"I don't even know where to begin!!! We flew in 2 weeks ago and needed quick laundry service before I could resume work. Mahesh welcomes us with open arms and eased us with same day pick up and drop with extremely reasonable prices!!! But my favorite was the cleanliness and precise folding! the clothes have such a clean smell and stay that way even after an all day trip in the hot sun! Friendly courteous customer service. If you need a clean amazing laundry place for a laundry service here is your place!!! Fun fact- co owner (Amira) speaks Japanese and I am learning one word every time I visit.

If you value your clothes, specially if you have expensive ones, DO NOT contact this laundry they don't listen and if they do they okay dumb and do whatever they like. Clearly said and remarked both in WhatsApp and to the person on the phone 'NO IRON' yet they returned my clothes full of iron marks. EDIT AS SEEMS I CANT REPLY TO YOUR ANSWER...STOP LYING YOU WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, YOU RUINED MY SHIRTS WITH YOUR CHEAP IRON. NOTHING YOU CAN FIX.

I have been trying several laundry services now and I have found Southside Laundry to be the most consistent. Your clothes come correctly sorted, smelling clean, and hung the way you want them to be. They also always come on-time during pick-up and delivery which is a plus. The owner is also easy to speak and flexible when you need changes to your orders. Will stick with them and truly happy with the service.

Southside Laundry always picks up and delivers on the days they say they will. They advise when they will be later than originally agreed and never take longer than 1 hour to respond to WhatsApp messages. Their ironing is of excellent quality (I have not used their other services yet) The staff are courteous and professional in their interactions, I definitely recommend their services.

I used Southside laundry only a couple of times. I wasn't very happy with the first steam iron delivery, however, post my feedback I was glad to know that I was promised a free next lot and they did the job extremely well. Post that their service has been impeccable. The most I like is how quickly they respond. Keep up the customer service cuz that's what most clients look for.

Worst service i ever used. Dont do carpet cleaning even if they offer it for free! They took my carpet they gave it back with defects and they refused to do anything only to return what i pay! Am in dubai since 25years. I never cane to such poor service and CS. We raised a complaint to get back our rights.

Honestly amazing service from start to finish. We are without a washing machine due to moving house and south side laundry service was a life saver. Picked up the washing and brought back a day later. Value for money and the service is amazing. I would recommend them to everyone.

I had some issues the first time I used them but the owner of the company called and did his best to revert the situation and was following up all the time and he also was open to suggestions to improve their service . This makes a difference,
