March 17, 2021 - brought a friend of mine with his wife and a teenage son this afternoon. They're from Sylhet on their way to USA via Doha following day very early in the morning. Check-in: was as smooth as it can be! I did 'early check-in' on behalf of my friend. Nice greetings and well-received at the F/desk. Prompt, efficient warm and courteous with a smile. Reasonable price with a generous discount for us since  I know the owners. The room: (#303) was exactly what we've asked for, a double with a/c (brand new). Clean sheets, well-furnished very wide and comfortable beds with white linen. Ample furniture, nice drapes and all the shower amenities, fresh towels in the bathroom. Lunch - although late afternoon, my friend ordered some lunch through room-service. White rice,  Chicken Jhalfrezi and Dal Makhwani was served promptly by a courteous waiter. Clean plates and silverware with complimentary salad was brought for us and served. Very reasonable pricing.  I noticed, they have a wide selection of foods, which made me happy. Lobby - their lobby is well-decorated, with plenty of couches for seating. Two wide-screen monitors keep the guests well entertained. In the evenings the hotel plays soft, soothing background music. The water fountain is a nice compliment with the chandeliers and a lobby cafe which serves a full assortment of coffee and pastries. F&b - this hotel has banquet services, 24/7 room service, lobby cafe and a rooftop restaurant. The rooftop restaurant run by Idris (Exec. Chef) has a food menu with wide selections, i.e. Continental, Chinese, Thai, Indian and Bangla foods. In the evenings it has a nice view and fresh bar-b-q every evening. Overall, this has been a very nice experience. I will definitely recommend it to friends & family. And come back here again. Many thanks to the crew for their excellent service.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in who called it self luxury. Found dirty stained disgusting bed sheets and hair under the comforter . When I called room service they 1st told me it's a laundry wash stain, it clearly was not. After room service finally arrived and showed them then gave me an apology. Only 2 bottles of water were in the room. I called the room service and they told me to call the restaurant but no one picked up. I left to check out and asked for water again and had to wait 25 min for a bottle. The room itself was full of water and other stains. There is a clear indication zero maintenance is practiced in this hotel. Never again will I ever book or stay in this disgusting hotel.

It was previously known as Hotel Tree Top. It has taken over by current management. Location is very good for airport passengers. Rooms sizes are good. But, they don’t have any King size bed in any room. I booked with full full room rent for my friends family of 3 members including a baby going to USA from Sylhet. While I booked the room they assure me that the room has a king size bed. But, it was a semi double bed while my friends family checked into the room. Later hotel management informed me that they don’t have any king size bed. It was 1:15 am. Then my friends family have shift to another hotel in Uttara that night. Hotel management refuse to return the money, even they don’t help this family to get another hotel. Room rent is also high comparing the amenities they have.

খুব, খুব খারাপ পরিষেবা। তারা ইংরেজি ভাষা বোঝে না। ঘরে কোনও ওয়াটার হিটার নেই। অর্ডার করার 20 মিনিট পরে তারা আপনার কাছে আসে, এবং সেখানে কোন কাপ চা নেই। আমি তাদের কাছে 3 বার অনুরোধ করেছি এবং তারা তা করেছে। না, তাই আমি নিজেই তাদের নিয়ে গেলাম। সবকিছু আপনি নিজেকে অর্ডার আছে. এবং এটিও অনুসরণ করুন। লোকেরা হোটেলে বিশ্রাম নিতে আসে, অভ্যর্থনা কর্মীদের জন্য অপেক্ষা করতে নয়। বাথরুমে গরম জল সীমিত হওয়া ছাড়াও, গরম জলের অভাবে আমি দীর্ঘ সময় ধরে গোসল করতে পারিনি। বাথরুমে ঝরনার জন্য কোন নির্দিষ্ট জায়গা নেই খুব খারাপ

Worst hotel in Dhaka, small rooms, AC not working properly, WIFI being disconnected by them again again, very poor service, not allowed to order from outside and Instead order from their own restaurant , in which coffee tastes like sugar in water... Very rude behavior, just trying to loot u In any way ...so I suggest to never visit this hotel... Rooms are costly and so small , that u don't have enough space to move... Washroom are poorly maintainted, u will feel suffocated.

It's expensive for what it offers. The guys in the reception booth are not welcoming enough or helpful enough. However, the room cleaning and restaurant service providers were friendly. Speaking of restaurant, the free morning breakfast is just a joke. Just paratas and bread with omlete, dal n vegetables. That's it. The good is their rooftop lounge and the cleanliness of the overall hotel. Overall, it's just passable.

Pictures say a lot. Overpriced based on service and room quality. Most of the rooms are smoking which might be troublesome for some people like senior citizens and nonsmokers. The location is great but the amenities, room conditions, toilet condition and others look below standards.

This hotel to be avoided like plague. There isn't a single non smoking room in this hotel, every room is strong stench of cigarette. Rooms are extremely dirty, with tons of stains (bed sheet had nasty bodily fluid stains). Bathrooms were super dirty and no towels. I wish I can give this place a negative stars. They dont deserve a single star.

Below average stay. Don't go by seeing their pics. Those are fakes. when I asked them about the pool, the receptionists were laughing. Breakfast was very poor. There was only 1 option and it was the same for all day's stay. So you better look for another hotel. :)

The hotel ambience is good. I like their service & the food was fantastic. The room is small but cozy,neat & Clean. They also possess a rooftop restaurant which is also pretty nice.

This is located on Nikunja-2. Accessible place for people’s belongs to middle class . Everyone working here is very sincere with their guests. There is a 24/7 helpline facility. They are very careful about the safety & best hospitality .

Not bad but i say better luck next time.

I stayed on the 2nd floor, the service was good. But there was no WiFi all night. There has been a lot of work loss for this. And the bed was not at all comfortable. I will not go for the second time.

From the start they are dishonest. The photos they are showing is not this hotel, it is stolen from web. Those are from Artists Village Hotel in Ubud, Indonesia! So after that can you trust anything?

Very near to Airport. Good place to stay if you have a transit flight, or flight the next day. Staff are friendly. Rooms are just okay, nothing fancy.

Awesome hotel.....Obviously it is beautiful & have some good facilities in this hotel...I already stay 3 night... But didn’t find any problem....

Really a comfortable place to visit. I found all luxury experience in a budget price. Special the room is very comfortable and their rooftop.
