"STAY AWAY for public parking for busy event"

"How this parking garage was even allowed to be built is beyond me"
The parking spaces and turns you are required to make are extremely tight. There were lots of people who were double parked which forced us to go to the higher levels of the garage. I was happy that parking was available which means that the garage is sufficiently large.
I was recently expelled as a worker with excellent results at work for reporting unsafe working conditions. Human resources never attended to me. The manager is complicit in everything and fears her superiors. At the moment, I was the worst
STAY AWAY for public parking for busy event. it took me 1 HOUR 15 MINS to get out of the garage!!!, while the location is good for 4th of July celebration at the Eleanor Tinsley Park. I returned to my car at 10:30pm, but didn't actually got
I read some of the negative reviews and in my option a few of them are talking out their **s. It is not confusing at all to navigate through this parking garage. It is actually easier than most I’ve been in. Signs are very clear. The turns
How this parking garage was even allowed to be built is beyond me. First navigating through the garage a standard SUV barely fits and the directions through it do not make sense. Even numbers take you down a floor and odd numbers take you
This place is the definition of corruption and theft! Shame on Houston, shame on the Hot Chocolate Run organizers, and everyone involved in this illegal sham of a parking garage!!! Blatant signage tells you to pay on Level G, which we did
This garage is SUPER trash! I’m currently stuck here along with 100s of other people. The lines haven’t moved in over an hour!!!!!! I might as well have never cranked my car. Also had to wait in a 30-40 minute line to pay for my parking,
My experience parking here was hassle free. Some people mentioned that navigating the garage is confusing but there are signs and arrows everywhere so I had no issues. Loved seeing a security guard when I came back to the garage at night
Paid $30 on Saturday night at an event I stayed at over 3 hours. Another Saturday night, paid $21 stayed a little less then 3 hours. I would avoid this garage if you have a long event ahead of you
Awful organization. The street is closed due to the Rodeo Run parade, and they won’t let anyone exit. Fire hazard and NO common sense to not allow paying customers to use the entrance to exit.
Great garage! The spaces are double striped for more wiggle room! I love the double helix it helps avoid any accidents. The rates are reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly!
Excellent garage! For additional wriggle room, the spaces are double striped! I like how the double helix prevents accidents. The costs are reasonable, and the staff is always pleasant!
Huge garage. I love how clean it was when I visited downtown for the parade. Be warned about the low ceiling. I'd rather park here for $10 on weekends than free on street.
Staff is unhelpful - been sitting in a line for over an hour and when I go down to see what’s up, it’s another driver unable to pay, with staff unresponsive to help.
Best garage I've ever been to, and the manager Adela Luna was the nicest person to deal with in my 15+ years of business. I will go out of my way to park here!
It's a garage in downtown Houston that won't charge you an arm and a leg during special events. I just wish car park garages would have restrooms though.
good location beautiful view from the roof of the Parking !!! $ 10 fixed price on weekends and on weekdays $ 3 twenty minutes, but not more than $ 30.
Luis went way out of his way to take care of me and help me get situated at 1100 Smith. Highly recommend Luis to take care of your needs.
What a fantastic garage! Tunnel connected, friendly staff, and rush hour traffic control. Park here if you want to drive away happy!
Clean, safe place to park, friendly staff. RATES: first 3 hours- $10. Over that is $30. Check out their website for rates.
I like how they have these lights above every parking space telling you if you can park there or not
Parking is okay IF you plan to stay a short time. Need to check parking rates before parking.
$10 parking for the Art Car Parade. Getting out was confusing compared to most garages.
Plenty of parking space and conveniently located. Spaces were a little too cramped.
They never answer the phone and the guy Francisco is an a**whole.
It's a parking garage. It's clean and in a safe neighborhood
Quiet area at night while busy during business hours
Was very nice quiet for an evening time in downtown.
Smooooth surface for escooter riding! …
Overcharges customers. Rude employees.
Good location of parking
