One of the famous Hindu temple in Yangon, wide compound with many buildings inside. There are several entrances but main entrance on the moe kaung street. After entering main gate will see the main temple and surrounding temples. Good to visit if you want to feel Hindu culture statues, curvings and paintings. Vehicles can be park in the street beside of the temple.

This is a temple dedicated to Vekatesaperumal an avatar of Lord Vishnu. The Temple is under renovation and Painting at the time of my visit on 30.12.2018. It is expected to be completed in a fortnight before Pongal festival. I am unable to have Dharshan of the presiding Deity as the doors of sanctum sanctorum was closed for mid-day.

SRI KALYANA VENKETAESA PERUMAL TEMPLE is situated at Moe Kaung Rd, Yangon The ancient temple at the Yankin Township is one of many temples at this town and many temples are over here and there .

Beautiful temple... Must visit for all hindus... Unfortunately it was close when I went there...
