The washing machines automatically dispense detergent and softener, you have no control over this and can not use your own. For me, that was a nice hassle-free solution, but for some people that might not be suitable. The only other laundromat I've used in Bangkok is Otteri in Bang Rak/Surawong. Compared to that, this place is slightly more expensive, but I actually think it's just as good. At laundry empire you get 10thb coins and the exchange machine works well. At Otteri you get tokens that can't be exchanged back so you typically overpay, and their exchange machines are often times quite fussy. Remember to bring 200thb for wash+dry, only 100thb bills and smaller! Recommended

This is the worst coin laundromat ever! Most washing machines smell like molds. And 100bhat for a single use of washing machine is overly priced. They say we don’t need to use a detergent and softener because they provide those automatically when we run the machine. But the clothes smelled awful at the end of the washing machine use. when we left our bag next to the washing machine while the machine was running, a huge(more than a thumb size of) cockroach was found in our bag when we came to pick up our clothes. It was definitely a gross and nasty experience. also they need a lot of maintenance work to be done. It was such a waste of money.

This was a great neighborhood laundry in an upscale area with nice hotels and cafes. You can have a coffee while you wait for your laundry. It was 10Bhat to wash and 10Bhat to dry. They do have a change machine. There is also a table with 3 chairs that is out of the sun. There is a concrete picnic type table directly in the sun. I used this place many times during my almost 3 week stay. I did have to call the owner because a few machines had been broken over a week. She did answer and spoke English. Also one of the nicest parts was that the soap and softner is already in the machine so you don't need to bring your own. It's also open 24hrs.

i need quick laundry self-service while i was staying in the area. found this on google and give it a try, if you go during night time, will be dark and lonely but is totally safe because there will passerby. 100baht for wash, 100baht for drying, they provide detergent and softener, just bring 10baht coins or exchange on the spot with the self-service machine. i did my laundry and good for another 4-5 days without have to spend big amount for hotel laundry services. recommend for tourist who likes to explore new things while travelling.

Basic coin laundry. The space is open air... no aircon. Don't cry about it being too hot or flies and mosquitoes. There is a table and chairs. THB100 each for washing and for drying. Only annoying thing is... there are no instructions for the different selections on the washing machine. Washing machine automatically dispenses detergent and softener (Iwishit didn't). I prefer to use coin laundry versus over-priced hotel laundry or laundry services that beat-up your clothes. Recommended and will use again.

There’s only 4 wash machine and dryer here. Place is dark at night, only the washing machines area is lit. The restaurants nearby uses their machine to wash their table cloths too bcoz I witness one of the staff collected from 2 machines. Which they didn’t come back in time and occupying 2 machines for others to use as their cloths were there. Wash wise, not the cleanest. Some of my clothes has like kitchen smoke smell and others only a subtle detergent smell. Use if u r desperate.

This self-service laundry has only one plus - it's a convenient location for me. The rest are just downsides. It is very dirty here, there are no plastic baskets for laundry, as in other laundries. it is very inconvenient to transfer clean linen from the washing machine to the dryer. It is more expensive here than in other similar places. And most importantly, washing machines are very dirty. it's disgusting. I won't come back here again!

Detergent/softener smells nice, 35 mins per program (washing or drying) at 100 baht per program. Promotion on Tuesdays where it’s 80 baht for either wash or dry. Quiet area, happy that I get to do my own laundry here. Would like to see the dryer option for 10 mins/20-30 baht. That would be perfect since we’re not all doing big loads of laundry. Coin exchange machine that will take 20/50/100 baht bills and exchange them for 10 baht coins.

I went there 2 times. The first time was ok, just one washing machine and one dryer not functioning well and the other customer told me not to use them. 2nd time the coins machine are not working and you can't get any support. No phone number to call, no staff. So I have to go to another laundry. 100 baht coins is needed for washing and another 100 baht for drying. Detergent included. Not cheap though.

Gets the job done but beware The coin machine doesn’t work, and 7-11s and nearby business usually don’t have hangers to give unless you come in the morning. The machines accept only 10 baht coins. Only 4 washers and dryers... plus it’s $100 baht per load not 10... we saw a lot of people think it was only 10 and have to put their stuff away and go elsewhere. Good wifi though

More expensive then previous place I've done laundry and not much space yo fold laundry. Also the waiting area was in need of a cleaning. And the dryer cycle is definitely not enough time and I couldn't get change in time to extend the cycle. Otherwise not a bad place, esp since machines already have detergent and softener and they're quick.

주변 세탁맡기는곳 보통 키로당 100밧정도인데 시간 있고 돈 아끼신다면 괜찮아요. 세탁기 옆에 동전 교환기 있고 100밧에 35분씩 세탁 . 드라이 총 200밧 청결은 음 ... 외부에 있고 관리가 그렇게 되어 있지 않아 청결에 신경쓰시면 다른곳을 가시는게 좋을거 같아요. 길고양이 많고 옆에 마사지샵에서 세탁 대량으로 돌리심. 세탁은 35분인데 6분추가되어서 41분?쯤 마무리 되었고 건조기 35분 딱 맞춰서 끝남. 다른 리뷰보니 건조기 몇번씩 돌렸다고 해서 걱정했는데 물기 하나 없이 잘 마름. 세제랑 다우니 사갔는데 필요없슴... 돌리시고 옆에 카페 . 식당 . 마사지등 있으니 쉬었다가 확인하시는거 추천.

