What does the owner do? How the manager hasn't been fired yet with all the bad reviews ?? nothing changes… I hadn't been there for 3 months and still the same thing, the staff is disrespectful and not professional at all.. They turn ON the lights and bring the bill over 30min before the closing time and before we finish our game !! It is indicated closing 11:00PM, it is the time when the customers leave not the time when the staff has finished!!!! OR then change the closing time of the Bowling for the customers.

We went there 4 times. The bowling is well maintained. But there are two horrible and unacceptable things ; - The staff is very unpleasant and not at all professional, 1 hour before the closing time they turn ON all the lights and bring the bill ! how is it possible 1 hour before?? who is the manager and what does he do?? 10/15min before it’s understandable but not 1h before !! - The second thing is the DJ, the music is much too loud each time, we can't hear each other speak.. you have to shout to speak

Location is decent but needs maintenance, it has not changed for several years - which is certainly a problem when the system has been breaking/freezing for years. I recall a previous visit where the staff tried to cheat me on change for a cash payment as well, but that was several years ago and I believe now you only make your payment at the counter so there's probably less risk of this occuring. Staff are beyond ridiculous and need a lot of training.

I've enjoyed many nights at this lane with friends. The downside is the performance of the lanes whereby atleast half of our games have been interrupted with machine errors at different times, they clearly need servicing. Typical problems include the machines picking the pins up end up dropping loose pins back down or the balls getting stuck and not being cleared leaving a players turn open and stuck. They haven't fixed these problems yet.

This is an awesome bowling alley! I love the Blu-O bowling alleys! They have awesome music, and a great DJ. They also do fun prizes and competitions. They're all in Thai, so I don't ever understand anything, but I won something once. They have an awesome menu, that's mostly Thai food, but they have bar food like french fries and nachos, too. This one has 20 lanes, and is smaller than other Blu-O's, but it's still great. Excellent service.

This was my 2nd visit over a period of several months. They clearly over grease everything. The balls were greasy after every throw so I had to keep degreasing the balls. They even managed to get the floor greasy so I slipped when I threw my first ball. Staff did clean the floor and provided me with a cloth to clean the balls that I could use instead of paper tissues. Will most likely not return to this branch due to their grease issues.

Don’t come here. They mislead you with their prices stating that it is 190 baht per game when it is really that per person. On top of that, in the middle of the game, the lane malfunctioned and we were made to move and then they completely messed up our scores with no additional follow up. I’ve never left a review on maps but feel passionately that if you care about having a good time, don’t come here. They will ruin your day.

Expensive and the pin reset mechanisms are broken. At least 7 times in 2 games we had to have someone climb into the mechanism and manually remove pins that had got themselves tangled. Eventually we were moved lanes but no discount given. Don't bother buying pitchers, they are smaller than two bottles. Had a laugh, but for the wrong reasons - I think maybe they have farang lanes that they daren't give to locals.

Went there on a Sunday night, walking up was an experience, but we are in Thailand, unfinished construction is not surprising. However, the music was blasting so loud we spent all of 2 minutes there before deciding to leave. No bowling for us, but trust me, if you care for your ears - believe all the other reviews saying it’s freaking LOUD there. Sad. The venue itself is ok, a lot of lanes, most were empty.

The lanes lack good maintenance as there are frequent equipment problems. Been that way for years. Music is almost always too loud and frequently profane. Ex: I am here now on a Sunday afternoon with lots of families and the DJ is playing a song that screams “…clap your f*** in” hands”. Almost every other frame the lane shuts off and a staff member has to come fix it. If you don’t mind any of that, it’s OK

The dj was awful our group left with a headache, they also brang a drink over to our table which we did not order and assumed it was free as the dj was announcing prizes every 2 minutes on the microphone so we assumed it was a prize, to then be charged at the end and told it was a double shot drink and refusing to take it off the bill. As a group of 7 we will not be returning!

Pretty empty when we went. I think they have some group deals, so can be a good place for a party. Some of the automatic machines were messed up so the wrong number of pins were placed back, and sometimes there were delays in getting the pins placed...but the ladies were there watching so they could quickly fix whenever it happened.

Tip: 1. Go early afternoon or late evening to get a good lane 2. Don't eat the food here, its horrible and not clean 3. The purpose you visit this place is purely to bowl, the lanes are good but staffs can be rude. 4. The prefered bowling balls are difficult to locate as the staffs generally dont put efforts in organizing it.

A bit crazy on the neon lighting and club music but my buddy did have an epic bowling score so it was enjoyable although not at all like the bowling alleys in America that I remember from the 90's. Very annoying that one can't even take a practice ball since the score is not controlled by the bowlers but rather the office.

The staff is not good when we buy platinum card which is work of 12000 baht thay said whenever you come we will give you vip room if that’s available. But when we came next time they changed n said if our side also full then only can give vip room wow means ther cheated us . That why I m very very angry on this place.

I've been here a few times and for the most part, it's been ok. But today I couldn't even stay. Bowling is a social activity, so I don't understand why they have the music sounding like a nightclub. It was so loud, even thinking about it now, is giving me a headache. I probably won't be returning to this location.

Cool bowling alley with food and drinks. Don't forget your socks if you're planning to bowl. Pretty decent price per game. Food is a bit expensive but pretty good, some of them can get really spicy. Beer is actually at a reasonable price, but cocktails and mixers are pretty expensive.

Nice bowling place. Convenient to access from Ekkamai BTS. The music could be a bit lower though. The service was good and it is possible to come with kids as they have equipment for making it easier for the children.

I enjoyed my bowling experience here. There’s a bar even ! They have shoe rental if you need. There’s a karaoke area too.

190thb per game per person and 50thb for shoe rental. We had a lot of fun there, wasn't crowded on a monday afternoon.
