"The male owner gives nothing but arguments over their own prices, so that's the last time I stand in line there waiting for them to get their facts straight about their own sale prices"
"Just left on July 1st, 4pm wearing my traditinal dress ,the women worker was really rude and disrespectful refused to attend me because of my ethnicity and religion"
"Fine for getting gas, provided you never have to interact with the staff"
"We live nearby, and stop in occasionally"
"Don’t expect any sort of variety or selection under the new owners"
The male owner gives nothing but arguments over their own prices, so that's the last time I stand in line there waiting for them to get their facts straight about their own sale prices. Five minutes they wasted over two bottles of soda for $3 and the owner didn't want to honor it. So the wife came over and straightened him out.
Just left on July 1st, 4pm wearing my traditinal dress ,the women worker was really rude and disrespectful refused to attend me because of my ethnicity and religion. I just reported her and her husband. So just watch out for a short Indian woman with glasses and a short bob hair cut.
Fine for getting gas, provided you never have to interact with the staff. The owner (I assume) is outrageously rude. I had a bad interaction when I asked about a random $100 freeze on my credit card by one of the pumps. I'm not quick to anger, but I had to leave just to calm down.
We live nearby, and stop in occasionally. We have decided we won’t be back because NONE of the people that work there follow the mask rule, even tho it’s posted on their door. If they are wearing masks, noses are out. Going in there feels like a serious Covid risk.
Don’t expect any sort of variety or selection under the new owners. They clearly don’t care about stocking the shelves. Went in for a frozen pizza and their selection was so limited it was pathetic. Under the old owners you had a selection
New owners in the last year or so have made this place one of the best 711 in the area. Wide variety of snacks, hot food stations are well kept, overall the place is quite clean. I've had nothing but great interactions with the family who
What a great 7-11! My last review got deleted or disappeared somehow, but I always come by to see a great employee named Prince-he always takes good care of customers like they are his friends already. A splendid man and wonderful shop!
Came to get a double gulp but some guy cussed at me saying I couldn't use the double gulp cup for my slurpee. Tried to also fill my slurpee mobile with slurpee but he kicked me out. Found a guy getting a slurpee who also got kicked out
Never had any trouble here before but today I was charged 15 bucks for a pepperoni pizza. I decided to get it anyways because my kids were hungry. Never been charged that much before even when getting a pizza after going to the zoo or
Absolutely atrocious owner! Do not come here under circumstance! Incredibly rude and condescending. I rarely give reviews but this one was so terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. The gas pump was non functional in one, was
They won't honor any coupons. I've been coming to this location pretty often and every time I get a coupon in the mail and I try to use it, they tell me some dumb excuse, "Sorry, the manager won't let us accept any coupon."
I previously gave this location a poor review, but wanted to balance that out because it has reopened under new management. The store is now well maintained, and the customer service has improved dramatically.
All the beer here is like $3 more than everywhere else. Also when I asked the unmasked cashier where the masks were he responded "I don't wear one" and then pointed me to a rack of hats and bandanas. What even
The owner of the 7 eleven gives promotions on drinks and does not respect the energy and Gatorade or others and he is still annoyed when someone tells him about the promotions 5900 Phinney Ave N
Price gouging on hot days! When it’s over 100 degrees, this store suddenly increased their price for a bag of ice from the usual $2.99 to $8! I’ll be filing a complaint with corporate offices.
Owner started an unsolicited argument and told me to never return because I didn't have cash for less than $3 purchase (I was going to buy other stuff at the counter). Request granted!
Worst 711 I've ever been to!! The old man working always has a bad attitude and is rude!! He wants to rush you out. I would not recommend going to this store ever!!
Oh Thank Heaven they are open again! The new owners are awesome and the store looks great. This is the best place to stop on your way to the park and/or zoo!
Horrible and pathetic owners that prince charming guy is such a narcissist and a liar coffee was cold when i asked he lied no we have pretty fresh
Super clean store, very friendly staff especially early mornings and great location right by the zoo. Highly recommend even for UberEats.
The new owners have made this a great station! Very convenient to have in the neighborhood for snacks and good price for gas
Stopped by last week before my trip to San Jose to load up on some snacks, store was clean and staff is friendly …
Best 7/11 I’ve been to in north seattle. Self serve food is always hot and fresh when I come here! Good selection.
The owner is the rudest human being. Honestly, I’m going to show up with the police to see how she treats them.
Great new owners, they are very friendly, the shop is clean and tidy, there is wine in it, great food choices.
Refused a paper cup for drinking water after I purchased $100+ worth of gas. Mean minded business.
Pros: Redbox, goods selection, near park and zoo. Cons: Panhandlers, pricey goods, expensive gas.
The very nice employees here helped me charge my dead car battery. So very kind. Thank you!
It's closed, I don't know why the owner updated it. Most overpriced 7-11 I've ever been to
2-12-2020 The man who runs this store in the mornings has no clue about the store, or the
The people here are very friendly, the stuff inside is very complete, I like it here.
+1 this location is no longer open 24 hours. They close before midnight most nights.
No carmel machado creamer, no add shots, employees don't understand simple english
Very friendly store, shopping place to consider on your trip to the zoo.
Very convenient location Love the new owners they seem so nice.
Update your hours. If you are closed say you are closed.
The store smells like someone lit sewage on fire
Manorkus had the best customer service
Excellent customer service! Big love!
Gave away free slurpies on 7-11
Clean and tidy, can’t complain.

Pathetic,Compulsive lairs
Close to the park and zoo
