I love French Bakery for breakfast its really nice , but this specific branch I visited twice and very disappointed with service. Normally I would come in the morning while bakery is semi empty- few visitors, and still I have to seat and wait for the waiter to come to me for 15 min, than he finally saw me and asked me to wait little. So I waited again and guess what another 10min no one showed up, I had to go to the counter myself to place order for dine in . The same man was around and saw me placing order and said “sorry”. I mean you are not that busy and 3 staff behind the counter you can’t manage to come and take order? Because after placing order we have to still seat and wait for food to be served. And if you spend 25 min only for placing order.. it’s not acceptable. Not coming back to this branch anymore as its the same every time . But the food is still great and I love it, just to be served at any other branch

I have been a loyal customer to this specific branch for years. I usually visit once a month and I must say over the years, their franchise has really deteriorated. In my last visit, I witnessed extremely poor service offered by people behind the counter. Firstly, no one came by my table, despite sitting just a stone's throw away in front of the cashier. I always have to go the cashier to give my order. I have have done this in my last 3 visits now. Secondly, I ordered a regular black coffee and waited for 15 min. -no response (THIS IS NOT THEIR FIRST TIME. I usually say nothing if they look busy) -Wifi didnt work and upon requesting assistance they were looking at me for answers. Got an extremely poor response and they didnt do or say anything. it was bizarre. Management need to fix their work culture. Its disheartening to see such a place go to thrash.

Absolutely apalling service. When entered and sat down there were 3 tables being served and 4 employees present. No one even looked at me for 10 mins until I was the only person in the restaurant. Even then I had to approach them, they absolutely and utterly ignored me. When I complaint after being ignored for 10mins one of the employees even talked back to me. When I asked for a manager they told me that there was no manager on site. I used to come here often since I am washing my car nearby but they will never see me there again. The service and the management deterioreted to a point where I don’t recognise this place any more. Staff should also be educated on how to handle a customer. They looked as a bunch of students doing this as a part time job, not as professionals in customer service industry.

The French bakery at financial road branch has amazing menu and nice atmosphere, but unfortunately the service is very bad I went there three times the first time I assumed it was one time off although there was only few costumers and there were about five or six staff but no one attend to you literally even the lady at the cashier was busy doing something else you wait and wait and when you finally order keep waiting more and more, my third time there, I was the only person in the whole bakery and there were five staff and I waited 10 minutes to place an order after talking to three of them, everyone will say yes and keep doing what they are doing after one lady took my order I had to wait again 25 minutes for just an americano although I was the only one at store it is very disappointing really as the place has so much potential

We arrived and sat down. No staff greeted us, which maybe we considered were spoilt in Dubai. Most of the staff were busy behind the counter and even when I went up to the counter they still ignored me for some time. After ordering, we finally had waiter come to ask if our order had been taken. Food arrived in a good time frame but coffee came in a take away cup although we were dine in. Sandwich looked bigger in the photo. we got the smoked chicken beef jam and high protein club sandwich. Coffee tasted burnt and even sugar didn't take the taste away.

Very sad to write this but I hope the French Bakery management seriously considers this. We had ordered a cake yesterday evening and asked them to keep it ready by 12 pm today for collection. When we went there and asked for the cake the whole crew Were confused as if there was no order made. Such unprofessional staff I can’t believe how you are maintaining in such an old and established property. Raj who took our order acted as if he was not aware of the entire booking and had no absolute accountability. We had to wait for almost 25 minutes to eventually get the cake and due to this we were late to reach out party venue . I am totally Dissapointed and I would like to escalate this to the management .

I will never order cakes from french bakery again. I asked for delivery at 2:45pm and it reached to my house at 4:20 pm after my bday party has already started. What is more I have ordered a marble cake and they sent me a chocolate cake with white cream.It is disappointing that a bakery doesn't know what Marble cake is; if you open the Internet you can get a picture of what Marble cake is. On top of everything the customer service department didn't acknowledge my complain and didn't even try to admit that they sent the wrong order really very disappointing. I don't advise anyone to order from them. Bad service, late delivery and rude team!!!!

Me and My family order 4 dishes. The waiter did not write it down on a note pad and instead decided to memorize this during a rush hour. This caused her forgetting one of our orders. I was disappointed as I was hungry and ready to eat. I waited a total of 20-30 minutes for our 3 dishes. I understand this was in a rush hour but i am still disappointed in the service as i only ordered a sandwich salad and spaghetti. The food overall was not bad and was decent but customer service needs to be improved. (outlet mall)

Ordered through talabat beside reveiving my food late , after the first bite there was about 6inches hair stuck in my mouth from the food i called and asked to speak to their manager to give feedback who i was told not on duty , i insisted he/she calls the following day as I usually don't like to give a bad review, until now I've not received a call so they either don't care about their customer satisfaction or the manager has not been informed about what happened, either way it is very bad. Finding a hair in food from a reputable bakery makes me wonder what else i could find.

