Rooms are basic but have all the amenities needed.... Great staff! Fantastic location.. there is a gym but no pool... there is a local pool 10 mins walk away which is lovely and lifeguard present.

Very good hotel for vacations with family. Been to 1 bedroom deluxe appartment. There is free basement parking, helping staff, very good option for those who want to have hotel with kitchen. Can cook meals, crockery is available. Room service is very good, visit daily. Appliances and furniture are a little bit old fashioned. There is adequate balcony space for sitting in the morning & evening. Location is good enough to have restaurants, pharmacies, health center, taxis, online delivery services, barbers, etc. Public transport is a little bit far.

Having an experience in staying in 5 star casino hotels overseas, I can tell that Christine in the reception has a warm and welcoming heart. She made us feel at home . her communications and coordination skills are intact. She reviewed my booking and re arranged a deluxe room in comparison to the studio prior prepared. What makes this Hotel special are the people working here. Hope the management gives her some sort or reward , appreciation , commendation or anything thats suits best to keep her motivation going and set example to other staffs to do their best in work.

They dont replenish toiletries... coffee.. bottled water... on succeeding nights even you have paid for the same. The curtains obviously never dry cleaned ...found cockroaches..when you request makeup room they didnt even bother to change the towels.. the night shift receptionist is saying.. the complimentary stuff is only on the first check in.. stayed 4nights...they only upgrade i guess if they feel like upgrading or based on nationality...

Very good! Surrounded by alot of retail shops. Vicinity is quiet. No unnecessary sounds that can disturb sleep. Clean, smells good and spacious. Reception is friendly and accommodating. Quick staff response to needs. The first hotel I've seen that provides Loofah! For body scrubbing and good bath. 6th floor complimentary bath was amazing and has free massage!! The room is not aesthetically appealing and very simple, but has everything for a nice quick stay in the city. Subarashi!!!

The bangladesh/indian receptionist is not approachable at all. How many times we come and visit the hotel this lady dont know how to entertain guest. Im a hotel hopper this is the first time i saw a hotel receptionist who is rude to the guest. Train your staff to be approachable.

Rooms are decent but be careful hotel reception staff most of them misbehaves especially a guy name Adbul . They don’t give guest respect and misbehave and laugh on you and if you complain nothing changes may be that’s why they don’t care and they will charge you for every basic things which no hotel in the world ever charges .

Very rude experience. We were looking for the hotel apartment for sometime and wanted a studio for a few months. Went to Ziqoo and the worst part is that the receptionist was doing something on his phone / laptop and didn’t even bother to ask why we are at the front desk. We politely walked away after waiting for about 5 to 10 mins

Location was appropriate for our purposes. Hotel is quite and service is provided daily. Rooms are correct size for a couple. Bed and pillows are hard but they support your back very well. Black out curtains are useful. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, washing machine and a large fridge. All in all, good value for your money.

Very good hotel apartment in Discovery Gardens. Rooms are well maintained & cleaned regularly. Staff is polite and friendly. They have a food court and other ammenites like spa, swimming pool etc but i didnot try these. Rates depend on season and will recommend anyone to personally negotiate to get the best offer. Sometimes it may result in an upgrade, sometimes some additional days stay.

A nice place to stay, far from the crowded city, plenty of greenery nearby as well as a lot of Indian restaurants offering pure vegetarian food and South Indian food.

My company booked me here while I visited their office in Jafza. Super hotel with very kind staff who were always greeting me with a lovely smile. Rooms large and comfortable and I loved the Japanese style of decoration. Will definitely be asking my company to book me here again next time I come to Dubai

Comfortable, affordable. They spent money on really nice King Koil mattresses. The neighborhood is filled with Indian restaurants and even a barber for 10 AED. If you want more upscale dining, the China end of Ibn Battuta Mall is about 10 minutes walk. JLT and Dubai Marina are 2-3 stops on the Metro.

A very comfy apartment with every facility one can think of . Very courteous staff and fluent in english. Even the room service guys and security guys are so courteous . You will feel like a vip all the time . Only negative point is small gym and less options in breakfast .

Very nice ambience and well maintained rooms, room boys are friendly, location and services are very good, only the problem is the TV channels, my kids were not able to watch cricket.

It's an old property but service is prompt n good. There are no food options in this hotel, but since it's located in discovery gardens, very near to ibn batuta mall, there are many restaurants that easily deliver at ziqoo hotel. Location of this hotel is really good.

Booked for 20 days found it very calm and peaceful. Located at very prime location of discovery gardens with grocery, restaurants and bus stop are just at walking distance and also nearby to Ibn Batuta Mall. Staff is helpful. Enjoyed staying here.

Not in the city centre bat very near to the IBN Battuta mall and the station train . Good service and a very big guests rooms. Any apartments have a good and completed kitchen with wash and dry machine. Japanese style. Friendly.

The room was nice but there was no room service neither a proper restaurant for breakfast and the breakfast set up was the worst part like no tags like nothing. Better they should improve on those things.
