Stayed in room 113. Bathroom floor constantly wet must have had a leak. Toilet drips all night long highly annoying when trying to sleep. Fridge sounds like it’s vibrating its way out the room. Door to balcony we could not get open. Room didn’t feel like it had a good clean just a tidy. Staff around pool very rude constantly moving me from pillow to post due to me not being a resident. When selling the holidays they should state your on low quality (the rest are high quality but your not allowed on them) sun loungers in the shade with no sun. A male member of staff also walked in our room in the middle of the night. Would not recommend the Wyndham it does not have the 5* feel that other places on the palm have. The pool situation is dire and have never been made to feel like such a peasant at a pool. Do not go here there is much better hotels on the palm

Nice Hotel apartment. There are not many restaurants in resort. We had book only with breakfast. The breakfast was almost everyday the same, it was ok. It is very loud due to a construction site in the neighboring area, beginning from 7 am till late evening. The Swimming pool is good and family friendly. The beach, which has a view to the palm, is clean. They upgraded us from studio apartment to one bed room apartment after I requested a room that is away from the construction site at the. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Zain and Sadik and many other (unfortunately I didn’t notice their name) Unfortunately not a 5 Star hotel like it is described. We are generally satisfied.

Amazing stay at the Wyndham Residences. The reception service team were great. Carolyn was very helpful with our questions and calling us taxis when required. Martin helped us a lot trying to locate our lost phone. He went above and beyond The housekeeping team Bimala and Akbar have made our stay more memorable. Greeted by swan and penguin towels always made us smile The stay here has been super great and highly recommended.

We spent a very nice week at the beginning of October in this establishment. The complex is very beautiful, modern, clean and lacks nothing. The staff is top notch, whether from the valet, lifeguard at the pool, reception, service or even the cleaning staff. Special shout out to Bimala and Akbar who were extraordinary with us throughout our stay. I naturally recommend it.

I booked 2 rooms to celebrate my birthday with family. Up on check in I got a complementary upgrade to the suite room as per my member level. Rooms is big,but so dirty. All tables with stains. Showers need maintenance and cleaning. I didn't get any birthday complements!!! Staff is helpless. Even we assist ourselves with luggage...Pool open for other hotels and it's need to be fast if you want get a sunbeds. On the end we was disappointed.

We couldn't enjoy the pool at all as we were told the only sunbeds that are available to use were literally facing the wall (back of the pool bar) all the rest of the sunbeds were only allowed for residence or paid VIPs. While all of them were empty, It's still not allowed to be used by hotel guests which really defies the point of staying in a hotel. Would have been much simpler/cheaper to rent a room from the residence.

The property is very nice and beautiful. They upgraded our room to a bigger apartment with all facilities. Enjoyed our stay. Special thanks to sadik and Karina for their customer centric approach that made our stay much better.

We are a couple staying here in this hotel for 2 night for new year countdown. All staff here are very nice, especially EDNA she is super friendly, kind and very nice to us. We love her

Nice resort but different from other resorts as it is quiet. There are not many restaurants in resort. Swimming pool is good. They upgraded us from studio apartment to three bed room apartment also. We had gone on our anniversary and they provided us with complimentary cake also
