real estate brokerages and couldn't be happier. The market is extremely complex right now, as it probably always is, and you want an A+ agent / firm that knows their stuff and has the experience, marketing, negotiations, professionalism, legal team, contractor / supplier relationships, ability to execute, etc. that allow the seller to focus on the critical issues and make decisions accordingly. I wish ACME and Dominique and Courtney were active in the area we moved, because we'd love to work with them again in the future.

We connected with Dominique through a family member, so we already had a leg up knowing what she could provide. We originally planned a meet and greet which lasted two hours. Dominique came prepared with a presentation tailored to our needs, and answered any and all questions we had. While we had been talking with a few other possible agents, we knew immediately after walking from that meeting that we wanted Dominique to find our home. We tried to give Dominique as much information on what we were looking for, but whatever we missed, she filled in the gaps. Her communication is great. She is more reachable via text than phone, but if we needed to get a hold of her, she was readily available. 35-40 houses later, we were able to find our dream home. Dominique’s instincts when it came to strategy on sending in offers was incredibly insightful, and through her networking she was able to provide information that allowed us to make a strong enough offer. She was firm in her convictions when trying to sell her thoughts, but knew when to push vs let the client decide what to do. Her instincts also showed she knew how to negotiate with the seller, and she was able to come back with terms we were happy with.
