I was told by Bank of America's fraud detection department to visit this branch, but I when I tried to visit the office, I was denied access. Over the phone, one of the agents from this branch told me that the office only serves business entities. However, I was never made aware of this by the U.S. branch, and was told that I would definitely be able to solve my problem.

This is an office only for Bank of America. There is no access to customers for access to cash or their account help. In other words totally useless.
