My first time ordering flowers with them, for valentine's day. I was a bit reluctant cause there are not many reviews and also, I am living in the oversea. Very fast service, communicative and reliable staff. Take it as a suggestion but, a cooler system would be great to keep flowers fresh. Some petals are dry. For the website, it would be better if you can make it clear when the payment's been received. Under the payment received, I was confused by another layout that tell me to pay with a thai bank when I did already paid. Overall, great experience, I recommend

The photos of the rose bouquet were sent to me before dispatch, and I was really impressed with how punctual the delivery was.
