أفشل من الفشل ما شاء الله. من أفضل الأمثلة على تصعيب المعاملات على الناس عبر اجبارهم على التقديم الالكتروني الفاشل بدوره. المجيب الآلي يغلق الخط بعد ثانتين من عدم اختيار رقم. لا يوجد انسان يرد على المكالمة لأخذ شكوى. لا أحد يستطيع تقديم المعاملة. رقم الواتس اب الذي اعطوني اياه عدة مرات لا يجيب على الرسائل. الموقع مخرف، يرفض ارسال الطلب بسبب عدم اختياري لحقول لا يسمح لي باختيارها من الاساس حيث تظهر علامة ممنوع، عملت حفظ مسودة للطلب لأعود أراه حذف بعض الحقول ولا يسمح لي بتغيير حقول أخرى. جدا متعب، هذا كله بعد تأخير شديد للرد على معاملة بسيطة. تعبتم الناس وصعبتم عليهم في حين يجب أن تسهلوا عليهم. أرجوا من قسم التقنية المعلوماتية والتوثيق التأكد من سير المعاملات وأتمنى أن يحتاجوا لعمل معاملات ويروا الصعوبة التي يضعون الناس بها.

Was a great experience, from start to the end everyone was humble and joyful. Everyone who was working they were respectful and wishing us for our new journey. When we reach there in the judicial court, we were looking for the GATE 5, so the security in charge helped us. Once we reach there in the Gate, again the staff and security was so helpful, than when we reach to the marriage register office. There was waiting but not for marriage but waiting for marriage certificate. I was really happy the staff and security who works there are really friendly. Thank you so much. I would recommend to all those who wants to get married.

It was very memorable to say the least. Not only that it is our wedding day but because of the accommodating, hospitable and very humble staffs. We are really very grateful to the Madam who has executed our wedding ceremony as she was really comforting and very joyful. Her smile calms me down. Though we came a little late as we are new to the area, they had made sure that all is OK. عندي طلب تحويل مخالفه مروريه للنيابه ارجاع الطلب عشان تعديل الاسم الاول باللغه الانجليزيه اصلا هي المشكله من عندهم عالعموم تم التواصل مع رقم دائرة القضاء وبعد الانتظار الموظف قال انا بخدمك وبعدلك اياه. وطلع مذاب ماعدل ولا شي ثاني مره اتصلت وبعد نص ساعه انتظار. جاني نفس الموظف اول ماعرف انه انا المتصل قال عدل الاسم من نفسك. وسكر التلفون بوجهي ثالث مره اتصل. وبعد انتظار نص ساعه وعلى طول طلبت اسم الموظف اسمه ا ع. شرحتله ونص الشرخ سكر الهاتف بوجهي قسمن بالله لايرقى يمثل ابوظبي وين الرقابه عنكم وين حكومة ابوظبي موظفين فاشلين.

We got married yesterday and it was the best experience ever! All of the staff are very accommodating and very positive to all the couples that will be married. The ambience is very cozy and heartwarming as if you’re not in a judicial court and the ceremony is very fast. Kudos to all of the staff including the Judges, the office staff and the security personnel as well, they are all very friendly and very happy for all of the couples. More power and continue the positive vibes!!!

What an amazing experience. From the Gate to the official marriage register department the process was so smooth . Specially the Judge in the register office she's the best. All the staffs are super helpful. And the way they greets, supports and respect you from the gate to the room was phenomenal. Feels like I'm on my own country and all of them are my guest. Very easy way to get married the process is quick and simple to apply. There were only 2 things I can complain or would prefer to change. (1) after the marriage we had to wait over an hour for the marriage certificate (2) instead of the recording playing all the text I would prefer to have person reading and asking questions it would definitely feel more special for couples:) I would even pay extra to have room decorated and someone reading

My husband and I got married in a civil ceremony at the ADJD this September, and we both were extremely delighted with our experience. Right from the application for the civil marriage, to the selection of dates and then finally to the ceremony itself, everything was smooth and the court officials were very welcoming and kind and made sure it was a sweet feeling. I would highly recommend this service.

Everything went smoothly. We got the date exactly when we wanted. We were so confident with service we engraved the date on our wedding rings. The simplicity and ease of getting married at the non muslim court is a blessing for couples with different nationalities. It's cheap and you need only passports. Seeing service like that in Arabic country is heart warming ❤️

The place here is amazingly structured, need a little time to figure out the places and sections, staff here are amazingly friendly and hopeful with all the inquiries. The problem here is the LONG waiting, sometimes you wait for couple of hours for only submitting or receiving a paper. One great thing is there are LOT of parking behind the new building.

Amazing experience, very easy and fast procedure, all the working staff there were super friendly and even expressed their joy and wishes to each and every couple. Myself and my now husband had a wonderful experience getting married here. Everyone was so lovely and accommodating and made us feel very special. It was only the two of us so an employee took some photos for us which was so helpful and kind. It was a very quick experience but really made a great impression on us.

I went there for the photoshoot of the lovely couple on their special of signing marriage certificate. The service is so nice and the staffs are so helpful and warmly.
