Dubai International Airport Terminal 2 Arrivals is one of the terminals at Dubai International Airport that handles both international and regional flights. It is located on the opposite side of the runway from the airport's main Terminal 1 and Terminal 3. Terminal 2 is primarily used by low-cost carriers, and serves destinations in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa. The worst airport terminal in Dubai. Parking is not bifurcated for arrivals / departures. If you end up in the wrong one even for half a second you’ll have to either pay for the full hour or walk a ridiculously long distance to the correct section. Also, it’s 2022 and while all other terminals in Dubai readily accept electronic documents, terminal 2 departure section insists that you produce hard copies of basic documents such as PCR result, which they then force you to print from their own DNATA counter at AED 10 per page. This payment doesn’t get you any invoice showing VAT payment since the printing staff is probably doing this on the side. The printed page is then kept by the counter staff for internal reasons , so basically you paid them to print a page to be given their peers in the same booth for no reason. Also flights are mostly delayed and there are no real time updates online.

Dubai Terminal 2. One of the best places around the world airports. Very cleaned and neat. Everything is good for travellers. Lighting systems are very standard for airport. Business class terminal and area are very nice to welcome business class travellers. Face recognition systems newly introduced-while check-in, so that travellers can access lounge and other facilities paperless. Security system is very excellent with cooperative behaviour. Every sitting places are with minimum safety requirements for every travellers. Easy access for shopping with lots of choices. Even gold collection are very good. Have a safe flight everyone. Don’t forget your PCR test before your travel. ✈️

The worst terminal... Each time the change parking design.. There did 2 parking on for departure and one for arrival which were only one parking..... And without sign board showing clear between to entrances of 2 parking me and another 3 drivers entered the departure parking instead of arrival parking... And we just tried to leave the parking immedtialy to other entrance but we have been charged 30 AED and again I have to pay the same in arrival parking.. And when I complained to one airport employee he confirmed and admit that there are too many complanies in this regard If this is away to collect money by miss leading people sorry to say it is cheap way

Very bad service by the philipino staff. When I just asked her aate where is the immigration counter her reply was don't call me aate this is airport and bla bla. And the manager on the arrivals when I reported him about his staff he had not even asked her to apologise for her rude behaviour with me. Airport staff needs to be more humble and kind to all passengers because we leave our country and that is the first place we are stepping into. They better keep their attitude at their home before they came at the airport.

Keep in mind that experiences can vary depending on the time of day, airline, and personal preferences.

Arriving at Airport Terminal 2 was a mixed experience. While the facilities were well-organized and the staff were helpful, there was a drawback. The immigration waiting line was notably long, which added a delay to the otherwise efficient process. Once through, the baggage claim and overall atmosphere were positive, contributing to a generally smooth arrival despite the initial wait.

It's one of the smaller airports in Dubai which take 10 mins to get out if you have just hand luggage. The immigration has smart gates for regular visitors or resident who do not even need to scan passport or anything, just stare into the camera and in 10 seconds you are good to go... Mostly a hub for fly Dubai and an airport for the smaller budget flights.

Good and easy services, warm welcoming staff, clean and easily accessible. No time wastage especially at the immigration. Good and big waiting area. Metro station green line just at some few minutes from there and most specially the Dubai police Head Quaters at a 5min walk terminal 2. Taxis and Limosine readily available for transportation.

Nice and small terminal compare to terminal 1 and 3 .. the lane and the staff are nice specially those who operate fly dubai .. the best thing of this terminal is that everything is just too close the gate the immigration and the check in desk beside they got special gate for business class which is very nice touch from them .. …

After doing security twice to reach my connecting flight plus a 45 mins bus ride I finally reached the worst airport facility I’ve ever experienced , all the comms are Indian the place reeks of odors that are strong enough to kill small animals , and the fly Dubai business class lounge is lower quality than a 4 star hotel bathroom

Very fast and clear processes, not crowded, clean, friendly staff Rules were eased so even if I took a lot of time reading the rules and filling documents before starting the trip, I am happy that I used a small number of the documents like PCR results No new test was done Happy to enjoy faster the breathtaking Dubai

اذا كنت مع العائلة ولديكم سيارة مستأجرة فيجب اولا انزالهم في هذه الصالة الخاصة بالمغادرة وبعدها اخذ السيارة المستأجرة الى صالة القدوم وانهاء اجراءات التسليم وسوف تحتاج من شركة التأجير توصيلك الى صالة المغادرين حيث ان المسافة بعيدة قليلا بعكس مبنى رقم واحد حيث ان صالة المغادرة وشركات التأجير في مكان واحد

Terminal is clean and well maintained. Had to wait at the immigration line, but not for too long. We were provided tourist sims at the counter itself which is very helpful. Airport has Wi-Fi and clean washroom. No direct shuttle to other terminals. Just walk outside the airport to get cheaper cabs

One of the best airports in Dubai and the airport staff her name is Ms.Nimra she is helping us we can’t check in online we just ask her help the way she assists us I’m so happy not only for us other passengers also she’s helping thank you soooo much for ur help Ms.Nimra god bless you

Probably one of the slowest arrival terminals in the world. Expect to wait min 45 min from arrival to exit the aeroplane. Even if gates seems to be available you willbe stuck in the flight waiting for looong time to exit. Extrenely in-efficient …

There’s a lot of queue during the summer season. Also, the number of counters are comparatively lesser. If you’ve gone via the Emirates terminal, this terminal will not be to the best of your liking. Overall, a good airport with a lot of eating outlets.

Worst ever airport in Dubai. No any fatalities to passages. And the staff was very rude to Passenger. Not even nothing to say about it was the worst experience in my life with terminal 2 airport in dubai

Terminal 2 is for exit and to reach out connecting flights. If you don't have a boarding pass for the next connecting flight, you have to go into terminal 1 for check in.

Had to wait 6 hours for visa because the airport systems were down. No place to sit or rest, no access to even one coffee shop. No co operation from fly Dubai staff.

Lovely super but one thing need attention boarding area near smoking area opposite mosque need carpet cleaning so much tissue and even some used masks I show please

Amazing smart pass entry. Took 5 minutes to reach luggage. But realized no point making it fast when it takes more than half hour to get luggage

World's number 1 Airport. Fully equipped with every necessities of our daily life. Friendly and overwhelming staff. Its just amazing.

Very organized and quick flow of one traveller either you arrive here or depart. Parking is also available in volume.
