I'm not using this service again. I ordered a meal two hours ago. The app said it would take 45 minutes to arrive. I receive a phone call telling me it'd take 1hr 30 to arrive because of traffic. 2 hours pass the app says food isn't even ready. After more waiting, I receive a call saying "one of the orders isn't available as it was taken off the menu a month ago." Why tell me that? The only menu that should be of concern to the consumer is the one Bhoj shows on the app. After 5 minutes I receive another call-"The amended order isn't available either". At that point, I chose a meal which frankly I wasn't very happy eating, Nevertheless i was hungry so re-ordered. I then receive another call five minutes later. "We only have desserts available". I cancelled the order entirely. I was meant to be eating 2 hours ago but here I am writing this review, hungry Please consider using other food delivery services, or cooking at home.

Hands down the absolute worst food delivery service. Their average delivery time is 2-3 hours. Everytime they call to apologize for the delay but I can't even cancel my order as I have money sitting in the wallet and it will just get put to the wallet but they won't refund it back to me.they don't even give a tentative time of delivery as it depends on the rider being available or not. It's like being forced to order Everytime as I need to get rid of the money so that I won't ever have to use this app again. Do not recommend at all. This business needs to either refund people their money or just shut down. I write this while still waiting an order that was placed more than two hours ago and still the delivery has not even left the restaurant.

Wanted to get some food but the order the got cancelled because it does not get delivered outside of Ring Road, which they completely fail to mention in the website. Oh well that's good and all, I say, bad luck on my part I guess but then they go and tell me that they are not gonna refund my money immediately. I only get their so called Bhoj Wallet balance which I cannot use to get food because they do not deliver to my location. Now I have no food, I have no money and I am left with nothing but disappointment. The only save and grace are the nice people working customer service at this hour, god bless their hearts, too bad I can't eat them or their kindness to fill my stomach.

Plz take this as a feedback. 1. Delivery drivers - No Mask, Bags are covered in dust, no bag protector like Foodmandu drivers use. 2. They have a separate menu in Bhoj app than what restaurant provides at the compromise of the quantity. For instance, the quantity I get to dine in at Sams one tree for similar item (Chicken Roast with Sides) and the takeaway was reduced by half at the same cost. This tactics is a scam. 3. My major complain is in regards to quantity, not just once but many times. Has the food been tampered, plz find a way to keep a track on it. Maybe share the photo of food before delivery.

Worst customer service ever. Even though they don’t have products, they are taking order and after taking order and payment they will call you and say the ordered products are out of stock will replace with different products and after saying that they again will call you and say they are out stock of that products as well and when asking for refund they are saying they will do refund but not into our bank account instead they will give voucher which can be used for future order. What the hell. I don’t recommend this service. If there is ZERO for rating I would give Zero for there service.

Very unprofessional team. I ordered some goods and paid via my card as per the app to suprise my mom at home but later they called and told my mom the price which they listed themselves in the website is wrong so she needs to pay them more. What is the meaning of surprise if they are asking money for their own mistakes. If you guys increse the price , do update on your website first . You can’t ask for more money than you yourself have listed on your app/website. Just giving you 1 star because there is no 0 star. Plus they don’t even bother to reply.

With little address information available, the delivery person went to great lengths and made sure that the order was delivered. This app has allowed people living abroad to treat their families in Nepal. I had tried few other apps for the same, but the user experience was not intuitive, whereas this app saved the day. It was easy to use, and accepted international payment cards without any hassle. This delivery was a big deal for our family, and allowed us to show our love to our grandpapa, from half way across the world. Thank you very much, especially to the delivery person.

