Shoddy, badly organised and not worth the money. 1. Pick up and return. No issue and the driver was excellent 2 Arrival and introduction. The greeting took place in the gift shop with barely enough room for all to stand. Hand written paper slips told you where to be at what time. Many extras and upgrades were offered. 3.Quad biking 1hr. Otganisation waz awful with people herded about and given minimal incorrect advice on riding. Very old 250cc chinese quad bikes with numerous issues. There isnt an hour long slot you simply do two 30min trips and two safety briefings. Trip one was about 20 mins and included a ten minute rest. My quad had a drive fault that made it klunk heavilly under power. Advertised as not just following the leader but able to explore alone, that simply wasnt the case. Im a very experienced bike and quad rider and following in convoy was not what I wanted. On the second 30 minutes I got one of the newer quads. Subsequently the one I had previously broke down as did three more and on return one had clearly blown a piston as it billowed oil into the air. The leader rode standing up one handed talking into his radio constantly and never exceeded a good running pace. The stop was longer and you were urged to pay more for a pboto with a falcon. Then the slow ride back. Rules included no zig zag riding no drifting in the sand. A waste of time and money. 4. Camel ride. My allocated time had passed by the time we got back from the quads and despite being offered it later in the day I wasnt fussed. 5. Sand surfing. I really wanted to do this but againit fell short. One sand board between 100 people (for safety apparently) I got one go. You couldnt clamp into the board and the run was about 10 meters. Insufficient 6. Food. This was very nice with the table service upgrade. 7. Dancers. There were three, a light show dancer, belly dancer and fire dancer. All good 8. Star gazing. The lights were turned off to give three minutes star gazing. Three minutes is hardly enough to adjust to the darkness, however that didnt matter as they left the shop light on, a nearby prayer tower lights were on and during the three minutes several event vehicles came to the site over the dunes ruining the light further. Ambient light from nearby camps and towns failed to help. Ive done star gazing in Morocco and it was excellent, this level i can get in my own garden. 8. Off road dune bashing. Well something had to be good and this was it. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being launched up and down the dunes in a drifting 4x4. The day before they send you a message saying they will take court action if you say anything negative about them on socoal media. Well here it is, see you in court I guess but bring good evidence because I will.

The whole trip was amazing. The communication via WhatsApp was very useful as we readily got updates on pickup times and delays. The briefing is clear and concise, and the paper with your timetable of activities is very useful for keeping track of when the next activity is. The ATV rife was great, and the option for a couple to use a two-seater was welcome as we could get videos and pictures whilst on the move, an option not available for single occupants. The ATVs felt powerful and fun to drive. The camel ride was a great experience and opportunity to get pictures. The 4x4 safari ride was so fun, the driver asked if we wanted a gentle or exciting ride, we unanimously voted for the latter. The driver maintained great control whilst also riding us to the edge of our seats, literally. He also took some great photos of us. The food was pretty good, it wasn't all for my taste, but there was a good quantity of it. The shows during the food were excellent.

It was a great time had by all! We selected the all inclusive package with ATV rides, sandboarding, camel rides, dune bashing, small henna painting, hookah, BBQ and 3 shows. We were picked up from our hotel in a clean air conditioned van. Sandboarding was a new and fun experience for me. The camel ride was a first for me too and it was fun also but I thought that the ride was a little short. The biggest surprise was the dune bashing, besides not knowing that this is a thing, I didn't realize that it was included in the tour and was taken by surprise when we started coasting sideways down sand dunes. It was scary and exhilarating both at the same time. The shows were very entertaining as well. Please be aware that if you want some ethnic attire and head wraps you'll be able to purchase them there and it's reasonably priced. I would also recommend upgrading to the VIP section when you arrive as well.

(copy of my review from TripAdvisor) That was an amazing trip! The dune bashing was breathtaking, thanks to our driver Munir. He did his best to make the ride unforgettable. The ATV was also excellent, especially considering it was my first time riding a quad, and the support guys were really helpful. Reena was a great host who helped us with any questions that came up during our stay at the camp. The VIP service was definitely worth the money. I also had the chance to try different local foods, which were really tasty. Additionally, I got a nice henna design by Lady Henna, which will remind me of this amazing day for at least a few days. I will definitely recommend this tour to my friends during their stay in Dubai.

We were picked up quite late in the afternoon from the hotel, and initially, the organization was quite chaotic, as was the explanation of where we were supposed to go. The ATV ride was very short and uneventful, lasting only 2 minutes. Moreover, it took place in the dark because we were picked up late from the hotel, and we also drove through the desert in a jeep after nightfall. However, the final program was nice, and the offered experience was great.

Rasheed was our tour guide. He was an absolute legend. Well worth doing this trip out from Dubai. Hotel pickup out to the desert then ATV, camel rides, falcon photo (with a bird) and 4WD safari. Dinner follows in the evening with dancing, fire show and great weather. Such a great unique experience. Thanks Dubai

We did a private dune bashing tour with Rasheed which was awesome. That was the best part of the experience for us. He was super knowledgeable about the area and was an excellent driver. This was one of our favorite things to do while in Dubai.

Rasheed Ali was an amazing host for the safari! He made the drive through the dunes better than riding a roller coaster! Lots of fun!! The photos with the sand on the windshield should give a good indication of the fun had by all!

Excellent day out, great entertainment. The food came out really fast and there was plenty of it. A very hot day, so would recommend wearing very light clothing and keep hydrated. Customer service was outstanding.

We brought our visitors out last weekend. Drop and pickup from the city. Dune bashing, atvs, camel riding, sand boarding, and three great shows. The whole experience was incredibly well done.