2023年8月中旬頃に利用。 4機あるうちの洗濯機が1つ使えませんでした（故障マークあり） 乾燥機は、4個中半分の2個が壊れていました。そのため、順番待ちになってしまい、暑い最中に結構待ちました。 壊れた乾燥機の1個は故障中のマークがありお金を入れられないのでわかるのですが、うち1個はお金を入れても80バーツ以上を認識しない、返却機も壊れている状態で、お金だけ取られる悲しい壊れ方です。 注意して下さい。 このコインランドリーの隣にクリーニング屋がありますが、ここのクリーニング屋がコインランドリーの管理をしているわけではないので、故障の相談に行っても解決しません。 コインランドリーにある連絡先に電話するしかないようで、旅行者にはハードルが高くお金は諦めました。

Laundry Empire is the outdoor laundromat, 100Baht for 35min wash, same for 35min dry. I think some of the reviews here are for the dry cleaner next door, as there is no staff here and the auto change machine will dispense the coins you need to run the machines. On a long business trip, these types of laundromats are life savers!

Avoid at all costs. Their machines are faulty and when I called to complain that my washing was stuck in the machine I was told somebody will come over to resolve the issue. I waited nearly 3 hours but no one turned up. Eventually I had to leave without my clothes. Absolute shambles.AVOID THIS LAUNDROMAT AT ALL COSTS

It's an open space self service. Area is not very clean, however the laundry machines are in good order and my laundry was cleaned well. You need 10x10 baht coins for one machine and the same for one dryer. There is a coin changing machine to the right of the laundry machines, which is smallish and easy to miss.

Basic outdoor coin operated laundry. 4 washers and 4 dryers. As of May 2023, 100 baht for each wash or dry cycle. Washers and dryers are good size -10.5 liters. I was able to wash pants, shorts, shirts and underwear in a single cycle. It is outdoors with no fan or AC. There is a deli next door with food and AC.

I think it's one of the best that I could find in Bangkok, it would be best for you to prepare your 100 TBH before you come here (if you don't have 10 coins of 10 TBH). You don't even have to bring your own detergent. They provide it here, and the instruction is well made that I could understand it easily.

Convenient, well priced, 100 THB for washer and 100 THB for dryer. Can handle big loads of clothes. Washer includes washing detergent however I would have rather used my own detergent more especially as I saw very little detergent in the washer when running. Overall happy to see this place in the area.

I did my laundry on Tuesday. Pretty sure there's no Tuesday special offer since I was still charged 100 Baht. Laundry is clean and gets the job done. 3 out the 4 washer/dryer are working. Detergent is automatically added, you can only select what temperature you want the clothes to wash in.

Double the price of Khaosan's self-service laundry. The washing and drying machines do work. The higher price is understandable as Khaosan is a cheaper area. But the main big problem here is the terrible mosquito infestation at night if you sit and wait for the clothes to wash/dry.

The coin change machine works well. Maybe be fixed soon. Washing and drying machine looked good. However, it is located just beside a road , not inside of building. So there are not any places or chairs to take a rest. A lot of dust and exhaust gas of cars are free gift!

I would give it a 5 star but not sure if there would be thrives to rob your clothes. Lol.. but good place to get your laundry done in less than an hour for express. Only costed 200 baht. Saves your money from other laundry services that charges 500 to 600 baht.

Best laundry if you want to do it your self. But you have to bring 200 Bahts of coins 10 baht each. 100 baht for washing and 100 baht for drying. You can wash pro 10.5 kgs and dry the same for it. Remember to bring along a large bag for your clothes.

きちんと動くものと動かないものがあります。金額表示に100と表示が出ている洗濯機を選んでください。アルファベットが表示されているものは、コインを入れても動きませんでした、、、しかも一度入れたコインは返ってきません。また、両替機は動いていませんでした。 ちゃんと動く洗濯機では普通に洗濯出来ました。 洗剤や柔軟剤は洗濯機にデフォルトで入っているので持参する必要はありません。 なお、徒歩数分のところに70バーツで洗濯できる有人のコインランドリーがあるのでそちらをおすすめします。

I needed some clean clothes before my flight this evening and this place was very adequate. I washed 3 T-shirts, 4 pairs of underwear, 3 pairs of socks, and a pair of shorts and it dried on the hottest setting with one cycle.

環境有點髒，機器也沒有常打掃，衣服洗完很容易被機器在弄髒，等候空間雖大但昏暗/髒亂/積水/沒有座椅 很不方便，其實泰國洗衣服的觀光客不少，希望商家賺錢之餘也能注意衛生，能把空間好好規劃。
