First timer to Let's Relax - the ambience and location was nice however the masseurs technique were mediocre and subpar. it was really disappointing experience given that the price we paid for 3750 baht in total for a 1 hour and 2 hour aroma therapy massage. The masseurs also did not make us feel comfortable, felt like they were touching us for their own pleasure rather than actually massaging us. It didn't feel clean too because they soaked and heated the towel in the COMMON sink (where people wash their hands and spit) they used to wipe our bodies with. We felt itchy afterwards. Typically, the proper procedure is to steam the cloth in a separate area. We went to a neighborhood massage parlor that was a 1/5 the price but was 5 times better to make up for our disappointing experience. Would suggest others to do the same as well.

This spa chain, with branches in Thailand, China, and Myanmar, including the Terminal 21 Rama 3 location, is convenient for mall-goers seeking massages. The service is good, and the spa room's dual sides add a sense of spaciousness. The welcome drink and mango sticky rice after the massage were delightful. However, during the foot massage in a non-private room, loud customer conversations prompted me to use noise-canceling earphones. Additionally, staff chitchat during the massage contributed to the noise. The adjacent boxing gym's loud sounds were also noticeable.

4명이서 방문했는데, 2명은 만족, 2명은 아쉽다는 평을 받았어요. 일단 터미널21 6층에 위치하고있고, 시설은 깔끔하고 직원들 응대도 친절하신건 맞아요. 저는 핫스톤마사지를 받았는데, 일단 저를 담당해준 마사지사님이 초보인게 느껴졌어요. 하지만 저는 그런게 문제가아니라, 핫스톤마사지의 구성자체가 너무 별로였어요. 제가 동남아 여행다니면서 핫스톤 마사지를 많이받아봤는데 다른곳은 전체적으로 쭉 마사지해주신 후에 핫스톤을 사용해서 마무리까지 끝내주시는데 이곳은 오른쪽다리 마사지 대충한번하고 핫스톤 꺼내오고 왼쪽다리 마사지한번하고 또 가서 핫스톤 꺼내오고 양쪽 팔도 마찬가지 몸도 마찬가지, 앞판 돌아도 또 마찬가지였어요. 90분 받는데 왔다갔다하시느라 시간의 절반은 날려먹은 느낌이었어요. 거기다가 마사지사분이 초보라 마사지도 별로 시원하지도 않았고요. 그리고 또 다른 불만족한 친구는 조금 비싼가격의 마사지 프로그램을 선택해서 받았는데 가격대비 마사지가 매우 별로였다는군요. ㅜㅜ 방콕에만 열개가 넘는 체인이 있다고해서 어느정도 표준화되어있는 마사지를 기대했는데 너무너무 아쉬웠습니다.

I have to admit, I was a bit apprehensive about coming to this place because of the price. But let me tell you, it was absolutely worth every baht! The service here is top-notch, and the massage therapists are incredibly skilled and professional. If you're dealing with the aches and pains of office syndrome, I can't recommend Khun Saithong enough. She is hands down the best and truly understands how to alleviate that specific type of pain. Don't hesitate to give her a try - you'll be glad you did!

Don't even deserve 1 star. They cancelled the booking not according to the terms and conditions. They made us travelled all the way and yet only found out they cancelled. Cancellation notice not even send out by text, call or email. Very bad experience with this branch. And staff are extremely rude.
