bought fries and chili dog for lunch last week. fries were terribly soggy!! visited several times months ago, it was quite good! the girl (a bit chubby) might be a new staff... never saw her before. and the dog was totally over cooked!!! went straight to the bin after one bite..

Frozen hotdog like what the actual heck? Surely you are not allowed to sell customers frozen hotdogs? The cheese, bun, sauce and bacon were amazing but a frozen hotdog....The one star is for the freaking awesome chips, best chips and atleast the condiments were warm!!!!!!!

The Chili Cheese fries have devolved into almost crusty mystery meat with the cheese dumped in a corner and the 'cheese sauce' is just premix brown gravy with a few strands of unmelted cheese thrown in.Doesnt taste or look anything like the namesake from fortitude valley.

The food been pumped out of "Bernard's StakD Burgers" is extremely low quality and would rate as one of the worst burgers I have ever had. The burgers are missing items like sauce and pickles. Staff we not very friendly when we called them either.

Don't buy from here. I ordered two vegan hot dogs with extra vegan bacon and stuff. The hot dogs were like straight out of the fridge, not cooked, so I spent $25 on inedible food. I couldn't get a refund from uber eats.

Our order has been both cold and wrong multiple times. One night they tried to correct our order but still got it wrong.

$13 for a bratwurst hotdog, big bag of chips and a drink. Pretty good value. Food was fresh! Yum!

Pretty good food but they seem to get the order wrong about 2 times out of 3 (items missing)
