Do not engage this contractor, insisted he’s got 30 years of experience and try’s to tell you that you need additional equipment to do the job that will be thousands extra. Was unprofessional and disclosed information to tenant best kept private. I engaged another contractor that did the work with no fuss and at a reasonable cost. Able roofing then abused my property manager for not getting the work. Very unprofessional conduct and overpriced

David did an outstanding job installing a very complex box gutter when the carpenter who was doing modifications came up against unexpected structural issues and the council would not permit the required variation to the original plan. Very professional thinking outside the box to come up with a solution that was waterproof, satisfied council and looked good. Highly recommended for guttering work at a reasonable cost.

Malik did an excellent job restoring our roof. He kept us informed about what was happening during the entire process and turned up when he said he would. He went out of his way to obtain replacement tiles and the end result is that our roof looks fantastic for a very reasonable price.
