Zero star if I could do that! Pathetic ownership, no integrity! Read more below… I will mention only the worst part, bought stuff for about £100 and they wanted 6 hours delivery window and commuted to be delivered before 2100. They neither pick up nor call to update for missed delivery. I’m sitting ducks the next day now after dialling about 20 times and guests already home! Such a useless customer focus and poor manners! Only words!!! At least a courtesy call would help customer plan any alternatives! Don’t trust these guys, there are many other prompt stores nearby to explore! Update: The delivery slot was decided by the counter and was not my demand. At least having the decency of letting the customer know the commuted time cannot be met is critical. I would have carried this myself if you had not set wrong commitments. Then leave customer in dark and not respond to calls as well!

Recently there has been a change in the management and it turned out to be a a disappointment since then. For FOUR weeks my wife came back not having "Maida". Every time she asks for it, the staff ask each other and kept on saying forgot to order. Last time they sold my wife all purpose baking flower saying it's the maida. Needless to say they are not the same things. Last night she tried to make paratah with them and they came out to be horrible dry, hard, round like uncooked somethings. My wife had to start cooking again. Coz one can not make paratha with all purpose baking flower. All this time my wife had been buying packed paratah 3 times the price of maida. Not sure why they had to do this. I am not sure if I shall go back there. I know it doesn't matter coz they will have lots of customers and will continue to do business. But I started to order online now on.

Bought a box of mangoes today from you. When we checked the box, it had some bad ones and the person had told us that they would make a new box for us, that they would remove the bad ones. But when I opened the box at home, it had rotten mangoes, atleast 4 of the 12 were extremely rotten in very bad condition. Disgusting experience and feel bad for trusting the guys to pack us a new box and remove the bad ones. How could they pack in such rotten ones!! Please please don't sell bad rotten food items. If you want to increase the price and sell quality stuff, that would be better.

As much as I'm relieved and happy to see this place. That's cz this is the only indian store in this area. Glad I'm able to get indian Groceries. The only issue is, I still feel they can have little more options and sometimes it is too much where we get lost in the store. It can be displayed better and also with the price tags. We don't need to go to the counter and ask for the prices. Should have assistance other than the cash till. Thanks

Always look out for best before dates in the packs that you buy here. Lot of them are crossed the date. In India, these are expired date and they will not sell them. These guys are exporting it to here and selling it as in UK there is no rule that products past the best before date shouldn't be sold.

Lovely little shop for the South Asian community in particular and anyone looking for international food items in general. I have been visiting this shop to buy some nostalgic items from my past and would definitely recommend it to others. The staff are also very kind and decent.

Very happy to have this Indian/asian grocery shop in the Sutton high street. Get almost everything at reasonable price and very importantly people working are very hospitable and always carry a smile . Mangoes are super sweet as well …

Very good selection of spices and cooking ingredients for Asian based cooking. I bought a box of ginger tea bags here and it's lovely tea. Also so a range of frozen foods. In fact it's a gem of a store, packed full of interesting products.

Excellent for Asian convenience shopping right in the middle of the shopping Center. Shop is well stocked with products. Good selection of fresh produce and of reasonably good quality. Found prices to be fair being in the prime location.

A delight to have a store providing fresh vegetables, snacks, frozen items etc. catering to anyone interested in the Indian cuisine, right on the Sutton high street. Friendly staff and can source things on request. Reasonable prices.

Large selection of Asian food and produce. Some products may be cheaper elsewhere if you compare the prices. I would also ask the staff if the prices of fresh produce are per kilo as sometimes it's not clearly displayed.

Very customer friendly and hospitable people. A must go place for Indian grocery in Sutton, you can get everything for daily indian cooking whatever you might need. Prices are always reliable, and always in good stock.

Usually nice polite staff the one star is for the one Eastern European (I think) lady staff member - I and some of my friends have noticed her frequently being rude to other customers like elderly south

Excellent Indian grocery place in Sutton high street. All meaningful groceries for an Indian kitchen are available. A little expensive on price but it doesn't matter for the convenience.

Helpful staff and well stocked store. Prices are a bit higher compared to tooting but a good place for fresh vegetables and especially Mangoes in season. Mangoes are reasonably priced.

Rip off. Turnips at £3.99 a kilo when asda down the road do them at £2 a kilo. Wont be visiting again. Customer service skills zero too. Avoid

The aisles are clumpsy. The products and price info do not match. Overall a bit pricy but you get all Indian grocerry available here.
