This is no solution. MEDIATION is much safer, more moderate. Court actors do whatever they want to you -- It is not safe. Contumacy: your legal orders will be ignored by an aggressive team. I have never seen this contempt for parents. Relief for women is rarely addressed, by lawyers or judges. All in all a pleasant experience to show up for jury duty. Waited in clean, well ventilated room with approx 200 other people. If you need exemption tho, send in reason right away when you receive summons... also see if your employer will pay your salary, and for how many days or weeks . Don’t be surprised by this hardship day 1 after you show up, or you will have to wait until you are before a judge to sort it out... which could take days. Polite and professional... sometimes funny staff.

I have no idea what type of people you hire for phones. I’m calling on 3-6-23 at 2:15pm and she keeps answering and hanging up the phone. Now she has me on hold. I called her from another phone number and she finally answered so she’s been ignoring my call all this time. Please get rid of this person. She’s very rude. Her excuse for hanging up rudely is that it’s busy. I’m sorry but please hire better people

There is plenty of parking in the area, as well as many other options for getting here. The whole building is wheelchair accessible. Note that you will need to go through a metal detector and have your belongings go thru an x-ray machine. The times and locations of various trials are posted on an information desk by the escalators. Follow the signs to the appropriate room.

Slow very slow. Never pick up the phone or respond to emails. I thought it was closed. Thanks Ontario for failing us again. Sitting outside for two hours because they don’t communicate or have there hours posted. Looks nice outside but a horrible place. Thanks for nothing!

Well they never pick up the phone nor they return your call or email. When you go in person, the guy at the door for family intake yells at people and they are not sure who should be served first. On top of that there is only one person serving a long line….

Great place to waste your time. They don't answer the phones and don't return emails or even have the decency to update their hours of operation. The jury selection system is broken, and everyone here is pretty miserable.

I’m shocked, can’t believe how this people can be so rude on the phone. Feels like they really hate their jobs. They hang up on me few times when I try to argue with them… can’t not avoid this place, but be aware.

These jokers can't even bother to have a decent answering machine with updated hours of operation during pandemic and holidays. Even a retail store can manage that.

FYI the working hours are 9-11am and 2-4pm. Came at 11:30 today and had to wait till 2pm to hear that I need to come back again. Very disappointed.

Family court start from 9 to 11am or 2 to 4 pm due to COVID. Line starts up at 8 30 am for morning and 1:30 pm in .

Very helpful staff. Was in and out and was able to process my case fast and efficiently.

It's a good historic building for our federal courts but signage inside is terrible
