I requested a quote for a number of electrical jobs I wanted carried out at my home, some big and some small. Alex came round and we went through what I wanted and he advised me on my options. A detailed quote was then sent to me within a couple of days with a very reasonable price. The works were carried out at times and dates of my convenience. Alex was always prompt and very professional at all times.He always kept me up to date with what he was doing and checked I was happy with any changes that he had to make before doing them. Alex was extremely tidy while carrying out the works and always tidied up after he had finished. We had a water leak one evening which blew our fuse box. We contacted Alex on the off chance, and he was straight round and carried out a repair. My wife and my self were more than happy with his work and will definitely be using him again in the future for some more jobs we want done. I have used A Sparks Electrical for several electrical jobs, and every one of them has been done to a first class standard. They are fully conversant with all current regulations, are able to do all kinds of electrical work, and all their work is done to a very high standard and the area cleaned up afterwards. The most recent project was to do all the electrical wiring for a Garden Room at the bottom of the garden, including the feed along the garden, the internal junction box in the room and all sockets and lighting. Really pleased with my experience over the bank holiday weekend, I received immediate helpdesk assistance when I called, with the offer of a same day call out. I wasn't sure if I needed to call someone out at that time but by the next day it was confirmed it was needed. We used Alex to handle the electrical installation and certification of our large kitchen extension. It was a fair amount of work, and he did a brilliant job and was very professional with no fuss for any concerns or ideas we had. We were so pleased we have him handle all the bits that come up now such as an electrical socket transformer going bad, installing a new box, working with UK Power for three phase, and electric car charger. Simple replacement of bathroom fan turned out to be not so simple - when the old fan was installed some idiot had drilled through the cable.. Alex found the problem, repaired the cable, made good the wall plaster, installed new fan and left all clean & tidy.
