I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car mechanic. I brought my vehicle in for a repair, and to my shock, I was overcharged significantly. When I politely showed them proof of the overcharge, instead of addressing the issue professionally, they reacted unreasonably. The mechanic started screaming at me, and I was told, in no uncertain terms, not to come back.This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Overcharging and unprofessionalism have no place in a reputable business.

I WENT TO A1 Auto repairs in Glenroy. to check my car. He said it needs oil. He added up the wrongg oil Plus he did not empty the old burned oil. So the add up oil didn't go thrue cause it was blocked from the old oil. Charged me 45$. A week later my engine blew up, had to chande it and it costed me 2500$. I am boiling. Do not take your car there. I paid the money with my bank card. Means it is the right business and with proof. Very unprofessional

I needed to have my oil pan replaced. Initially Kader the owner told me the engine had been damaged and I needed a replacement. Then he found out it was just some plug unconnected probably. Turns out I didn't need to get a replacement . Honesty is not common to be found among mechanics these days. He's definitely trust worthy, and I recommend A1 auto to everyone

I called and made a time to drop off my car. Dropped it off, a few hours later I got a call with a diagnosis and a price. Told them to go ahead, picked car up next day with new breaks, new discs and a full service. They made everything easy and the price was in all honesty very reasonable. Go has been going very well since Xmas.

These Guys at A1 checked my car and within a few minutes were able to tell me what the problem was. Without doubt had the bearing seized then I would have been in serious trouble. Thank you so much to the best mechanics. Signed Helen

Misogynistic towards women, breaks things to get more money out of people, don't not go here! There are hundreds of better mechanics that will actually do the job they are paid for. If I could give negatives stars I would.
