It is best gym for ladies at Alnoor town ....not expensive .. Environment is neat ,clean n safe for ladies.. Ghm trainer is nice...sincere and she is extremely reliable and punctual.. Always set n ready to start training ahead of time with an exercise routine planned.She guides v nicely.. She is co operative I throughly enjoy mo work and fit

It's best gym for ladies Alnoor town ... It is affordable gym for everyone. Here is lady instructor for ladies... She is well trained and full focused on guiding and training. Gym is neat n clean I achieved my fitness goal easily with the help of lady trainer .... I highly recommend..

Weird gym even they have no trainer I am not recommending for ladies as they are not guide how to exercise and what was the perfect angles
