I gave 5 stars because there were only so much. I stayed with my wife in a villa with private pool and beach access for one night only, but man oh man! The villa was super clean inside and outside in the pool area as well. Anastasia was our personal villa manager that we contacted on whatsapp all the time for anything we needed and she really went the extra mile on any request, most of the times even anticipating our needs! Thank you so much for making sure our stay was perfect!! I was blown away not just by the level of privacy of the villa but also by all the surprises and amenities that were complimentary for celebrating our anniversary!! The island is full of activities and surprises that we didn’t have enough time to explore and enjoy all so I would suggest to stay at least 2-3 days!! We’ll definitely be back for more!

The most surreal experience of our life! The island is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It really is the maldives of Dubai. And the service is impeccable. The staff go above and beyond and we felt like royalty! The food was delicious and the staff made sure they asked us again and again if we needed anything! Also one of the nicest coffees I’ve had!! They literally asked to clean our room every few hours and the cleaning staff always left a little surprise in the room for us with towel art! I have toddlers and they absolutely loved the kids club with very playful and attentive staff they played with them for hours and hours while we relaxed. I have stayed in lots of fancy hotels and this was 10/10. Absolutely recommend and cannot wait to go back!!!

The main issue was paid activities and services pre every service I have been asked to pay though payment was done online even though I been charged for items which must been included within the package ! The stuff was so warm welcoming but transportation wasn’t comfortable at all felt like using a service boat other thing was the cinema experience poor in terms of facilities due to rain had to watch the movie at a small meeting room food was average special the room service tried it twice and always serviced cold had to ask for warm up. The system issue was a nightmare had to show mail Receipt for every paid activity

Our stay was amazing! Hotel personnel was so friendly, polite and helpful. They made us feel like we are part of their family. The hotel area is very clean and having some birds who are walking and flying around. Room was big, clean and having amazing sea view . The food was delicious, especially in Helios restaurant. Service worth 5 stars and even more ! Special thanks to Arve, he made our stay so comfortable! Will come back here again with great pleasure!

Starting from the welcome, everything was fantastic.The team was there to welcome us with a band and we stayed there in villa. Qamar restaurant staff was very helpful and good in service especially Diksha, who served us throughout our every visit. Such a peaceful place it is. Dear management team please pass out thanks to Diksha and Aliia for helping us throughtout our stay The only thing that was odd that they charged us additionally for the boat service to resort.

Our experience was 10 out of 10 definitely coming back. Surprised by the outstanding service provided since we arrived at the Welcome Centre to take the boat to the island. We stayed at the villa with private pool and loved it, super comfty, big and clean room. Shout out to the incredible service given by Swe, our villa host, who went above and beyond with her personalized and special care for me and my husband on our Anniversary and stay, forever grateful. Food is delicious and all the staff has a great vibe as well.

We had a very blessed experience, every thing was clean and ready for us including early check-in and late check-out. Villa host Dilan Silva was always available, and he even arranged breakfast time from the night before, staff were very friendly and welcoming. Loved the pool and the room in general made us feel like home. Definitely will visit again.

Fantastic, all around! The island is beautiful. The food and amenities are exceptional. There is a beautiful view of Dubai from the gym. The beaches are covered in sea shells, which is very fun (recommend water socks if you plan on swimming in the sea). It is isolated, quiet, beautiful, and all around incredible!

Everything in the hotel was at the highest level! The rooms are spacious and clean, the food and beverages are delicious in all restaurants! The private pool has the ideal temperature both during the day and in the evening. The staff is very nice and caring!

We booked the most expensive villa for 2 nights but ended up staying 1 night. This hotel should be a 4 star not a 5.
