Home of the wooden pie ! I just love a good pie on a cold winters morning. Fanging for a Gisler / yatala pie, but no where near. On this occasion I was happy to pay $5 for a base model 7 eleven pie . (What a mistake that was) I was given a pie so hard the entire base was made up of large cracks, yet no filling pushing through the cracks? I also knew he deliberately gave me the oldest pie in the warmer, so I requested he replace this with another . Sadly this was also inedible, & Unfit for human consumption. #dontbuya7elevenpieyoumaydie

Worst customer service. This guy working on 29/11/22 at 10pm was so rude. When I asked for receipts for both my purchases, he said I can’t give you the first receipt as I can’t reprint. I said “you should ask me before the payment as I definitely need both receipts. He goes “ why should i ask you ? I cant give the the 1st receipt”. No sorry no apologies and the most rude behaviour ever. This place has soo many bad reviews, looks like management doesn’t care.

Ok so the bad first: This 7 eleven store is tiny and cramped. If it's busy it is super hard to navigate the store and get drinks out of the fridge. I swear 8 times out of 10 one of the coffee machines is out of order which means that in the peak times in the morning it takes awhile to get your coffee. Sometimes some of the slurpee flavours are out of order too. The good: nice iced coffee for $2 and the staff here are lovely and well trained.

Fortunately I never managed to talk to any of the staff as I would have been up in arms. I didn't manage to enter the store as the 24hr 7-eleven was shut, much to my annoyance he waved me off like I was some ruffian. So I have one question, why does this one shop manager have the authority to shut the store as he pleases without a notice even being on the building to show his made up service times.

Just went in to offer payment for empty coffee cups, I was going to offer half of the full price of coffee... however they said I have to pay full price. I just needed 2 empty cups and the guy was so rude about it. I work just next door and the customer service is generally really poor as well. Never ever going back to spend my general $100+ a week there.

Whoever the night shift guy is recently needs to be fired. Puts up a sign saying "restocking, back soon." From midnight - 6am. Made eye contact a few times and he just hides in the back room playing on his phone, doesn't open the door. He isn't restocking anything.. haven't been able to go in for like a month.. same guy. I miss the old staff.

I came here but the Indian staff told me it’s closed but it doesn’t have any close sign displaying at the door I thought it is 24 hours？ and he was quite rude he just showed me some rude postures without even coming out explaining I was literally standing at the door for 5 minutes hopefully the service can be enhanced

This 7-11 has forgotten what air conditioning is. It is too hot in there, and I pity the (almost certainly low-paid) workers who have to suffer through their shift. One star for the double coffee machine, and one star for the hard working staff. Nothing else in the store deserves a high five

Went on to buy a concession GO card. Presented my DVA White Card as concession ID and the girl didn't want to accept it. I brought up the Translink website after a long back and forth. Another staff member then came over and corrected her error. She wasn't happy about being proven wrong.

I have been a regular customer for years. Just had a potential double charge which was noticed. But then overcharged on the listed price. When I pointed that out he changed the price tags on the product and tried to charge the higher price. NOPE. Customer lost.

have never had a nice experience here, have been sworn at and yelled at by staff and also been turned away from buying tobacco products even with a valid id. staff often put up a sign saying they are closed due to restocking but are clearly just not working.

Does the job. Got a sandwich from here and it was decent. The store layout is simple and easy to understand. They have a good range of food and drinks too. Service isn’t amazing but it’s a get in, get out sort of place anyway, so I guess it’s no big deal.

Haven’t been able to shop here in a month, night shift guy puts the re stock sign up from before midnight to 5am, you can see him playing on his phone in the back room - actively ignores you if you try to get his attention.

Doesn't deserve one star! Won't spend a cent here. Have fun with your Slurpee straws! And keep counting them! But bring some wrapped straws and stop giving away straws that touched with your dirty stingy hands!

Not a chance i miss my 7Eleven Coffee by any means. Cheap and a perfect taste.. who would not want to start his/her day with a cup of hot and tasty coffee making you feel fresh and lively in just $1...

This five star is for the staff who is working today. He’s super patient even though he was busy with customers, he explained questions really well. Every time he is there, the stuff is in order.

hole in the wall 7-eleven that has a commonwealth/bankwest atm, krispy kremes, slurpees, coffee machine and other convenience items. no minimum on eftpos/card payments which is great.

They don't know how to do customer service busy with their own gossiping.....Gina the girl doesnt want to give me fresh donuts...old donuts are already packed....carefull everyone...

Been in a few times. Always had a good time, nice service and everything looks decently stocked. Can pay cash or card. Always found the staff very friendly! Always busy inside.

Got a $1 coffee, fresh and awesome!! Understandably the staff is too busy managing other customers, had to wait for a long time to pay for the coffee.
