"Wonderful experience in Chicago"
My wife and I purchased the CityPass for a weekend getaway to Chicago. Having never been here, we decided to do all the tourist traps and locals. The 360 Chicago observation deck being one of them. We passed through the check points leading to the elevator with ease and little crowds. A fast ascent up the 94 floors via elevator, and we had arrived. I must say the views did not disappoint. Amazing, breathtaking, stupendous really don't describe the view. Overwhelming might be the best way to explain it. You could see the city from what I feel was the best angle. Now that said, I can't say much abou5 the tilt experience. It isn't included with the CityPass, and at $9 extra per person, we choose not to do it. Some said it was awesome, but I can't speak firsthand. Nevertheless, I would recommend to anyone to go and take in the views. Side note: There is a bar up there, but we don't drink, so I can't give that a review other than to say it looked really nice.

Hosted a Wedding Rehearsal as the DJ on the 95th Floor Signature Room and this is breathtaking! To say this space is a top choice for any intimate event is an understatement. From amazing food, 5 star service, to unparalleled views 95 floors above the beautiful skyline; this is a one of a kind choice! Don't let the height fool you, the elevator gets you quickly to the top and upon stepping out you are introduced to views of Chicago like you've never expected. The event room was the perfect size and offered full 360 view of the skyline! Out each window a different image appears until you are gazing for off into the distance of Lake Michigan. If you can have your event at a luxurious place such as The Signature Room...you can't pass the chance to do so! As a vendor the load in from loading docks, logistics and requirements were an absolute breeze! No easier venue in the city to have a seamless and well planned out load in and setup! Highly recommend!
The Observation deck on the 94th floor is a great way to view the city of Chicago and just spend some relaxing time either in the bar or other seating areas. I went on a Wednesday morning and it was fairly quiet. I did watch people take the tilt window option and it seemed over in a flash so not sure if it was worth it. No photos allowed in this area and certainly no time for any as far as I could see. The entrance in the ground floor is a rabbit warren with lots of history on the walls as you navigate your way to the lift. I imagine this would help provide some of entertainment when there are large queues. The bar looked pleasant and, as expected, drinks are at a premium price.

Monday, October 16th '23 My group and I went up the 360 Tower at around 6.30PM to catch the sunset Luckily at that time there was no queue, which only meant that we can get up quickly and without much waiting. Still, reserving in advance is needed if you want to go at a specific time! It also seems that people who have the CHICAGO C3 or City Pass have a little short cut than those who buy a single ticket! Once we're up view was amazing! They have the TILT which was an experience that could pay 10$ extra but we it didn't seem worth it for us.

Wonderful experience in Chicago. I pre-purchased tickets through Viator for me and my son to do the 360 experience and Tilt. I was a little anxious leading up to doing the Tilt. Once I actually saw people ahead of me doing it, I felt more confident I could do it! Once the Tilt started moving I felt like I needed to hold tight to prevent myself from falling forward, but once I relaxed I was able to really take in the spectacular views! I would do this again at night. It was worth the $45.

Visiting the 360 observatory was a big highlight of our Chicago trip: it’s really good value for money, providing fantastic views of the city’s busy downtown and the lakeside areas. We could enjoy a fabuluous sunset from the tower. The “tilt” was nothing too special (I certainly wouldn’t call it a “thrill ride”) but nevertheless, was interesting to try. Plenty of restaurants, shops, bars in the area nearby.

Growing up in Chicago, we didn't play "tourist" in our own town very much. We would go to the museums, the zoo, and visit the skyscrapers once or twice. But now that I have moved away, I love to bring my family to some of my hometown highlights when we are home visiting family. I want her to know where her mom came from. It's expensive but we enjoy the experience.

Visited the Signature Bar on the 86th floor on a recent visit to Chicago. Luckily went up on a day when the visibility was fantastic. The Signature Bar is free to visit and is a great place to have a drink, have some food and watch the sunset. Staff were polite and friendly. Food and drink is fairly reasonably priced. Well worth a visit.

