From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The hotel's Greek charm and ambiance added to the overall atmosphere. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment. The room was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was also ideal, with easy access to the city's attractions and the beautiful Greek scenery. Whether I was exploring the historic sites or simply enjoying a leisurely stroll, the hotel's proximity to key areas made my stay convenient and enjoyable. Visa Greek Hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend it enough. It's the perfect choice for anyone looking to experience the beauty and hospitality of Greece. Excellent location and easy to reach. Relatively quiet area compared to inter Dubai. Easy to get anywhere from there. Can have nice daily walks over there with plenty of restaurants and cafeterias in the area. It’s. A new upcoming area in Dubai. The area is very safe and clean. The hotel feels very luxurious even through the rooms are kind of small. Very good place for new years celebration with views of Khalifa tower. The restaurant in the patio is excellent with great views during the day or night. The infinity pool is also although small but has excellent views and service is extent.

I recently stayed here where the standout feature was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the staff. Raju, one of the employees, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attentiveness and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my overall experience. Additionally, the floor supervisor, Riyas, displayed excellent leadership and attention to detail, ensuring that everything ran seamlessly. Also the service extended by front office and dining experience made my stay memorable, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking top-notch service.

I stayed for several nights on a work trip. The staff went out of their way to assist us and the food was excellent! We tried Soulgreen one night which is within the hotel. I greatly appreciated Elvis assisting me with a late check out due to an evening flight back home! The view from the terrace is extraordinary. Also loved the little groceries shop across the road from the hotel for the odd thing. :)

Me and my family visited this place and we enjoyed the moment. We love the food and drinks. The service is excellent and the waiters were attentive to our needs. Mentioning Mary who never failed to ask if everything is okay in our table, she is amazing. So far all is great as what we expected from the start. Hope to visit here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it was an absolutely positive experience. Special mention must go to the two ladies at the reception who were exceptionally kind and customer-oriented. They made my stay pleasant right from the start and were always ready to assist. Additionally, kudos to staff member Ali Hamza, whose daily efforts to maintain the cleanliness of the room were truly commendable. I really love this place! We went here for the lunch buffet and the food was fantastic. Our server, Mary, in particular gave us some really good service. Warm and kind, very quick on her feet too. Thanks so much to our server and the restaurant itself for this wonderful Christmas lunch with my family.

An absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The service provided by Nigesh was exceptional; he is an incredibly hardworking and warm individual. They promised to arrange anniversary cake, but they forgot and couldn't manage and they provided mini cake from lobby which was disappointing and they told they will give it in morning before check out!! Also the valet took 30mins to receive my car..sorry but won't ever come again or recommended anyone to this hotel ever..

Amazing hotel with breathtaking view. All the stuff is very kind and always available to help with anything you might need. Our room attendant Mohamed Rihan was the nicest person and every day our room was like sparkling new! We enjoyed every minute in Vida Creek Harbour hotel and we will definitely come back!!!

Really great Hotel. Kind personell. Important: You need to get a room with the creekside view. The rooms are cleaned every day. I am very satisfied. Especially Dhupsing from the housekeeping does a great job and met all my expectations.
