My friend had a full coffee(7eleven coffee) thrown at her and I was trying to find some napkins in the shop to help her. There were no napkins available. The person at the POS, Kiran, was completely not helpful having a dispenser full of paper towel behind him refused to give me anything but scraps - I'm not expecting you to dry clean her jacket but kindness and common decency would be extremely helpful. I understand the shop is in a challenging area but people with much better customer service skills are struggling for work right now. Please be kind to one another.

Great customer service, they will rat on you but that's their job. I once threw a Slurpee at my ex in here and the guy told me 'grow up' lol. They still nice to me tho. Plus I once saw one of the staff up in my friends bed in a boarding house up the road, they were drinking tinnies. I rate all the staff here, staunch as apart from the ratting.

I come into this shop on a weekly basis and observe the poor staff being abused from men and women (who are famous for hanging around Fitzroy street). They are nothing but polite and amazingly brush off ridiculous comments hurdled at them. Great service here - the staff do it justice.

I was here around 4:30 and wait outside for 10 to 15 minutes no one was at the front counter. I knocked the glass door but I think there was no one at the shop then I call the on number the phone was ringing and there was no one there. Seriously is it 24/7 ‍♂️ …

Need an ATM in this area? You need to head down to the Corner of Fitzroy and Jackson Street, towards the 7Eleven within about 150m you will find first 2 then later 4 and inside the 7 Eleven another money machine.

Asked to purchase a 7 day myki pass & the attendant put on $43 myki money instead. Maybe try teaching your staff how to do their jobs or, better yet, just stop hiring idiots

7/11's should have a standard, its just basic people doing basic duties poorly. I now just go to woollies which is 2mins up the road.

Very small and odd layout 711. Wouldn't expect a lot from this place, but staff were friendly and helpful.
