I’ve been a customer of 27 Boutique since they were brand new. Their clothing selection has always been really nice and in the past they have had great customer service, unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. On their website they offer free shipping over $150. I had placed an order for a $100 item and selected in store pick up. The day after placed another order for $100 and asked them to honour the free shipping as combined I spent over $150 and would prefer to not come into the store. They provided me with this response: “ Unfortunately in the past we allowed that and ended up holding multiple orders for long periods of time until customers spent enough to qualify for free shipping, and it caused a lot of confusion and left room for error and things being missed.” Both of my items were ready for pick up. I wasn’t asking them to hold anything nor did I think it was too confusing to pack up two items sitting in bags waiting for pickup. All they needed to do was package them and pop them in the mail like they do any other order they ship out. For someone who just spent $200 at their store (and $600+ in the last month), I figured the company would act in good faith on their shipping policy and the answer would have been an easy yes. Instead, they suggested I pay the $10 to have it shipped. If they are capable of managing it if I pay for it, they should be capable of shipping it for free. Super disappointing customer service on such a simple ask. Your response to this, while seemingly sweet and diplomatic, is simply a long winded excuse for your poor customer service and laziness. I do understand your policy but assumed you’d want to act in good faith. That was my mistake that won’t be made again. Unfortunately, because of this, you lost a loyal customer, (which I’m sure you’ll just be snarky or belittling about, or will mention all of your other wonderful loyal customers who had no problem with the policy) based on your other responses to negative reviews. It is clear you only value your customers who gas up your store, and not the ones you’ve disappointed. I know Bamboo Ballroom would have happily shipped the product for free. I’ll be shopping there (and literally anywhere else) from now on.

Ok So this is my first ever google review I have never taken the time to do them before but I feel compelled to this time. I have shopped at a lot of boutiques but few of them have been as pleasant as the experience I have had at 27. I have shopped at 27 a number of times both online and in person, the online experience is a great one and their instagram rocks but be warned its so good it will make you shop (a lot lol) but in store is where it is at. Not only is the store gorgeous but it is well stocked and there is a great variety of clothes and accessories as well. I do have to shine a little extra light on the staff experience I had though, the last couple of times that I have been in I was helped by Sienna (hope I spelled that right) and I have to say she was amazing, she made my shopping experience that much better. She was so helpful, so kind and she made me feel amazing about how I looked, and I get it that is what sales people are supposed to do but she was different she wasn't pushy or fake, she wasn't filling my fitting room with pieces that I didn't want to try and increase my bill etc, she was very honest and sincere with her opinions as well (which I love) don't sugar coat it or bs just give it to me straight, if something doesn't look flattering please say so, and she does in such a professional and courteous manner. Lets be honest boutique shopping is a pricier shopping experience than say your local chain store but I feel that is expected when you choose to shop boutique, you want rare pieces that will last etc and I want them to look good I don't want to be talked into buying something that I will not love. Sienna was so great she really made me feel fantastic, more stores should follow staffing examples like that. I have a couple of local boutiques that I frequent and this is one of my new favorites. Huge shout out to 27 Boutique

Due to Covid 19, I ordered a couple of T-shirts online and didn’t pick them up until over a week later. I had seen how they fit on IG so didn’t think to try them on right away, nor did I check the refund policy. My mistakes. Unfortunately the one shirt was more of a crop style even though it was shown tucked in in the pics and videos. I am only 5”2 and it was too short to keep tucked in. I phoned to request an exchange and offered to spend more than the amount of the t-shirt, and the girl politely asked the owner who agreed this one time only, given the fact I was a couple of days past the 14 day exchange limit. The girl said, “it would be best to come in that day” however I had exams that day and the following day. I called back two days later to book an appointment and couldn’t get a hold of anyone so left a message. I called back for two more days and left a second message. On the forth day an employee finally called me back and handed me over to the owner who proceeded to argue with me that I was to come in that first day only. Silly to lose a loyal customer that way especially during these hard times. Apparently they don’t need the business so I would recommend supporting a kind, small business elsewhere. But if you want someone to argue with, she seems like your girl! So disappointed to be treated like that. Nothing but lies in the response. Sickening. I admitted my faults. Don’t trust anything the owner says ladies! As you can see in the attached photo, they returned my call as I stated. She also edited her initial response to not include the lies regarding the phone calls after I posted proof, so I have attached that as well. Defaming an honest client is not acceptable.

