Have been a regular customer and fan of 2Q's work for a while, but had a disappointing experience today, due to poor time management. Had not been seen to for my pedicure booking after nearly an hour and a half (the accounted booking time on the website for both appointments I had booked) and watched multiple other customers with later booking be seen to before me. The friend I had booked with also had both their nails and toes completed before I was even seen to for my pedicure, and though I had a slightly longer process as I had to have prior SNS removed, I was left unattended for at least half an hour of my visit today. I expressed my disappointment to the male owner when I had to leave after an hour and a half due to time constraints without having started my pedicure, and they more-so took this as an opportunity to justify and make excuses, and try to argue with me over feedback I was trying to give them as a regular customer. I felt very spoken down to and my concerns were not listened to, nor was an apology offered, instead I was told that 'everyone else had bookings too' and 'we're all busy and have things to do' etc. This was not my issue, it was that your poor time management today meant that I was unable to receive a service I had booked for when others were seen before me, and the response to feedback that I was amicably trying to pass on as a regular and paying customer was disappointing. I think Anna is fantastic and I am incredibly happy with the work I did receive today, and expressed that to both her and other staff today, but the general time management and poor communication has left me feeling very disappointed.

Have been here twice over two years, and have been disappointed. The first time, which was in January 2020, I got acrylic extensions (my apologises for writing shellac previously) in which one fell of a day after they were done. I went back in, and they repaired it free of charge. However, one week later practically all my nails were missing. If you want I can attach the photos from feb 1 2020 when they had fallen off. Then, last week, my mum took me to get my nails done for what, was unbeknownst to me, for my surprise engagement on Sunday. Not even a week later, two of my nails are chipped. I have the photo attached. I work in an industry that does not require use of my fingers, nor do I do much with them other than cook. Just really disappointing honestly. And then, both times I have bleed from my cuticles (once on my hands and once on my feet) from rough treatment. This has never happened elsewhere. I don't like to take down small businesses, and I wish this wasn't the case, but when you are spending that much money on nails, it should not be happening. I also do not like the insinuation that I'm lying, when I know when I have been to a business or not. VERY extremely disappointing response from staff who cannot handle feedback from clients.

Highly Recommend I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, especially nail shape. What I've experienced in the past with different stores is that the nail technicians don't communicate with you and just file away your nails and paint and voila, you either like the result or you leave. It was my first time at this store and Anna did my nails. Anna really listened and ensure I was happy with every single nail when she filed it. She even double checked with me about the colour I chose and offered to test paint to make sure I was happy with my decision! (ladies - how good is this!!!) She also did nail art design for my friend, who prefer short nails, and it looks so pretty on her! Anna did such an amazing job and I cannot recommend her and this store enough. Decent price, clean, tidy, and good service. TIPS: book in advance and don't rush if you're a picky person like me

Came here whilst on holidays for mani sns and pedi. Whilst staff were lovely, the quality of job was poor Firstly for the mani the old nail colour was drilled off entirely with a bur (no soaking off at all). For pedi the lady actually started off using an instrument to pick off the old colour ??! I was horrified and asked her to soak off colour, but o guess as they were busy after a while she gave up and used the bur to drill colour off. This is very damaging to the nails Also I didn’t have the soles of my feet scrubbed so they were rough after I was finished Lastly - it cost me $90 :o!! I live in Melbourne and have never been charged this even in fancy CBD salons Very poor quality salon Would not recommend

my skin was burning from glue and the nails i got were so thick and horribly shaped, i asked for flowers on them and they just put little dots on them that looked so tacky and unprofessional. I went back and asked for them to be fixed and i had to pay more?? I can already feel my nails lifting and the fix job they did is very mediocre. Wasted about 80 dollars to end up with uneven french tip nails that would've cost me 50 dollars originally as i had to changed the design i wanted because they couldn't do the ones i wanted. Extremely disappointing as i was a regular customer there and was always happy with my nails, i would like a refund immediately.

I used to love this salon when they first opened a few years ago. The owner was lovely and made sure my nails looked great and did a quality job. The last few times I’ve been in they rush you in and out as fast as possible and don’t care if they do a good job. I got a full set of acrylics and had 3 nails pop off within 2 weeks. It’s very disappointing to see this place go down hill so much in quality.

There were 5 people staff in store and I was only customer , they all kept chatting so loudly in their own language, it felt so rude and uncomfortable and I kept wandering if they all taking about me Moreover my nail tech did my nails in such a hurry that nothing is done correct not the colour not that shape I will never go back soo done with them

I normally do not give mediocre review but due to recent experience am unhappy with their service. Ive made a booking 2 days in advanced and when arrived was told they were fully booked - was made to either come back or wait for 20mins! I was only seeking an express medi (no colour painting). Please....

My go to spot for nails! In a quiet corner of the shopping complex so you don't feel pressured or uncomfortable. Great service, they offer tea at times. Very clean and modern. Absolutely love the lovely owner, she looked at the photo I brought in and definitely came out happy with the result!

Good customer service and communication but sadly my shellac manicure started chipping the day after it was done! Not just one nail but several. Paid $45 or thereabouts so quite disappointed, especially since the service was so good. Have had to have the shellac removed after one week.

I've been receiving nail services from Kuang, Anne, Kim, and the rest of the team for a few months now, and I must say it's been absolutely wonderful! They are not only talented but also incredibly friendly and accommodating to my preferences. I highly recommend their services:)

Pretty mediocre for $91. One of my thumb-nails is much chunkier than the other. Details are off centred and uneven. The colour black also changes to vibrant navy blue In different lights. Staff were friendly however. (Edit- 2 of my nails popped off in the first 5 days)

The personnel is very kind and courteous. Best customer service I've found in a nail salon. I was offered a nice cup of tea. If you're not sure about which nail shape do you want, there are visual guides on salon walls to get some inspiration. Very happy with my nails!

My appointment at 2 Q today with Anna was once again perfect. Anna helped me choose another colour which suited what I wanted perfectly. Nails look really good, even though I have knobbly fingers. I'm not ashamed of my hands anymore ! Thanks again lovely Anna.

Poor removal of sns still lumpy and painted over them with normal polish which is what i asked for less than 24hrs at a cost of $30 they are chipped! Went back and pretend to not understand and made me feel embarrassed to complain! So walked out …

They have been quite good before but today wasn’t the best. The nails I got are wonky, and extremely thick. They didn’t bother to make it look nice they were just in a rush and slapped everything on. Some of my nails are so think I can barley use them.

Highly recommended !! If you are looking for a high standard clean & hygienic pedicure, this is the shop for you. They use brand new toe separator & nail file for each customer. Lot of colour choices, why not give it a try when you walk pass by ?
