Beautiful hotel. Comfortable beds, great views and excellent service by all staff members. I would recommend a high floor Bay Bridge King if possible. I didn’t find any problems with the noise as others has stated. The location is directly in front of the Ferry Building with many great restaurants to explore. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent place to stay at. Clean, very comfortable, well stocked with what you need. Great idea with the water dispenser in the hall way. Beautiful robes and slippers. The bed is soft and blanket was just right cover. Yoga mat is a great bonus! Great staff and very close to the Embarcadero. Would come back again.

Very poor management, I booked the hotel using amex and a series of incentives all failed to attach correctly to the bill and the entries on the bill were very unclear.Moreover, I didn't consume any minibar items but they still charged me after I left the hotel! More