I first found 27 boutique on instagram and I was very impressed with their marketing! Not only are the posts and the website very detailed and thorough about each item they are selling, it is very easy to navigate and order online. I have ordered online multiple times and have received my items the next day. I am always hesitant to order online as it is hard to tell quality of pieces sometimes; however, everything I have ordered form 27 has been amazing quality. I have also received great customer service each time I message them on instagram I get a quick response! It is great that they offer free shipping as well when you spend over a certain amount from people who don't live in Calgary. I - and I know many others - would rather spend a little more money supporting a smaller local business than ordering online from other large corporations and 27 boutique has not let me down! I have only ever ordered online and it's quickly become one of my absolute favourite stores. I specifically am in love with all the Pilgrim jewellery I've ordrered from them and the booties!!! I have 3 pairs of booties and they are all amazing quality and absolutely beautiful. Definitely worth the price. I also love the personlized little messages that you get with each order! Such a cute and lovey touch. I would recommend shopping here especially if you are into fashion and love keeping up with the trends! 27 is always on top of the current trends. I love that they channel Hailey Beiber with a lot of their looks as she is my fashion inso! Nothing but good things to say about 27!

IF ONLY I CAN GIVE ZERO STARS. I bought a dress last year November and returned it because it was flimsy. They issued me a store credit of $250ish and I've only spent about $40 or so. I live half an hour drive away (when it's not rush hour) and don't have long enough of a lunch break to go shop during lunch. Talked to a girl that worked at the store and she told me to email the owner so that they can transfer my "store credit" to "online credit" because it's just not convenient for me to go and the items I want will be sold out by the time I do find time to go. I emailed and got a reply from CIARA PANTANO (I don't know if she is the owner), and all she basically told me to visit the store during business hours---THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME SOMETHING I CAN EASILY LOOK UP ON GOOGLE. So I email back asking if I can call the store to make purchases over the phone with my $200+ store credit, this way it won't be sold out and I can pick it up at my own convenience. But CIARA told me that it was better to just go to the store since their new styles will hit their shelves first before it's featured online---THEN WHY DO YOU HAVE A WEBSITE!?!? SERIOUSLY!?!? WHAT IS THE BIG DEAL? I'M SPENDING MONEY AT YOUR STORE ANYWAYS! WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SHOP ONLINE INSTEAD OF PHYSICALLY BUYING AT THE STORE. I'VE HAD THIS CREDIT FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW, JUST WANT TO USE IT ON SOMETHING I LIKE. Their customer service is RIDICULOUS, DO NOT shop here, you can find many brands they carry at La Maison Simons at the Core shopping centre for better prices and quality.

I called yesterday to ask if they could put a pair of earrings on hold for me, was told immediately no they don’t do that because someone could buy them online (and online had priority). Ok so I placed the order online immediately after I chatted with the sales associate (whom was great and super helpful). Well, I got an email today saying my order was refunded because they were out of stock. Not sure how because when I called it was there… Well turns out they never removed it off the floor so it got sold. My biggest issue is as a customer I did what was asked of me, I ordered online because they couldn’t hold it. And I still missed out on the item because they didn’t do their job and remove the last item from the floor when I had already purchased it. A manager called today to chat but gave me a song and dance of excuses showing barely any sympathy for their mess up. Then got upset that I was upset, sure makes sense. Bonus of all this, they won’t even be getting that item in again. She wasn’t even willing to admit their system doesn’t work well and won’t even attempt to make it better to avoid future issues. Many reasons not to shop here and this is just another one. Won’t even bother spending my money here when I can go to a chain and get the service I expect. If you can’t handle your online orders, then change something. Spend your hard earned money else where folks.