This app is below one star. The worst food delivering app in Nepal. I ordered the food at 3.50 PM and it wasn't delivered till 5.50 PM. The food was collected from the restaurant at 4.20 PM. The riders & bhojdeal team are purely unprofessional. I'll file a lawsuit against them and inform the media as well. So unethical and unprofessional. They think that the customer is a fool and they try their best to make them feel so. And the best part is they marked the order as delivered and did not even refund the amount.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Bhoj. When placing my order, I was enticed by an offer indicating a higher order price and the option to add a surprise food item for just 1 Rupee. However, upon delivery, I was informed that my surprise food order had not been placed, and it was not reflected in the app either. This deceptive practice raises concerns about the integrity of their pricing and promotions. I believe this is a significant issue and should be addressed to maintain trust with customers.

Don't expect your food to arrive before 2 hours if you are ordering from bhojdeals..Very bad experience with bhojdeals multiple times..they take forever to deliver..once the order was so late that I tried to cancel it but there are no any options in the app to cancel once the order has been placed..so I canceled over phone. But they insisted I receive my order anyway and they would waver the delivery charge..you turn from hungry to hangry waiting for them to deliver..

Worst food delivery app. Never pay before the food is delivered. Paid the bill and Ordered food . 2 out of 3 times they cancelled my order . Reason 1) restaurant cancelled the order 2) need to wait for 2 hrs Problem is not with cancellation but the amount that I paid before is deposited to my bhoj wallet instead of my paid account. Worst delivery service today i ordered some food from 30 mints distance restaurant....but they took almost 4 hours.... I think they give priority to money not on costumer..... This company is a scam. I ordered groceries through this bhojdeal. When I received the merchandise, lots of items were missing and it was replaced by cheaper one. They charged me full amount and KK mart told me that since I purchased through bhojdeal it would be refunded in bhoj wallet. I have been trying to reach their number but they never answered their phone nor reply to my emails. I don't recommend people to purchase through this website.

We dont deliver at night, we don’t deliver while it rains, we forgot to place your order due to chaos, the amount of your cancelled order cant be transferred back to your esewa or khalti wallet , it will stay in bhoj wallet. I ordered chicken biryani costs 350 and 150 for delivery. And after 1 and half hour I recieved literally 4-5 spoon of rice( 4-5 gaas pugne gari sano kachaura ley ek kachaura ni thiyena hola, tyo ni long grain rice ho, biryani nai haina. I ordered the cake and it was delivered by bhoj deals .. it was really disappointing that the service was very poor my cake arrived one hour late and there was no half message(note) on the cake as it was not carried properly so probably it got destroyed in. As the cake was received by my parents and I couldn’t complain it on the same time with the photographic evidence .. i don’t recommend this service at all.

If I could only give no star. They are so proud on what they are doing. They are so committed to deliver in Kathmandu, but are unable to deliver in Kirtipur as according to them it doesn’t cover under their delivery location. I used international card and it charged me way more than the buying and selling rate for that day. That too not only once but many times and when I tried to ask about it, the said it was technical error and we will try to correct it.. and this was the answer everytime i call them... now they barred international calls also... on top of that when I asked writing an email, they didnt respond...

Worst food delivery app so far. They were more than 30 minutes late from their estimated time when I tried to contact them they had a excuse. And after being delayed by 30 minutes of estimated time finally rider says ordered items are finished. Where as restaurant said they did not receive any order from bhojdeal yet. I use Bhoj deals often. My recent experience made me to review here. Bhoj deals, Please make sure to up-to-date the price of groceries items. Customer paying the price difference after 1 day of ordering is not fair and unacceptable. Customer service communication needs to be clear and not misleading. Hope the service wont degrade further. Don't use their night delivery service. They made me pay for delivery but did not deliver to my location. I have to go 5 km away from my home in middle of the night to take that delivery. A good alternative is Khannpin. They charge you just Rs 50 more than bhoj but they deliver you their own cooked food and also deliver you exactly where you want.

This app scammed me. I paid for my order and it suddenly gave a notification of there’s sth problem in network. I checked the connection, everything was fine. My bank account got debited but my food never reached. I tried to contact them but yeah no response except one computer bot trying to link up with their app.
