Arrived in Copenhagen after midnight due to Finn air being overwhelmed and flights being delayed. Checked into the Dan mark hotel and was hungry so desk clerk pointed me in the direction of the 7-11. It was amazingly clean I am from the US and our 7/11s are horrible. The selection of grab and go food was awesome and I got an assortment of things. Also due to my luggage being mis routed I needed some hygiene products as well. They had everything you could ever want. Sales man was nice and patient due to the language difference and hot dogs were great. My only complaint was that it was super expensive but guess that is all of europe.

Randomly closed for at least half an hour middle of the morning. Waited for that long to buy a drink since there’s literally no other stores in the area and closed temporarily sign obviously wrong since 30 mins plus in middle of day is not temporary. Saw dozens and dozens of frustrated people walk to the doors and see the handwritten sign on the automatic doors that wouldn’t open and staff inside just staring away at the people. Not a very good business to be closed so long in middle of the day. Update: came back 75 mins later after a boat tour and was still closed! Temporarily closed says the sign.

Intet står trimmet i butikken. Rodet. Kaotisk. Lever slet ikke op til 7-eleven standarden. Den høje, slanke og mellemøstlige medarbejder kan hverken dansk eller service. Han arbejder tydeligvis et sted, som han ikke bryder sig om. Synes han burde finde sig et andet sted at arbejde. Ved der er masser af kebab-steder, hvor han ville passe bedre ind. Var inde i butikken d. 3/8 mellem 17-18

We arrived yesterday night. Purchased a sim card there ard 9:30pm. It took us a few minutes to install. But the casher man, who was an Indian descent asked us to get out, and saying some discriminating statements. No choice, we had to make a police report.

If you want anything related to groceries or some amazing desi food this is the place to visit I visited the place today owner was very friendly and he gave us gift as we belong to the same culture Apart from that staff was very nice Must try chicken tika

Snyder kunder aldrig tag den 7/11!!!!! Aldrig oplevet en 7/11 med sådan et lavt service!! Hvis jeg var butikchefen vil jeg lige tag et snak med medarbejder og høre om de vil forsætte med deres arbejdet eller ændre deres arbejdsgang.

Got ripped off in this store trying to buy the two hotdog deal. I asked the man behind the counter about the special and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, instead insisting on my having only the one hot dog.

Er kommet der ofte da min virksomhed ligger rundt om hjørnet, men er blevet uendeligt træt af deres sure og dårlige service. Aldrig et smil og man føler sig næsten altid i vejen. Gider aldrig komme der igen.
