Rudest staff member ive encountered in a 7 eleven. He completely ignored me as he was speaking in his language ( i believe it was hindi) with someone else and then started talking about his night and parties while at work. It's meant to be a convenience store where everything is fast and handy, I dont want to be waiting around until someone actually acknowledges me!

Horrific staff on Friday 11.30 pm ish. This place is nightmare. He gave me wrong smokes and started arguing with me with loud voice and didn’t refund . I asked for a manager and he said he is the authorised person and manger. Don’t even understand what he was trying to tell. Not happy at all

Last night I was served by KB, and he provided the most wonderful customer service. He made recommendations, heated up my food, and shared a few jokes. On top of this, the store was clean and well stocked. It was such a wonderful 7-eleven experience. Thank you KB!

The manger there is an absolute creep. My friends and I went to grab some things from there and he gave a discount to my friend and walked around the counter and grabbed her on the shoulder and said anything for a pretty girl and then winked at her

They are loosing one more coffee lover. I gently reported 3 times to the storekeeper that coffee machine is not making perfect cappuccino but today it is my 4th time having very worst coffee. How they are very lazy with coffee. Very bad.

Very cunning customer service, took the bad product without refund, later came to know from internal source that they did bad merchandise of the product to get refund from 7ELEVEN. Never seen people like this …

Very bad behaviour by the store clerk and worse is the same item I purchased here was nearly double price of another seven eleven so I think there is some scam going on. Be warned

Extremely expensive and rip off be very careful buying here, many items double the price compared to other supermarkets. I wish I read the other reviews first
