Rude and Racist. As soon as me and my wife came into the store, we got weird looks for the owner as if we were going to steal something. We took out $20 from their ATM machine to buy something and a cut up bill came out. The owners proceeded to rudely tell us that they can’t accept the messed up $20 that came out of their own ATM. When my wife tried to explain that we just the bill from their ATM, the owner stared screaming at my wife that she needs to call the bank. I’m 100% the owners knew about the issue because they had a piece of cut bill and tried to match it to ours. I’ve never felt so disrespected by an owner since I moved to Montreal. It’s a shame that your day has to be ruined by rude people when you have done nothing wrong. I strong advise to find somewhere else to get your grocery if you don’t want to get insulted by the frustration of a Dépanneur owner clearly going out of business.

Very rude.. My boyfriend went to buy some things at this store and after choosing everything he wanted, the owner proceeded to say that he didn’t want to accept the purchase for absolutely no reason and was extremely disrespectful. Another man walked in and he was talking bad about him, little do they know my boyfriend understood every word. Very unprofessional. I have been going to this store for years and I won’t be going back.

I am a regular customer, and I ask one time to use the bathroom and i am rudely told no, for no explainable reason. I was even going to buy food. Honestly not worth the detour, most of the staff only want to get rid of you, i only used to go there because i live near by. I will now be spending my money elsewhere.

Over priced items that is covered with thick dust and more importantly the owner is very rude. There’s no reason for going this convenience store unless there’s an emergency situation. My recommendation for everyone is shopping at Jean Coutu which is right next to this store.

Ce dep il a pas tjrs 90 % il manque de produit tjrs , la service plate aucun langue parler ni ang ni français Plus la façon d accueil c comme si ils te donnent gratuit Bref aussi sont double ×3 et ×4 par rapport aux autres

When you need a pack of smokes at odd times, you will find a wide selection here of all the major brands along with the usual convenience store fare. A safe bet right around the corner (literally)!

What a bad service. He texted in front of us taking his time and didn’t try to understand french. Wasn’t hard and if at least he tried.

The guy at the counter is very rude and doesn’t answer to the questions asked but rather shows attitude and is very unpleasant

This place garbage I only go to couche tard clean stores supermarket prices plus big stores open 7 days at least until 10pm