I went to the 12th location the other day looking for some new jeans. There were 5 employees and two customers in the store ( me being the second ) all 5 employees saw me and made eye contact and never said a word.. okay so I continue looking for jeans.. I was Clearly searching for something and an employee is literally putting clothes on a wrack right next to me and doesn’t say a word. So finally I ask where these specific jeans were , once I asked for help she was fairly helpful at first. I got to the change room ( again still not that many customers in the store ) I’m trying on the jeans and realize I need another size, no one checked on me in the fitting room, so I went back out in the store myself to find a pair ( they don’t have my size ) so I went back to the fitting room changed and left . I’m sorry but I’ll buy my Levi’s from the levis store or the Bay during Bay days from now on. I’m not paying more money for marked up Levi’s from a store who can’t even say hello to a potential customer. I work in an industry where being personable and kind and accommodating is very key to keeping loyal clients. I won’t shop there again. I’ve unfollowed you from my IG and be sure to tell everyone I know about this experience, including my clients. You’re local so treat people like they’re human, or hire people who actually know what work ethic is. Very disappointed

As you can see, costumer service is a huge issue with this business. I always find something I like at 27 boutique and the staff in store are very helpful. However, I recently wanted to make a return but was unable to go into the store within the 14 days as per their policy (I was in isolation with Covid). I emailed and asked for an extension on this and I was informed that because I picked up in store, I was expected to try on the clothing at that time for an opportunity to return any items. I was never informed of this at time of purchase or at time of pick up. I have loved supporting the local boutiques in Alberta since the pandemic so this is a huge disappointment. Good costumer service goes a long way, especially considering threat this pandemic has had on small businesses. A response to owners: This is what was said to me: Hi Kaitlyn, Is this the only item you'll be returning? You had said there were multiple items you needed to return. I had assumed from your email that these were mailed to you, but it shows they were picked up in-store, so that would have allowed you an opportunity to try them on and reach out re: any returns. The best we can do in this situation is make an exception and allow you to exchange this button down for another size. If you would like to do that, please let me know when you will be in to make the exchange. xx

I went to this store recently to return an item that was the wrong size for someone and to pickup the correct size. After being told that we would be on the hook for both items, the manager explained that the owner would not allow money to be refunded in any circumstance. I quickly discovered that this store’s use of their policy and fine print borders on the line of predatory. Be clear that the policy design here is not to safeguard their business but to relieve its patrons of their money at all costs. From your horrible customer service reviews you must realize by now that there is some calamity of a disconnect between what your customers are expecting and what they are getting. If it is not evidently clear, the misunderstanding in why people are accepting your terms with little hesitation is that they assume you are operating like 99% of the other similar small businesses that actually operate in good faith. The shocking realization that shows up in your reviews is when people discover you are an outlier. A money first business with little inclination to make things right for your customers in any circumstance. For the sake of all other small businesses in your community, do better. You are becoming the poster child for everything that pushes people towards big box companies.

Ordered two items from this Boutique, and they had an inventory error on the high price item and were unable to provide me with the item. No problem, I asked them to cancel my whole order due to the shipping costing 36% of the remaining single T-shirt ordered. I would have liked to reorder more than a shirt but because of their cancelation policy "once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations or applying discounts" I was unable to cancel this order. Disappointed that the company could only make changes when it suits them and I will no longer be a customer of theirs. EDIT: After leaving my reviews and another email, 27Boutique reached out to me stating the store owner has given the authorization to waive the $10.50 shipping cost of the T-shirt. As I appreciate the store meeting me in the middle on my issue, I am still left disappointed with the customer service. A customer shouldn’t have to “fight” for what is right. I do NOT think all customers are right, but when I presented my concern, they just regurgitated their policies when I don’t believe they pertained to my situation. I would have loved to see a Canadian business with such a large social media following to still care about their small customers.

