Was there in Dec 22, horrible place. Flight was at 16.20, at 16.10 we were still in the umpteenth queue getting passports checked for the umpteenth time. Endless slow-moving queues, obnoxious staff, people pushing in left, right and centre, no organisation, and all the staff seemed to be on a go slow. Yuck. August 2023 update: here again. Less flights going so a much easier check-in. Shops pretty sparse, and even then the ones that are here aren't particularly well stocked. WARNING: free WiFi available but you will need a Pakistani SIM to receive the password. Workaround: the nice friendly chap at the duty free store gave us a hotspot, we registered using a relatives local number then used the hotspot to WhatsApp him and get the password. Tedious, short-sighted set-up, but we had to have WiFi!

عمرہ زائرین کو پہنچانے کیلئے ملتان انٹرنیشنل ایئرپورٹ پر گئے ہماری فلائیٹ صبحِ 4:00 بجے کی تھی رات 12:00 انٹری تھی میں نے جب وہاں دیکھا تو حیراں رہ گیا یہ لمبی لائن اور اس لائن میں بزرگ خواتین و مرد حضرات تھے زیادہ عمر کے لوگ بھی باہر ٹھنڈے فرش پر اپنی باری آنے کا انتظار کر رہے تھے ٹھٹھرتی سردی میں کوئ بھی پرسان حال نہ تھا کاوئنٹر والے صاحب سے رابطہ کیا تو انہوں بند شیشہ سے مائک پہ رابطہ کیا کوئ بھی متعلقہ آدمی معلومات دینا تو دور بات کا جواب بھی نہیں دے رہا تھا خدا خدا کر کے ان کو حال کے اندر داخل کیا آگے کیا ہوا اندر بھی وہی معاملات تھے یا کوآپریٹو سٹاف تھا ایئرپورٹ کے حالات بیان سے باہر ہیں سخت سردی میں ہمارے پاکستان میں کوئ بھی اشارہ ایسا نہیں جہاں تسلی بخش حالات ہوں

worst experience of an airport, unprofessional, unfriendly, Rude and frustrated Customs staff and security, zero management, everyome there is clueless about how to manage an airport, the place is unnecessarily crowded, the customs staff, security and service providers are totally useless when you ask for help, they check your baggages and ask useless questions before you even check in, If you have a flight u must arrive 4 hours before your flight. And if you are arriving make sure to take the first seat and get out of the plane as soon as possible otherwise you will get stuck in crowd at passport control.

Appreciate the new building and facilties. Its theme relates to the culture of this city. Flight traffic is still very low here. There was only one flight from Karachi in the last three days. Plus points - Excellent cooling. Area of Improvement - When we landed and entered the airport from the gate, almost 80% of the lights were switched off, which does not give a very welcoming feeling, but rather the feeling of a haunted house. THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN AT AN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

This is a very good airport, it is not less than a gift for South Punjab, it is the biggest international airport of South Punjab, Multan Airport is characterized by very good service, but parking here is a bit difficult. It is found that the rush is very high, so there is no parking space and the parking fee is also very high. These people charge the parking fee which was 50 rupees earlier. It is also very difficult for the poor people and thus they can create many more problems.

Multan International Airport is the best facility for West Punjab. It covers all lower Punjab area. From Multan to dubai and saudia daily basis operations run. Boing planes fly from here. All International facilities are available. Very wide parking area available for all types vehicles. Prayer area and also there is grassy lawn in the airport vacinty. Airport security is very cooperative. All other staff is also helping. Only when there is rush trollies are not available.

Clean & quite spacious Airport as per the average flights traffic. Entering at Airport lounge takes too much time because of security checking the documents & and reference holding passengers breaching the line. Boarding & Immigration process is speedy. But a lot of security checks and I always faced a question.. From where you are? Where you are going? What you work out there?

It's significantly larger than the old airport in Multan, equipped with essential facilities such as restaurants, cafes, a prayer room, washrooms, and a well-appointed business class lounge. Overall, it's a positive development for the southern part of Punjab. However, the processing speed is a bit slow at the moment, and there's hope for improvement in the future.

Travelled to UAE from this airport. It is a quiet small airport with minimal facilities for passengers. Maximum 2,3 flights a day are scheduled. Normally Gulf air lines are being operated like Fly Dubai, Air Arabia, PIA Air Blue etc. immigration is usually hassle free and Quick.

Very good By structure, but i found some deficiencies. Outside all area found open. Need to cover especially parking area. Lawns, greenery was awesome. But need some shelters to cover in rain. Also need advancement as compare to other countries airports.

A well managed International airport. Airport security force is also doing their duty admirably. However, the area is overcrowded. There must be some limit of visitors accompanying a passenger to see off or receive.

Below average facilities, unfriendly and Rude CAA, FIA, Customs staff. Even the ground staff of almost all the airliners are as rude as the security itself.

The average type of airport with average environmental. There is much need of washrooms/toilets. Most of the people have to wait for their turn.

Was just okay. Lack many basic facilities like atm machines, boarding machine, working elevators, etc.

It's a good place. Money exchange is open 24/7 hrs. You can find refreshment items at reasonable rate
