Since moving to Northwest Las Vegas about a year and a half ago. I looked for a neighborhood dry cleaner and found A Plus. They have provided excellent service and very professional and knowledgeable about different fabrics and stains, especially silk. I love Tommy Bahama silk shirts, and Unfortunately I am a terrible slob...forever spilling food on my shirts. They tell me what to expect upfront and, if I am unsatisfied, they will run it through again, admonishing me that it may affect the color. They know their stuff and they are family owned. This place is awful with their customer service and support. The lady kept cutting me off and basically told me she had customers and couldn't help me or assist me. GO TO OASIS CLEANERS the lady there was helpful and helped with open arms. Don't let those ratings fool you because that is exactly what happen to me. First time calling and last time I'll ever consider this place. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY PEOPLE. I work in sales and customer support and the way I was treated today 12/1/23 was not that at all that i received today.

Brought my dress in to be tailored, the turn around time was great but the new zipper was super poor quality. They told me they would call me to pick up my dress and for her to hem it; I never received a call, and had to take it back to add a strap because the dress kept flapping open after being tailored. Brought in my shoes to get the dress hemmed, and she charged me even MORE to hem it even though I paid for a full alteration. Great if you want a quick fix, but not for quality services.

It was my first time looking for a dry cleaning service. The man at the front desk was very unprofessional. I had a wedding dress and my fiancée suit. I asked for price he said, it ranges and that the one guy whom does wedding clothes was gone for the day. We were there in opening hours and he didn't have alternative options for us. So we left. He then told me bring it next week. Yeah we're the customers we shouldn't be on his time for service.

This place is the BEST!!! I absolutely appreciate the people here so much! Everything they do they do with the utmost excellence. I highly recommend their tailor services. Everything I’ve taken in to be fixed or altered was done in the most professional way and in an astoundingly short amount of time. I just moved out of state, but I will absolutely be bringing things back to them to get altered when I fly in for work! They are just THAT good!!!

I just happened to be in the area, and was wearing my work pants with a small rip in the crotch region....lol....called and spoke to them, they were able to squeeze me in and fix my pants on the spot. Dula is a fantastic and skilled seamstress and they have me as a customer for life now. Thank you very much for helping me get back to work quickly and maintain my dignity with customers not having to see a rip in my pants.

Went there a few months ago for the first time to have my military service dress dry-cleaned at the last minute and they were phenomenal with their service. I was able to get a 1 day turn-around and was super pleased with the outcome and how well their customer service was. Also, how polite/kind they were. Definitely returning soon!

I’ve left a few of my suits and shirts here. Pretty common practice for a dry cleaning place. They take your information, ask what you are looking to do, tell you your total and it’s there when they say it will be done. The customer service it good but could be great. My clothes came back clean and in good shape.

Just got my super white feather comforter from them. It was yellowish and had several spots on it when I took it in. The people who work there are very good ones! They treated the spots (you just have to point out where they are) and the comforter is shining! Thank you so much awesome work!

I bought my umpire pants in to be hem three inches and they only did 1 inch but u didn't ask for that, then they said they'll fix it. Come back three more days and they didn't have the product to fix my pants, waste of my time cause I needed them for Easter weekend.

Always friendly and great service. The cost for pant hem is $8.50. We had 2 pairs done and both were perfect length. Done on day they said (I think, 2 days). We have also had items cleaned and pressed here and they were also done to expectation. Highly recommend!

she ruined my bell bottom jeans... i think she even forgot it so when i get there had to wait for an hour,not going back there! they charged me 44 dollars for both jeans just to cut and sew and when i tried them on,she cut it so short!!! smh

I would not recommend A Plus Cleaners to anyone who cares about their clothing! I picked up my coat yesterday; when I got home and removed the plastic covering, it smelled horrible! After leaving it out in my garage all night to clear out

This place is great I needed to get my daughter's dress altered and they did an amazing job And they're very sweet and professional at this location will definitely go again thank you I put a 5 star but it keeps putting it at 4 but i put 5

Do yourself a favor and find any other one. I spent over $200 and the clothes smells worse than before I brought them in. I’m not sure what chemicals they use, but every item smells bad.

I finally found a place in Las Vegas that does quality shoe repair work. My favorite heels look like new! A+ also did a fantastic job on my comforter. Thank you.