Beautiful 360 views! The windows facing west have a wooden staircase style seating area to watch the sunset, very nice. The bar side had lots of seating and drinks and snacks for the whole family. The goofy shop had a ton of great stuff. Husband did the Tilt, enjoyed it. We reserved 7 pm time, no wait at all to go up. Stayed up for 2.5 hours, it was that beautiful.

360 Chicago is one of the best attractions in Chicago. The tilt is a special mention and cannot be missed. Night views and sunset. If planning for more than one attraction in Chicago, try using Go City packages with explorer pass or all inclusive pass for cheaper rates. Go through their website for more details.

Incredible views from the Restaurant Level at the John Hancock Center - actual Chicago 360!! The Ladies’ Room also has an amazing view of Chicago from its huge window. It’s a free visit. So, you can go upstairs whenever. I recommend it a 100%.

We had a gorgeous, cloudless day on the playground. Great views of the water and the city. Clean bathrooms, nice cocktails and a large lovely gift shop at the bottom. Convenient located next to the water tower place and a Starbucks.

Architectural river tour was marvelous sailing through the beauty of Chicago downtown. I felt like I had larger eyes to capture those skyscrapers. They were so huge and beautifully structured.

Wonderful place! I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, we had a poor experience with the videographer at the Tilt. His attitude was not good when we visited the attraction.

What a gorgeous place to enjoy a cocktail and marvel at the beauty of Chicago. Simply breathtaking. It’s hard to get into the observation area, so plan accordingly. Make sure you visit the women’s restroom for the most amazing views with floor to ceiling windows right outside the stall. More
Fantastic views, tilt was a little less thrilling than I expected but it was still good, the bar at the top had a good selection of drinks and very friendly staff.

This is a must visit place if you are in town. Since I went on a weekday there was no wait time at all. best time to go here would be around 5pm, this way you get to see the city in daylight and post sundown. Bonus, you may also be able catch the sunset. More

If you’re in Chicago, it’s worth a visit. The bottom floor houses some additional businesses, including The Cheesecake Factory. Once you arrive on the observation deck, you can spend as much time as you like viewing 360 degree views of the
Had a great time here. The 360 view of chicago was mesmerizing. Cloud bar with a very unique ambiance. The scary part was the tilt, OMG it totally feels like your falling of 3 digits story building. Although the tilt lasted for like 5 mins
Let’s start with the bottom of the building, upon entering they have a small walkthrough museum that tells the history of neighborhoods in Chicago. As someone who loves to study neighborhood history and the changes over the years, this was
They should not be allowed to sell tickets when there is low visibility. We completely wasted almost $200 for absolutely nothing. We could not see anything at all. Complete bust they should be ashamed for doing people dirty like they did.
Formerly known as the John Hancock Center, architectural, this is one of my favorite landmark buildings in the United States. We didn't go up to the observation deck this visit, but we did get a number of great photos from street level.
Very cool place to visit though expensive at $35 per person, and that doesn’t even include a drink at the bar. The views and experience is worth it though. For a one time visit. I wouldn’t go back at those prices. More
It was a gorgeous view! We went at sunset so we saw it in the daylight and then at night as well. It is pricey for a view, but we enjoyed it. We did the Tilt, which was fun. I am glad we did it.

Wonderful place to see the city and experience a one of a kind thing. These buildings are so massive it is hard to truly understand until you go up in one.
It was an awesome view of the Chicago skyline, and the tilt was absolutely terrifying and breathtaking at the same time!
Visited Chicago 360 in this building and did the Sip tilt and see at the cloud bar...such an amazing experience More
Beautiful views and great drinks! You don't need to have a window seat, it's just as fun sitting at the bar.
Beautiful views. The "tilt" ride was surprisingly thrilling, although very brief (maybe 30 seconds?) More
360 Chicago if like heights then true the "Tilt", great views of city from the 94 floor.
The best time is visit 30 mins before sunset and enjoy the dusk and night on the Chicago
