Slow and disorganised. Went to collect a package. Was given someone else's package because the girl behind the counter did not bother checking the name and address matched the name given to her but instead just saw the company label and assumed she was handing the correct package - there was no one else in the shop so there was no pressure on her to get through customers. Had to go back to exchange with my package only for it to be lost amongst the mess of packages behind the counter. After some time of waiting she finally found mine and handed it to me. Needs to wake up and pay attention to the task at hand as this was greatly inconvenient.

We like to shop in this store to support them as a small independent shop. Today we went in and one shop keeper had thier face masks around there neck while the other had one partly over thier mouth. We tried ringing to let them know when seeing them we took our trade to another small shop where masks were being worn. Not wearing masks will sadly lose customers as it puts people at risk so I hope the shop reads this and gets thier staff to look after the health and safety of thier customers as we want to look after thiers. We will go to shop there again but no masks again will mean lost customers from my family.

Very unhelpful Took parcels in the other day to be told the guy who was behind the till couldn’t scan the bar code Then went in again today to be told the EVRI system was working due to wifi fair enough, was assured it would be working in 2 hours Came back and told it wasn’t working again Also number on site is wrong when I tried to call before wasting my time a second time Barley 1 star

I was shopping there twice but I love the location and staff. Before someone mentioned about wearing or not wearing masks. In my opinion this should be everyone's personal preference. If you want to you wear if u don't want to u do not wear and that's it. People should be better educated about negative affects of masks and stop blindly listening media's and government's propaganda.

My 8 year old daughter has just been served by what she described as an old lady. She said she didn’t hear how much she had to pay so this lady (who obviously isn’t a lady) screamed the amount in her face. Absolutely disgusted by this and will be going into the shop at the next convenient time to complain to her superiors!!!!!

Can NOT beat the service provided in there. I use them a lot for parcel drop off and collections. I had an issue with one once. Not from them though. The actual delivery service. If it wasn’t for the guy at this store, I never would have received my parcel. Always a smile, great service, top place to go!! Rivka Phillimore

Actually a tidy store. Bit of an odd selection of produce but it's bright, clean and tidy. Shame to see the less than cheerful older lady from the other 7-11 has managed to find her way across as well but overall, a great store

I've never been to this location...But I continue to recieve mail (HRMC) addressed to the proprietor. I'd really appreciate if you'd get in touch with them yourselves, and amend your details with them ASAP.

Incorrect information given. Got here at 9.30 when shop is supposed to open. Been told 10am! It's raining and I have a parcel to return. Not happy!

Used their Pass My Parcel service. The lady at the till was incredibly rude and was angry at me for some reason? Terrible service.

Only use this shop to drop off parcels. Never had a problem, so have to give it 5 stars. Staff are always nice and friendly.
