was really excited to try out this place that opened in my neighborhood and have mixed feelings honestly. we ordered the shawarma plates. chicken and beef. -chicken was very nice, well flavored and seasoned perfectly cooked well as well. -the fries were good. well cooked, well seasoned -the toum (garlic white sauce) could use more pronounced garlic flavor. it was a bit lacking in that. -the tahini was good but again could use more sesame to bring out more flavor. -the beef was a disappointment.had a strange flavor of cloves strongly it very over cooked and dry as well. in addition they could very well add some fresh parsley or vegetables to their plates to make it look like a more complete meal. -delivery as well took a long time. considering this is 5 min from my house and it was a shawarma plate which didn't require much preparation. all in all to compete in this local market they will have to up their game there are plenty of better shawarma places that are better priced and better quality of food. would have loved to have this place succeed because this is so close to my home but unfortunately was disappointed

I was in love with this place even though it was priced on the higher side the arabic shawerma meal regular was fab, I never had an issue paying for it cause of the quantity and quality. HOWEVER, as of recent apart from the increase in price and reduction in the quantity and low quality. The service quality is just so pathetic! MY LAST EXPERIENCE: I called for pick up went out there. The guy came to deliver the food to my car and when I gave him the card to pay his response was "ohhh my god" and pondered for a second or 2 and went in make the payment...the least you can ask from this place is to respect your customer forget about honouring! If you are the owner and you are reading this....please don't loose your business because I like supporting local businesses than commerical but i sorry to say i wont be going back ever again.

The guy on the phone was verrrrryy rude. I ask during my call that if they have a delivery since I am a first time customer and I am not familiar with the way they operates for delivery. And he said yes and he gave me the number on WhatsApp for delivery. He did not inform me DURING the call that the delivery will be after after 1pm. He should have inform me right away during our call that they will take the delivery after 1pm and explain me the reason. He even ask me if I just call to fight?? I mean seriously??? Why should I even ask for a fight when I am asking in a proper way? Is that even a proper way to talk to the customer Though he offers a 20mins delivery I had to declined because of the way he talks and raises his voice.

It is really not surprising to see such a restaurant with such rate in such a nice place. I stepped in to place an order and the gentleman on the cash counter seemed very busy talking to his team. I stepped in: "no attention" Reached the counter: "no attention" Started looking for the menu: "Still no attention" I had to tell the guy. Would you please take me order then continue. He didn't even bother himself to look at me although I was in front of his face. I turned Back " Still no attention" I reached the door leaving. "Yess please" he said. THIS IS THE WORST AND RUDEST EXPERINCE I EVER HAD.. Please don't visit this place.

2 months ago, when I first moved in to Damac Hills 2, I was surprised by the quality and taste of their shawarma, I recommended it to all my friends to give it a try, they used to serve literally one of the best shawarma in Dubai! The service was super slow but still the taste was soooo good, I even told the manager one day that please make sure that you keep up the good quality and don’t change… but unfortunately, lately their shawarma became tasteless! The bread is dry and the shawarma is being served cold! I gave it another try but still they lost it unfortunately! That’s a shame

One of the best falafel shawarma’s in the Emirate of Dubai for the offered price. Very reasonable. Service and delivery is a little slow, be prepared to wait - but for some good food. Place has revamped; but taste is the same as earlier.

Great falafel and falafel sandwiches.

I said don't trust a restaurant that can't spell the food they are selling.. Went in, the guy at the front desk was busy chatting with his colleagues. WHAT IS HIS JOB??? anyway someone standing next to him wrote our orders down.. Food did not take long to get served.. Food was good.. The place could use some renovation.

I used to always buy shawarma from this place until I heard the manager or whoever screaming his lungs out at the employees, saying how he will “cut the salary if they don’t do XYZ”. Absolute shame to see people still being treated like this. Avoid this place like the plague. Super slow service and the person taking the orders looks and sounds like he’s doing you a favour.

The service overall was slow, but acceptable. The prices are acceptable when compared to outside stores. The portions are generous. BUT: The beef shawarma was super spicy for some reason The chicken shawarma was over cooked The rotisserie chicken tasted bad, dry, and the spices were overwhelming. Not recommended.

Ordered shawarma via phone and went in person to collect, i saw they just attending walk ins promptly and i had t wait for my shawarma....After the wait when i finally had my shawarma, I felt it was not a great shawarma at the price they sell it. Lot of mayo and sauces in the shawarma i ate with no salads.....not recommended......

Worst shawarma that i ever tried food is late and cold i tried fatta doesn’t have any taste of fatta chef from Nepal to make arab food without even teaching him how is it done i don’t recommend at all

I ordered only one Shawarma sandwiche, and it took with them too much time to prepare it, although after waiting too much time, it was cold. Moreover, the cashier was rude. Not recommended at all.

The food is excellent, generous portions and great prices. My visit was fun especially the customer service was friendly and cool with eloquent english... I highly recommend

This place is the worst! It takes you 40 mins for your order to arrive and I only ordered 2 shawarmas! How hard could it be?! I could have cooked it myself already!

Came from India I always had bad experience with shawarma shops ther until I came Dubai I went to this place wow horrible is not the word I can say brother

Use to be a great place to eat. Unfortunately I will never eat here again following recent experiences
