Filli has always been our favourite. Not only good food but they have great deals too. Value for money as they offer discount when using app. We come to Filli almost every week even on weekdays. Today, me and my daughter ordered online to use discount, picked up the food and decided to eat in the shop. While dining and enjoying the food, we were told that online food order is not allowed to eat in their cafe. Well, we got embarrassed and decided to leave. (Well the staff said we can finish the food but no more next time) I approached the counter and the same was confirmed by the Manager Ashish in Al Barsha branch. I don’t understand why, when the cafe was half empty. Whatever Management Filli has, it’s not customer oriented at all. It was a bad experience as if we were eating outside food in their cafe. Never again we will come back in this branch.

Chicken Quesadilla was good, first time trying it here. It was a bit spicy but that’s fine with me. I ordered lassi for my drink, it was good but not that cold! The place and sofa was comfy! Well….just a piece of advice on their customer service. They should be welcoming and please greet the customer, you are in the F&B industry. ‍♀️ Their staff doesn’t know how to greet customer.. even the assistant manager who took my order, didn’t even bothered to welcome and say “Hi..Helloo.. Good evening, what can I get for you?” “Enjoy your food” etc. I’ve been working in f&b for a very long time, welcoming and friendly to customers is very important. Need to improve this guys!

It was my first time there and it was a nice experience overall. We had masala chai with sugar which is too sweet by the way. So it's better to drink a small tea cup with sugar rather than going for medium. The one thing i love about the atmosphere is they have outside seating which i loved the most. You can chit chat with friends for hours. And the staff is very friendly. Overall a nice experience i would recommend it.

I recently dined at Filli and had an overall decent experience. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating options, which is a plus. The ambience inside was cozy with good lighting and fixtures, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My experience was unfortunately ruined by the lemon mint drink I ordered. It wasn't refreshing at all and came out warm, which made it unappetizing and detracted from the overall experience. I ordered the club sandwich and while it was tasty, it was nothing extraordinary. For the price, I was expecting a bit more. This branch has an outdoor seating area which also allows smoking.

Filli cafe .. this place is everyone favorite. Recently visited them in their Barsha branch with my family and came to know about their collab with Britannia. They launched 3 shakes and 2 Chaats Shakes are available in 3 flavors... Treat for Tat, Bourbon Shake and Nutri kadak. My favorite was Nutri Kadak . Maska chaska chaat is Momos chaat in Veg and Non Veg flavors. Both are equally tasty. We also tried their famous tea and veg Quesadilla. And loved the flavors. Overall amazing experience. Do try their shakes .. they are pretty good Special mention for Mr Amit , Musheer And Roman for outstanding service

How such managers are hired who does not have Customer service skills!!! We ran inside due to rain and the manager was making faces and said annoyingly something to waiter. Then thr momos were served in a very bad manner broken and spilled and we asked to replace them. Again that lady manager was looking in anger at our table. We love filli and coming to barsha. But it ws a bad experience due to her. Not expected.!!!!

I got the mushroom omelette and corndog and I really liked it. The chai was also nice. I even bought the merchandise mug. The staff was really sweet and nice, but in the same time professional and fast with the orders.

Good place for grabbing a quick bite. Cozy place with indoor and outdoor seating area. Taste of food and quantity are very good. Staff is very friendly, however service can be little more quicker.

Great choice if you’re craving a strong desi chai. They serve a wide variety of chais - with different flavor-enhancers like saffron. Nice outside seating area - but limited space inside. Keep that in mind for the summers! They also have a takeaway carton which you can bring/take to a party. I am not a big fan of the carton though as the cardboard smell overpowers the natural tea smells. But - it remains an option.

A very nice cafe in a very calm place. A good place to sit late at night. Good taste, calm, clean and great customer service! RTA car parking available in front of the cafe.

We ordered Caesar salad for sharing and it is not made fresh while lemon mint drink is too sour. I recommend their french fries and sandwiches tho. If you preferred less sugar for you Karak Chai Tea just let know the crew. They serve it with 100% sugar. PS: No washroom/toilet available.

Read few recent reviews that service was not up to the mark. Would strongly disagree with them as the staff were extremely cordial and friendly. Especially Sahil. He even remembered our previous day’s order when we went back to ordet the same kathi rolls. Even though we reached at 1am and about to close, Sahil still arranged for us to get our orders. Really great staff.

Another FiLLi! Amazing noodle cups were here!! As usual, their tea is not good only, it is great!!! Few steps from Mall of Emirates we can sip an excellent cup of their famous zafran tea

Excellent place to catchup with friends and family for a fantastic cup of tea with French fries or samosas. Most of their locations are just perfect hangout spot.we usually go to he one on Jumeirah Beach next to kite Beach. One can grab a warm cup of tea and walk along the beach bare food in the sand. Good experience.

Place is cozy and relax to have any discussion with your colleagues. I recommend Zafran Tea, the taste is great but very sweet. The Manager, Ajay (amazing person), help me to change a new cup with a better taste and less sugar.

Just ate Bun Kebab, a nice presentation; however, the taste wasn't of the authentic Shami Bun Kebab. The Samosa was also alright; the material inside the samosa needs to have more life in it; it was literally a minced of vegetables
