The airport is a marvel of innovation and modern design. It’s truly one of the most striking places I’ve visited, boasting cutting-edge technology and impressive architecture. However, despite these advantages, there’s a significant issue that mars the experience: operational inefficiencies, particularly concerning Wizz Air. This leads to a situation where dozens of passengers are found sitting on the floor, despite the availability of new and stylish seating. This stark contrast between the airport’s aesthetic appeal and the actual experience of travelers is quite jarring. I hope the airport management will address these issues, especially with Wizz Air, to match the high standard set by their infrastructure.

This airport offers a good seating area with ample space for travelers to relax. There's also a wide selection of restaurants to choose from, making it easy to grab a meal before your flight. The airport lounge was fantastic with a wide selection of decent food and free drinks! It has plenty of seating available too, all with charging ports / plugs! The passport control was fast, at 1st there were 2people working, but once they saw more passengers coming they arranged more staff. The restroom on arrival is very small, as a result there is a queue, restrooms in Tashkent are better, but have to admit in Tashkent we don't have so many people travelling as here in Abu Dhabi.

State of art architecture , sophisticated and modern designs. Huge airport and very beautiful with great customer service and staff. The new terminal provides self-service kiosks, streamlined security checkpoints, and advanced baggage handling systems to ensure a smooth and digitised travel experience. One draw back is the long waiting time for baggage, I think this must be a temporary issue.

Brand new airport, everything is beautiful. From the check-in, passport control and security check, everything was smooth and fast. Good duty free with lot of options and most of the famous brands are there. Restaurants, coffee shops, souvenirs, chocolate, nuts, perfumes etc. while waiting at the gate, there are comfortable armchairs to sit and lots of places to charge the phone / laptop.

Slick modern, efficient, and crazy good design in public areas. Perhaps a little more attention in the flight passenger circulation areas. By this, it's not so clear when you leave your plane where the arrivals and baggage area is. A small anonymous escalator down. Likewise, the taxi rank is chaotic and not considered. Overall, it's a gorgeous airport, though.

Newly opened terminal. Real nice. Entry and exit are really automated and no need of human interaction. Sitting area is clean. Washrooms are clean and new. But the eating places are not much and less variety, particularly at the time of exit. They should make some food chains at the exit also while you are waiting for your taxi to pick you up

Big and new airport but not enough stuff. We have to wait almost one horse to make check in. There are priority chech in and open 3 check in desk only. They have to find solutions for more quickly work. Terminal 1 didn't have problem like this.

New terminal ,This was the most effortless traveling experience I've ever had. If you have your boarding pass you don't need more than 5 minutes exiting the passport control.

Easy access, plenty of space for parking. Highway links to arrival and departure and not too much traffic but then this all depends on other road users not getting it wrong!

Amazing architecture, state of the art design, incredible airport. Service is great, staff is friendly. My respect for all the staff who is working around the clock.