***EDIT; it seems like the ladies who weren’t particularly inviting are no longer working at 27. I have since returned and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! Thanks 27 for listening to your customers and giving 10/10 service. :) I have edited this post to 5 star.*** I love supporting small local business and when I found out about this boutique I instantly followed them on Instagram. I was initially so enamoured with the "stories" that were posted. The girl doing the stories seemed super fun and personable and inviting. The clothing looked spectacular. After about a month of seeing the posts I decided it was time to pay them a visit. The biggest reason why this review gets two stars instead of one is because their clothing and accessory brands really are fabulous. The items that they have chosen to represent their store with are great. And the prices are very reasonable. The problem that I had was with the customer service. The girl who runs the Instagram stories who seemed so bubbly and personable online was cold and dismissive at best. I was the only person in the store at the time and I felt like I was inconveniencing the girls who were working. I bought a few items and I'm very happy with them but I don't think I'll be returning any time soon.

I hesitated writing a review (especially during COVID) but I want potential customers to know what they are agreeing to when making an online purchase from 27Boutique. I love shopping and supporting local businesses but the online customer service at 27Boutique is EXTREMELY POOR. They are immediately defensive and blame the customer, no matter how you approach the conversation. Consider all items you purchase online from here FINAL SALE. Make sure you check their Returns page thoroughly before you consider making a purchase as many items that you think could be exchanged and other small retailers would gladly exchange, 27Boutique will not (ie. hats, sunglasses, belts). Even if you are okay NOT to return the item and instead make a suggestion on how they could be more transparent with their policies, they will tell you "YOU'RE WRONG". Their crutch is to tell you that you had to agree to their Return policy before you made your purchase, there is supposedly a "checkbox" that you have to click before you can purchase but I checked the site from various devices (mobile and laptop) as well as using incognito view and this checkbox never appeared for me. Sad to write this review, I just hope you don't have the same experience I did!

I made my first online purchase from 27boutique and it was a great experience. I live in Vancouver, and have not heard of this store until recently. I was looking for Gigi Pip hats and this store was one of the few in Canada who sells these. I was initially apprehensive about making a purchase because 1) I've never heard of this store before and 2) I've heard horror stories of people buying hats from other retailers online and they come all crumpled and squashed. However, I saw that they have a very active online presence, and seemed to take a lot of pride in their fashion, so I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The hats came in perfect condition, definitely better than if I had shopped in person and tried to bring them back on a plane. They used a very large box to pack the hats in, and used what seems like a hundred plastic bags to make sure they're well cushioned. They also included a handwritten thank you note which was a very nice touch. Shipping was also extremely fast. I placed my order on April 11, they shipped it out April 12, and it came today! (April 14). In all, a great experience and will definitely purchase from them again once the other hat I have my eye on is back in stock!

My friend and I went to 27 boutique yesterday and although their clothes were very nice, the customer service is something that will make neither of us come back. When we went into the store there was one other customer inside. Barely received a hello from the staff. As we were browsing around the store we both felt we were under surveillance by the employee (middle aged woman with long brown hair). She stayed close to us in the store and not in a way that was helpful. There was no “these are some of our new items” or “this would look great on you”. We felt like we were being treated like a potential thief. Once my friend had tried on her sweater and decided to purchase it, the staff member was again hovering and we felt uncomfortable and rushed to get out of the store (even though we were wanting to look at more items) The only reason my friend followed through with her purchase (which was over 150$) was because we had drove from Lethbridge to go this store. I don’t know if maybe this employee was having a bad day, but she made us feel unwelcome in the store. The business still received a purchase from us, but unfortunately it will most likely be the last one.

