"When Partibhan was the supervisor here, the store felt welcoming and the staff were friendly"
"Well, these convenience stores are still part of the landscape though it seems their numbers are low in the GTA compared to other brands"
"Worst 7-Eleven around! Never get food from here! Every time I order Uber eats with them the order is wrong! How is this possible? I’ve let it slide too many times without posting a review until now"
"This location only used one person for the night shift and I see him works like a good worker and recently I see another valuable truth about him"
"If you don’t have the item I am ordering from Uber eats, cancel the order instead of accepting it and then sending the wrong items I ordered 2 tubs of ice cream"
When Partibhan was the supervisor here, the store felt welcoming and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, the staff here are lacking in customer care. It appears a staff member (who drives a white Lexus), drove across the Tim Horton's lot directly to the 7-Eleven lot (which is illegal) and almost hit my 81-year-old grandmother who uses a walker for mobility. We tried to navigate around him while he continued to reverse into a parking spot which 2 staff members were waiting right beside. Perhaps he is the supervisor as they removed an orange cone and were both waiting for him to park. I looked directly at him to gain his attention and told him off multiple times. I know I shouldn't have shouted the things I did but he stopped his car after that which is what mattered. I still wanted to report this incident as I live in High Park and this 7-Eleven is surrounded by older adult retirement homes. I have loved coming to this location since I was a little girl and am disappointed with this situation. It was dangerous. We decided not to go in after this interaction.
Well, these convenience stores are still part of the landscape though it seems their numbers are low in the GTA compared to other brands. Growing up, it was the signature SLURPEE that drew my friends and I to this place. The frozen carbonated beverage trademarked at 7-Eleven “guaranteed a brain freeze” when consumed quickly! You can usually find most convenience store items when in a pinch: coffee, bread, milk, pop, canned goods, hot & frozen foods, cigarettes, lotto, things for your vehicle (...washer fluid, motor oil, anti-freeze, etc.), etc. Staff were friendly and courteous. Don’t forget that you can sign up for the 7-Eleven rewards program on your purchases. Prices are pegged to your convenience so it’s higher because you’re in a bind and need something now! Buy a SLURPEE and it won’t bother your frozen brain. Just saying!
Worst 7-Eleven around! Never get food from here! Every time I order Uber eats with them the order is wrong! How is this possible? I’ve let it slide too many times without posting a review until now. This time I ordered a slurpee and it was missing and I ordered all regular wings and they come all buffalo chicken. Why even bother looking at orders if all your staff clearly does is throw random things in a bag. It’s close enough right? Then they don’t confirm the order items before sending it off to the delivery person! How hard is it to double check? BUYER BEWARE! NEVER GRAB FROM THIS 7-ELEVEN! Advice to owner: For God’s sake implement some basic operational controls for your store. Such as maybe reconciling order items before sending them out? Pretty high risk area if you ask me.
This location only used one person for the night shift and I see him works like a good worker and recently I see another valuable truth about him. He also thinks like the owner when it comes to business. For years I have been buying the prepaid Visa from Major convenience store or gasoline stations etc. I have been told numerous times from many locations about their system is down to activate the card and seven eleven in particular seems to use that excuse (some young guys at Hasty also use as BS). The employee of this location in Bloor and Keele had activate the card that I got deny from the other locations numerous times. I hope you get what you deserve for being a employee who thinks like the owner.
If you don’t have the item I am ordering from Uber eats, cancel the order instead of accepting it and then sending the wrong items I ordered 2 tubs of ice cream. 1 was the fudge Ben and Jerry’s and the other was chocolate Häagen-Daz and they managed to mess that up and send two tubs that I didn’t order. Very weird too, as the vanilla ice cream I got wasn’t even an option to order from through the Uber eats app. If they can’t go to the freezer and properly choose 2 products I purchased i think it’s fair to say that you shouldn’t Uber eats anything from this location.
Several times in a row whenever I purchase items later in the evening @ Keele and Bloor store I'm told that there is no bags, but I can purchase a bag. Today I was forced to purchase a bag for $8??? This is a scam, and totally unacceptable. I'm going two blocks away to Raba's next time. Well I went again today July 26 at 12:15am and the store was once again not giving out bags. The customer before me was given a box. I carried 6 items, melting my chocolate bars and hurting my wrist trying to cradle six items. Well, another point of Shame for 7 Eleven!
