Honey lie, after lie, after lie!!! These people were very nice while we were shopping and everything went smooth up until the day of delivery. I was expecting them to be at my house at 1pm and the lady called me and said that they was on the way. I waited until 2 hours later to follow up and she said that they was still coming. At about 7pm I called back and the lady said that they will be out tomorrow. The delivery process was very unprofessional which left me frustrated. The manager promised that he would be delivering my furniture personally. The next day 2 guys (not the manager) came by to deliver my furniture and they were very apologetic about the situation. One of the guys goes on to mention that they tore up the original ottoman and it had to be replaced and that's what took so long. I was shocked that the lady had the nerve to lie to me continuously when all she had to do was say that, I would have completely understood. Also,the furniture did not come with the decorative pillows that were supposed to be included or anything. I give this place no stars because they have no understanding of what customer service is. Being nice is just a part of customer service, but it does not make up for horrible service. I want to buy from this place because they have good stuff from time to time but this experience is the reason I look elsewhere.

I purchased two bedroom suites a side by side stainless steel French doors refrigerator with water and ice on the door a living room suit a dinnett set a washer and dryer i even paid for a extra night stand for one of the bedroom suit i only received one night stand the refrigerator stopped working and paid. 700.00 dollars for it and it was used this was in July 2016 ..when i purchased theses it things start going wrong after 6 months..and i still haven't re the other night stand i paid for to this day..and this is March 2020

I bought furniture here for my new apartment and saved a great deal of money. They have great deals and great customer service to boot. Regina, the owner of the shop, is a delight to deal with and applies a veteran/teacher discount for those who qualify. Also, the movers are A+. They set up everything in my apartment perfectly and quickly. This is a family owned, black business, and Lord knows we need more in Texas! I guess they do not want to make money. I have called , messaged , And text for them to let me give Credit Card # so I can buy a bedroom set and pick it up by end of Thursday this week . Since I work and I Live 2 1/2 hour’s away. No one wants to deal with me I guess. Talked to one person and he was suppose to call me back but never had. I canceled my birthday trip so I could go get the Bed.

Absolutely Amazing, I heard so much about this company from a few people in houston and Atlanta so I couldn’t help but found out myself I got in contact with the owners sent them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered within a few hours I absolutely love my new couch, very professional and very knowledgeable about the funiture and quality, I would always buy from them from now on

Words cannot express how much of a UN professional place this is . They sell you furniture that's not even worth buying . I spent my hard on money on a queen size bedset that continues to break down and I have called more than 20 times they give me the same bullshit we will be out to fix it but has not even did that. Will never in my life buy from this store again.

I just took an opportunity to finally get to stop in and check out their items because I have always caught my attention and they've got great prices of the staff was really friendly and helpful and hopefully I will be going back in a day or so to pick up the item.

I sent pictures and videos, more than the screenshots included. The man gave me a price and then went back and said no to a BRAND NEW COUCH. Then argued with me about how he gave a price and then said no. It took DAYS for him to respond and renege on his offer.

I bought a bed from this place and I got a very nice and very comfortable bed for way less than I would have got Anywhere in the city! If you want more for your buck go here! I appreciate everything they did for me.
