I’ve been coaching my clients at 24 Fitness now for the last 4 months, and I can truthfully say it’s the best gym I’ve had the pleasure to train at The machines, equipment, facilities, space to train, free parking, and staff are all first class. The atmosphere is top draw also, everyone is friendly, give you a warm welcome, and dedicated to their workouts. Special thanks goes out to Toni who is always very accommodating and helpful on the front desk. Jean is a top manager who is always on hand to help, and will always ask if there’s anything that needs improving in the gym. She’ll approach everyone by name and is fully invested to ensure 24 remains as one of Dubai’s best gyms

Worst gym ever and all that because of their staff they got worst no experience with customer service or how to gain more members to the gym fake smiles fake talk fake faces you can feel it. If you want to see the gym you need to put your name and phone number with email address why!!!! If you come to see some one there and set they same thing again!! The equipments its like from the 90’ the gym is empty the gym at my building got more machines lol. I advice the owner to close it and make it for car wash and use the same staff Google should add - stars i will give this gym -5 Buy the way they keep asking the trainers and members to rate them higher

The reception and Managment are superb and are always here to make you feel like part of a family. Parking is it’s only downfall as there is not much of it but I won’t let that effect my rating of it. It has all the equipment you need for bodybuilding and also a decent size functional area at the back. Along with 4 studios that you are free to use if they don’t have classes on. Toilets are in very good condition with music playing inside also which is a plus. Cleaners are always helping out round the gym and smiling.

The best gym in Dubai! Equipment selection is fantastic and is suitable for all specialties (bodybuilding, functional, group classes, boxing & martial arts) and the space means waiting for equipment rarely happens. Jean in management and Toni on front desk really make the effort to be friendly and helpful and all the staff contribute to the upkeep, cleanliness and family atmosphere that is evident as soon as you walk in. I enjoy both training myself and my clients at 24 and would recommend the gym to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals, without feeling intimidated, to join. P.S. The showers and toilet facilities are extremely clean!

Having joined this gym via PT Classes I quickly got a taste of what it meant to be at a great gym, with a good variety of well maintained equipment, great vibes & people and most importantly fantastic staff that make it the place that it is! A big shout out to Joe and the rest of the floor staff for all their hard work to keep the gym floor running smoothly & keeping it so tidy & Toni Rose and the rest of the reception staff for always making my gym time such an enjoyable one from the time I enter! ☺️

The gym is amazing, i have been to this gym 7yrs ago and it was already a good one but this time its way even better. Staff, cleanliness, equipments, ambiance and everyone in the gym is just absolutely amazing. Coming inside the gym should feel home, where you could feel comfortable so you could focus on your goals in fitness. Thats why I keep coming back. That gym is home. Spacious and well equipped gym. It’s very clean and the machines are serviced regularly. Great atmosphere here with friendly staff and quality personal trainers. Ms. Jean from management team is very helpful. My clients love the reception crew always happy to assist with any request. There is Toni, Donna, Eloisa and Carlo always smiling and welcoming as soon as you enter the spot. Great place to train. Can’t complain about the music either. Well deserved 5 stars

The Best gym in town. Great environment to train both martial arts, fitness and Bodybuilding. I just hope they bring back the boxing ring so students who wish to join in competition someday will have more exposure from the ring. They have amazing and awesome staff specially Eloisa who smiles all the time. I feel at home here where gym goers and co trainers are so friendly. My clients are all happy training here where they see results of their hard work.

I visited the gym for an assessment and they seem pretty good at what they do . Rating them 3 stars as they seems to be overly priced as per my understanding. Personal training with gym fee comes close to 5000 aed a month which is very high price I feel. Gym looked clean Trainer were great Valet parking was available One can join if looking to spend 5k a month or so with a personal trainer Else gym membership is around 500 per month which is fine

The service u get at 24 fitness is not great at all . Every time u need to speak to a manager for help u have to wait for hours to do so because she is always busy in a meeting . It’s been a week and she has not even bothered getting in touch with me or my gymn mates in-spite of numerous complaints. We even told her receptionist that she will loose the membership of 4/5 people . But nothing makes them a difference . Wonder why so much attitude

They have the complete gym equipment that you need to build up your body and furthermore there are a lot of professional instructors that could be a help if you need their service to support you in your goal. Great environment and friendly staffs. The price to join the gym is quite reasonable, where you could decide to go on monthly basis or a package like 4 months or a year and all up to you. Check it out to have a feel what I said.

Been to a couple of gyms in dubai and I must say 24 fitness gym is one of the best gyms in Dubai Amazing , friendly and very helpful staff and the vibe in the gym is a good one .. The Ngage cycling class is not to miss! The cycling studio is fitted with led lights and club quality audio system will sure stimulate your senses. If you like to have fun and party while working out you’re in for a treat! First class is free just call the reception to book your bike. Free unlimited class and full access to the gym if you sign up. Otherwise pay per class is around ~70aed

Absolutely love this gym, the cleanliness, the equipment, the space, the people, the staff, the food. I don’t have anything negative to say and recommend this gym to everyone. best Gym in Dubai! been training here for 6 years. Huge with a massive selection of equipment including 3 proper power racks and Eleiko professional grade calibrated plates and barbells. Super helpful and friendly staff, including Toni who quickly solves any issues i have. I strongly recommend training here !

Love this gym. The staff are lovely and make you feel very welcome, the gym itself has everything you need and you don't feel judged like some other gyms I've been to. Joseph is the gym floor king and makes sure everything is kept tidy and organized. I love training myself and my clients here.