Hate being this person but extremely disappointed with the customer service. I decided I would finally buy myself something nice so decided to purchase one of their shackets that was $92... LITERALLY 2 hours later, they had a Christmas sale and everything was 25% off. I reached out to them to ask if they would do a price adjustment as I ordered it on the same day as their promotion and literally 2 hours prior and also hadn't even picked up the order yet when I was reaching out to them. Their response was "As mentioned in all our 12 Days of Deals posts & email campaigns, we unfortunately cannot price adjust, as it would leave us in a spot where we're price adjusting everyone's order over the 12 days." Pretty disappointing if you ask me as so many people, like me, are struggling especially during Christmas and you would think they would do the right thing not only during this time of year, but at any time. Just because they don't want to take the time to have to price adjust everyone's orders. I have spent a lot of money here in the past and unfortunately, this will be the last.

I’ve bought clothes from here online in the past and loved them, and haven’t had to deal with their return policies. Last week I visited the shop in person to look for something in particular. Although the staff were not rude, they were also not very helpful. When I finally rooted through everything in the store to try on something I thought may work, they made me lock up my purse, which was super awkward. There is another store I know of that does this and I don’t shop there anymore because I think it’s a BS policy. The only reason I’m writing this is in case it will make someone else uncomfortable and they will want to know before hand so they can avoid it. Edit in response to owner: it is NOT a very common practice to lock up purses, after leaving this store I went to another boutique where they didn’t lock up my purse and were so helpful so I ended up buying 2 dresses :) I’m really disappointed in your response, antagonizing me like I should of just accepted poor treatment, and I think it’s important to leave this up :)

If only I could rate this boutique more than 5 stars. I have nothing but amazing things to say about 27 Boutique. This local business brings in unique pieces that compliment my everyday wardrobe. The best part about going to 27 is the amazing service I receive. Natalie aka to most people "the girl on insta" ps. she has a name. Surprise! She is he most helpful and friendly person. She knows exactly what I like and what I am looking for. I am never forced to get anything I don't want. She isn't like the girls at aritzia, she is honest and tells you if the item looks good or not. I love that I am able to shop online as I don't always have the time to go into the store. Natalie even sends me photos of items I might like before hand, which helps a lot as I don't always look at their online shop if I don't have the time. The atmosphere and friendly faces make shopping at 27 boutique great! I can't wait for all the new arrivals. Thank you Kelly and Natalie for always making my day :)

So I bought my wife a Shacket for xmas on the 23rd. Staff was amazing! Super helpful. It was a medium, and as they said if it did not fit bring it in for exchange. Tried returning it for one that fits, they offered me a large or extra large. If this place isn't going out of business I'll be amazed ! A medium is too big, can I have a smaller one please? " How about a large or XL ? Pathetic was in reference to your approach to customer service . I never called anyone names and was not rude. I was amazed however to learn that you would only allow for an exchange if I accepted a larger size, than the medium which was too big already. Your response below is an effort to misrepresent the facts. I simply wanted a small. As you indicated based on your return policy, , be weary of shopping here if you are expecting anything resembling customer service, or a fair approach. It is all based on you keeping what you purchased, regardless of the situation.

Dropped in today looking for an item, seems as though it was no longer available (which was fine). Either way it was my first time, cute place and staff seemed decently friendly. Maybe a little to friendly.. felt like they kept asking us if we needed help when we didn’t and had said that not long before, almost felt they were watching us which was highly uncomfortable. Aside from all that, some cute clothes but super expensive and the main reason I won’t buy here is there return policy. It’s 14 days for ONLY an exchange or store credit. I’m sorry, but why would I drop $200 or more bucks to only get store credit if I change my mind? Leaves me feeling super uneasy especially when a lot of their brands are actually sold at a few big retailers in the city who offer full refunds 14-30 days after purchase. I’d love to support more local but they make it super challenging with silly return policies and staff making customers uncomfortable.

I absolutely LOVE @27boutique I've exclusively shopped only there over the last 6 months. I can't stand the cookie cutter style of the mall and the hassle of going from store to store for 1 outfit. This spot is a one stop boutique that carries pieces that you won't find at the mall or on every other woman out there as well as all the accessories to go with. Their customer service is on point and so is their prices. They even encourage me to bring other articles of clothing so they can teach me how to style for that peice. Today I spent $240 and left with a kimono, cami T, a pair of amazing fitting denim, & a pair of boots. All of which I can pair with other articles of clothing to make up many more outfits. I'm a happy woman, thank you @27boutique.

