Regretful meal. Have rated in a few Pizza Huts i n China but you would do well to avoid this place. I made the mistake of ordering an Australian steak that was not steak at all. Likely not Australian anything either. Was some weird jellies meat product - like a big chicken nugget in brown meat. Was not pleasant. Would question my dog eating it. Not the safe meal I was after before a 14 hour flight. Spaghetti on the plate was equally inedible. Only thing good was the salad appetizer. Do yourself a favor and keep looking. This place was horrible.

This restaurant does not serve black people- period. I waited 20 mins after being seated at a table watching them sit a Caucasian made adjacent from me and being water and show him the menu. My friend asked where the bathroom was and the staff responded by pointing at the back of their hand as if to say your skin color- wth does this have to do with the location of the bathroom? Worst. Restaurant. Ever. Never tasted the food but seems the reviews speak for themselves.

My wife and I stopped here for breakfast, oddly, because it was very early in the morning in and everywhere else was closed. To date, it served what was probably the worst meal of all time, but it was a hilarious experience. We weren't angry, because what do you expect from a Pizza Hut breakfast served in the Beijing airport at 5 AM? For that reason, it remains a fond and hilarious experience for my wife and I.

The worst place I've ever been to. My son and I got a "steak". Very strange experience. Seemed like not real meat, jelly like tasteless substance. Our stomachs both immediately reacted. It took me hours to fight it down. My son had diarrhea. My other son had a "pizza" that wasn't really a pizza. Wife had fried rice, which was ok, only over priced. The five star "reviews" here are clearly fake.

Das Personal ist äußerst unfreundlich - wir wurden bei der Bestellung und auch danach kaum eines Blickes gewürdigt. Zahlung nicht mit Mastercard, aber mit Visa-Card möglich. Auf der Speisekarte stehen nur die Titel der Speisen auf Englisch da, die Zutaten sind nur in chinesischen Zeichen. Das Essen war okay.

El personal es totalmente incapaz de atender a más de 3 personas a la vez y no cometer errores en absolutamente cada pedido. Nos trajeron la tarta de tiramisú y nos hicieron esperar 40 minutos para la pizza. Las pizzas son decentes para ser…...

My worst food experience in life. Pizza are so thin and crusty you can fax them. I would not qualify the steack as meat if blind test. Honestly you should shut down this place.

Worst restaurant in the whole airport. The servers hardly speak english and they are really slow. The pizzas are horrible and tasteless. Also they brought the dessert before the pizza, total nonsense.

Have been here for the 4th time, the clam chowder bread is amazing. Pizza fresh and delicious, way better than many pizza huts I’ve been to. Not sure why the low stars.…...

We sat there for 20 min with NOBODY serve, no menu, no water, no anything but hot and smelling moist air. Those zombie waitress let us wait forever.

Pizza place that doesn’t know how to make pizza, the worst pizza no sauce no taste they should stick to tea and tiramisu because it was good!

Personnels non accueillant, à la limite du désagréable. Pizza sans goût.
