I recently called the shop to inquire about replacing brake pads, and the staff member I spoke with insisted that the rear brake rotors must always be replaced when changing pads. This statement is misleading, as the rotors don't necessarily need to be replaced every time the brake pads are changed. A thorough inspection of the rotors should be conducted to determine their condition and whether replacement or resurfacing is necessary. I am disappointed with the inaccurate information provided by the staff member, which could lead to unnecessary expenses for customers. It would be beneficial for the shop to educate their staff about proper brake maintenance procedures to provide accurate advice to customers.

I've been going to 410 for several years now. Tony and staff deserve all five stars. This time around, I had a new dashboard warning light I hadn't seen before. It wasn't the usual light about oil change, tire pressure, or brake fluid. The manual said to go to the car dealership to have it checked out. I checked with Tony to see if he could fix it and he told me that he can take a look at it and see. Well sure enough, he has the diagnostic computer but it didn't show any problems. He kept checking under the hood and found the problem and was able to fix it in less than 15 minutes. Tony is very conscientious, relentless in troubleshooting, and identifying problems. Can't praise 410 Garage services enough.

Tony and his crew at 410 Garage do great work at very reasonable prices. I started coming here initially when I needed a smog check because they had the best price in my area at the time. After I started having other issues with my car, Tony was the only guy I really trusted. He keeps it real, explains things well, and knows his limits making great recommendations for things he couldn't do himself. I've always felt I could count on him, but now that I've moved out of LA I don't know how I'll find another!

I went here for the first time and Tony was very professional and really quick. I had a problem with my car for over a month that he found within 30 minutes of having my car. The dealership previously had told me nothing was wrong with my car. This ended up being a warranty covered/known issue with my vehicle and he sent me back to the dealership with the problem written out. He’s very knowledgeable and honest! I highly suggest going here. My engine light was behaving oddly so I looked for the closest auto shop and found this place. Tony helped me out, he was really friendly and knowledgeable and found the root cause of the issue. It turns out that I needed to bring it to the dealership since it's a software issue and he didn't even charge me for the inspection so I would say the pricing is beyond fair and the service is awesome. Would definitely recommend this place

Tony is the man. Brought my Subaru Forester here for oil change, brake fluid, and spark plugs and he was super easy to work with. No cringey upselling that auto shops have a bad rap for. Tony has always treated me like family. I often get same day service, even on moderate repairs like axle replacement.