Amazing shop with the best customer service! Though I live in the US, I bought jeans from 27 boutique online since it was the only place I could find them in the size I needed. Their website was very easy to use and shipping was reasonable. USPS seems to have something messed up in their system, and the package was sent back to Canada, but the staff at the boutique promptly and politely did what they could to fix the issue and send the package back to me. I have never had such swift and genuinely empathetic service when ordering online from a clothing store before! Though I may not ever be able to visit the store in person, I will certainly continue to shop online in the future. I really do appreciate all of th extra care!

I’ve been shopping here since the store opened on 17th ave (closed and moved here now) and am happy it’s grown so much! I find the best part is how friendly and accommodating the staff are. I just had a group party of 12 women- all ages, all sizes and it was a hit. Not only was it free for me to host but I received $100 credit! Every girl left with a bag of a few things they found. I LOVED how they catered to the women in my group- older 60+, new moms with new bods, short, tall all felt included and stylish. Thank you for including and making all women feel sexy and beautiful. Thank you!

I’m in Yellowknife but order from this store constantly! Allllll my fav items (clothes, mittens, jewellery) are from 27 Boutique. Their customer service is so great even for us folks who can only shop online. I will message to ask questions about things on their stories regarding fit/stretch/etc and always get a friendly response :) I also once had a situation where I “needed” a dress for a trip but left my order super last min, and with a quick email the shop was able to help me rush ship the dress up North. Can’t say enough about how much I appreciate them.

So glad I found this store during covid times; not sure why it has taken me this long to write a review though... But if you have not stopped in or looked online yet at what 27 Boutique is, do yourself a favour and go now!!! They have the BEST clothes; all really high quality and it's not like shopping at Aritzia where 20 other people can all buy the same top as you. I always get so many compliments when I'm wearing something from 27 Boutique and I've recommended this store to all my girl friends. Can't wait to see the new location when it opens in 2021!!!

Two of the times that I’ve shopped at 27 were for events, my baby shower and my engagement photos. Both times the staff were so helpful with picking stuff for me to wear. I told them my style for my engagement photos and I was handed about 6 outfits and I loved every one of them. Everyone that I dealt with was so kind and made my whole experience easy and enjoyable! I’ve gotten so my compliments on the stuff that I have from their! Their new store is beautiful! If you haven’t checked them out yet you definitely need to!

I stumbled upon this gem of a boutique and I’m so mad I hadn’t found it sooner!! Popped into the Douglasdale shop “just to look” but left with a new wardrobe! I have a tricky body and find it hard to shop for jeans. The person who helped me (I think her name was Sara?) was patient and made sure I had a couple of great options and showed me how to dress these jeans up for work. She also helped me choose items that would work with what I already have in my closet, which I really appreciated. I will definitely be back!!!!

I had a great experience here! The clothing is equally affordable as it is high quality and the staff are really friendly. Natalie was super helpful and put together a handful of outfits for me even though I didn't schedule a styling appointment. I also really appreciated her honesty when I tried everything on; she told me what she though didn't look good or could be found for a better price at a different store rather than push sales. I placed an order during a fairly big sale, and realized suddenly that I'd need it shipped very quickly which I'd not indicated when I placed the order. 27 Boutique was so responsive to my email and got my order sent out express that day! I'm sure they were swamped so I really appreciate their effort! Of course the pieces I ordered were true to the sizing indicated online and lived up to the quality I expect from previous purchases from these brands and this store. Will absolutely be shopping there again!

I have shopped here for over a year and I live in Edmonton. This is by far one of my favourite local shops. Recently, I wanted to take advantage of one of their holiday sales so bought a couple items. Only to realize shortly thereafter that I forgot to put in the code. They oh so gratefully provided me a store credit for the amount I accidentally overpaid for the items. Grateful for their customer service. In addition I received my items in Edmonton two days after placing the order ! Super speedy.