The employees are incredibly rude and clearly have zero training. Be prepared to be given the wrong item youre asking for and have them blame you and say that you asked for it. You are all adults, learn how to take ownership Update: yesterday I went in and there was one single employee working the cash while there was a line up of 6 people. It took 10+ minutes to get through the transactions, and then a man came out from the back room WIPED HIS MOUTH ON HIS HAND, and then served a customer food. Will be reporting to health and safety.
Staff are friendly at this store. The two star is for how 7/11 labels their products. I find their labelling practice deceitful. I bought Hershey products on special, but the chocolate bars i bought weren't included. The label didn't specify specific Hershey products, only that there was a deal on Hershey products. Needless to say, it wasn't honoured and i didn't purchase them. This has happened on a few other occasions with other products. My friends also complain about it too, so it isn't just me misinterpreting.
This is the worse 7/eleven store in Toronto. The people are rude especially the Sunday morning girl.. Also walked in here to pick my own scratch tickets from the lotto tray they won't let you. They pick your tickets. No thanks. I am paying for this I should able to pick my own tickets. I guess everyone is a criminal customer when you walk in this store. You can keep your lotto tickets don't need your business. Toronto Sucks anyway so does this store
Do not buy any food products from this location. I bought chicken wings on the evening of February 23rd, 2023 and have come to experience violent food poisoning symptoms. As I had not eaten any other food products that day it is clear that the food quality and implicit sanitary conditions were less than adequate.
Used to be a frequent shopper until I discovered the "points program" is a hack you can't even sign into to redeem and I started looking at my receipts and found out these crooks were overcharging me, sometimes even by DOLLARS. Horrible. Stay away!
Store says open 24hrs walked up to the door at 855pm doors were locked employee let someone out I asked if they are closed. She pointed to the other employee and closed the door in my face no answer to my question? So I guess it’s not 24 hrs ?
Just went to this 7-Eleven and the workers did not even acknowledge me. Asked for help they just looked at me and then they proceeded to help the customer after me. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. Definitely not coming back here.
I asked the old Indian lady and the beard guy. Can I use the restroom both replied so rudely, no it’s only for those who buys something. I think the management should take an action against such kind of rude employees.
So I think they put wrong items to show the sell, because I never get a receipt. Please ask them for a receipt when you buy something, they don’t have any badges either, very unprofessional and unclean
The worst 7Eleven I have been to We bought wings they were burnt I bought a hot dog nothing to put on it no onions not hot peppers no mayonnaise not even a fork Not coming back
This establishment is for after hours snacks or daytime Slurpee’s only! If you are in here for any other reason than a beverage or a hot dog, you’ve chosen your fate.
I have a definite soft spot for 7-Eleven's doughnuts, slushies, and taquitos. They're all bad for you, but as a treat now and then, they're too good to pass up.
The gentlemen that work here look like they put up with a lot of nonsense from a lot of patrons, really respect their patience and ingenuity.
Me and my son went to get free drink. when we saw 5 African American kids get kicked out. Because they thought they would steal something
Im very upset with 7-11. Your coffee is extremely strong. When i go to other 7-11s their coffee is Awesome. So why is it this location?
Parking is hard to get during rush hour. Got to quickly park sometimes beside in the timmies. Good place. Staff is usually pretty nice
Nice store to stop by. Near the subway and a timmies. There slurpees are great during the summer. Staff is helpful.
I came here today and the lady who worked there was nice she helped me find stuff and talked in a sweet voice.
I got unprofessional bad customer service by the yonge short guy(staff) today 22 November 2023 around 5:00pm.
Whenever on SkipTheDishes always forgetting items and giving out the wrong order. Worst 7-11
Parking is a bit tricky, not the cleanest place but spacious and the service is fine.
Cashier shorted me $20 dollars worth of my lottoos paid $120 for 100 worth
god forbid u ask ahead if they have something they'll just hang up on you
There is nothing wrong with your staff. They are friendly and helpful.
Has everything you could ask for in a convenience store.
It's a 7/11. It's exactly what's expected of a 7/11
Do they sell milk Jug? I mean Reusable 4L milk jug
Clean, cool, and full of taquitos.
Staff was annoying and unhelpful