I have been into the store a few times and every time the same girl is working... She is very contemptuous and unfriendly. She makes you feel like an inconvenience for even being in the store. I don't know her name but it is the one who always does the insta stories... I have had many of my friends comment on the same girl and identified they have stopped shopping there for this reason. It is unfortunate that a "boutique" employs people who are not concerned about how to treat their patrons.

This boutique focuses on customer experience. Starting with a full kitchen in the middle of the store, and continuing with a living room sitting area. Those husbands and boyfriends need some space to wait out the shopping spree . The entire space is inviting and I was able to find some cute items. This store is located downtown, close to office buildings. You can spend your lunch hour shopping. If you’re visiting, it’s worth checking out as it’s unique compared to other retails spaces.

I always find super cute trendy items here! The staff are very helpful and friendly. I love that they support Canadian brands but also more local Calgarian brands. I also appreciate that they do have a variety of price points and attempt to stock in style items this way. I recently purchased Levi's shortalls in August and Quay blue light glasses this past week. Check their Instagram as they update it multiple times per day. They always post about new stock or restocks for popular items.

I ordered some print pants and white tshirt. Due to covid the delivery was very delayed but that is not their fault. When I finally received the clothes i was very disappointed. The white tshirt is very thin and the lace is cheap also the fit is horribly unflattering. The pants are awful, very thick material and shapeless. I cannot wear either. Since I am in Canada I also will not return and will not buy from here again. Clothes looked cute on the site but would not recommend.

I hate to agree with some of these reviews, but my 27 experience was less than awesome. I follow 27 boutique on Instagram and LOVE watching the Instagram stories. Unfortunately when I went to the boutique, I left a little disappointed. There was one employee who helped me out, and she was very nice but the front counter lady was dismissive and seemed uninterested. Maybe she was having an off day but overall, not the inviting personality I had seen on the Instagram story.

Guys! This store is AMAZING!!! They have something for every women. The experience is so lovely. The ladies go above and beyond for you. The clothing and accessories are on point all the time. They ensure you have a good experience in store AND online shopping! It's so great having the option for in store pick up after shopping online too! My go to boutique for legit everything. Accessories, casual wear, and work wear. They are great in person and amazing online as well. I’ve never experienced such good customer service before. I ordered boots on a Wednesday and wanted them for the weekend and one of the gals personally messaged me back saying she would make sure they were shipped out in time. They truly care about their customers and want them to feel their best! Highly recommend.

I went into the boutique last week and was very disappointed. While the selection is great, the customer service is lacking. It took me asking for help for any employee to say hello or offer assistance. The woman who runs the social media page (not sure if she’s the owner?) was sitting in a chair on her phone and never looked up. I try my hardest to support small businesses but my experience turned me off of this boutique.

This is a unique and stylish store! Website is top notch, secure, and photos load fast! Love the hats, and the “Restocked” section on website. What an incredible boutique! I had a wonderful one-on-one stylist appointment with Sora, who was fabulous, and walked away with some beautiful, comfortable & versatile pieces. Ruby was an absolute lifesaver - I ran in with a huge makeup stain on my shirt & a full day of client meetings ahead, and she scoured the whole store to help me find something to replace it. Went to this store with a girlfriend who is much smaller than me. The sales associates only offered her a change room. I came out of the change room first, she didn't ask how it went. When my girlfriend came out, she was acknowledged immediately and brought up to the counter. Seems like they only are interested in helping customer who fit their "vibe"

Sora went above and beyond when she stood in line at the stampede event on her day off to get me a pair of their amazing boots because I mentioned I wanted to go but would be out of town. Hi bought an item from this store and returned it the next day as it did not go with the pants I wanted it to at home. The only option was to get a store credit or find something else I wanted. What I wanted was my money back. Possibly letting people know when they purchase things that your return policy is horrible. Will not shop here again.

Have been going to this store for years and it is still my favourite store in Calgary. The girls will help you find clothes, without being pushy.