French Bakery is not new to the people of UAE. This bakery has been consistently serving us with best quality products and items for too long now. This Friday we decided to go and try their new All day breakfast menu and we were actually blown away by the expereince. The food was so delicious and at the same time healthy we just couldn't control our self to write about it. If you really want to have a good decent breakfast do try their new breakfast menum we tried below items from their menu : 1. Crogue madame 2.English breakfast 3.Egg benedict 4.Granola sante

We expected so much more from this place. We had breakfast and the food was ok. The omelets was dry and didn’t have any seasoning not even a pinch of salt. You expect to fine French toast in a “French” bakery but they don’t. What a bummer. The only good thing was the fresh orange juice and the ambience. Although the service was not too bad but the cleanliness of the place was zero. The tables had left over croissants and all over the floor were they had their best seating area. The cafe is empty I would at least expect it to be clean!

I’m not fond of cheesecakes or any cakes but on my birthday which I didn’t informed everyone about it and to my roommate specially. But I was surprised when she ordered a piece of cheesecake for me and I brought it to my work and there ., my colleagues finished my cheesecake but they love it and was asking me from where I get it , the cheesecake was delicious and not an ordinary cheesecake like you can eat everywhere. It wasn’t really that sweet so we enjoyed it and we are really satisfied and happy with that

I discovered this bakery while visiting Dubai for my wife’s birthday. They did an incredible job on the birthday cake I ordered and on short notice. The staff was very helpful and polite. I also had a cappuccino and chocolate croissant while I was there. I don’t write many reviews but this place was exceptional.

After speaking for 3 vendors to get my daughter birthday cakes, i reached French bakery, spoke to the most patient and professional customer service i say in this industry! Answering all the questions accepted my tough communication and made my order it the most calming and assuring way. I never post of comment or care about social media but i wish your management appreciate you the same way I did. Thank you Mark Arif what a wonderful experience speaking with you.

I’m French bakery customer for 10 good years and they never disappointed me with customized orders! I ordered Gender reveal cup cakes with a the design I wanted and they made the exact same thing! I thought it would be hard to make it exactly like the picture but they surprised me with how precise they were with the design. I would have liked the cupcakes texture to be more moist tho. But still giving them 5 star for all the good service they provided us.

The food and staff were amazing! But a place like French bakery should know how to choose a professional manager! He started to shout and yell on the employees infront of all the costumers where they were doing their maximum to serve the crowd instead of helping them and being so supportive. He is very unprofessional and irrespectiv, an action needs to be taken from your sude. This was in the main branch al satwa. Ps. Staff were so kind and helpful.

I tasted a perfect new option of cold coffee, the watermelon iced latte!! It is a good choice for the very hot temperature here in Dubai. Also, the customer service and food quality is amazing .. it’s worth it to comeback again and it’s definitely recommendable. I always love going to French Bakery anytime of the day may it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or midnight snacks as food is awesome, place is so cozy and the staff are great!!!! The outlet supervisor Mr. Dondie has his exceptional customer service skills and very hospitable makes us want to come back more often! Salute to this amazing team! I ordered a birthday cake and there was a mixed up with the delivery but the manager Dondy sorted out the issue swiftly and the staff Raj was very helpful though he was attending 3 tables at the time we came to the shop to exchange the cake. the cake is so fluffy and yummy. We will order again. Very much appreciated these two staff for delivering us a very good customer service.

Brilliant first time dine in experience . Though have ordered from them multiple times through different platforms ,the dine in experience was completely worth it . Approximately AED 200/- or lesser for 4 people . The food came in within 10-12 mins and it was superbly cooked and prepared and it was healthy and delicious . The cakes and pastries look like a delight .

Good quality, but service by the staff could be improved. One server was very stressed and angry with a delivery driver having taken an incomplete order and was throwing the bread into the back serving area. It was all visible to the customers waiting and wasn't very professional. Makes you wonder how they take care of your order of you're not there in person!

Wanted to order, they told me “ take a seat the waiter will come”, he didn’t, we went to order they said “no, you can’t order here, wait for the waiter”, it repeated 4 times before it drove me crazy and I left

Just want to share my honest feedback. The food here was great. And the staffs are very accommodating and very really very nice even though my kids are a bit naughty but the outdoor tables are very helpful and the restaurant is very spacious. We can also see burj khalifa from there. Will definitely come back …

The shop exists for many years and they have their regular customers . The space is not small and they have nice balcony . They have a good selection of pastry , cakes and sandwiches. I tried hot chocolate , mont blanc cake and different types of cakes and they were all good . I recommended for the sweet lovers .

The place has a great vide. Is open 24 hours. Well priced and the items are fantastic flavour. Ordered the butter croissant and the craquiline pastry. Superb is an understatement and service by Patrick was wonderful (at midnight)! Well done and count on me returning soon to enjoy the rest of the goodies!

Understaffed restaurant Staff is over occupied Service is so low , you don’t want to dine next time . Good quality , below average , don’t think we will visit this place again

Overrated. The cake Alcazar for example was made of 90%cream rather than cake. To quote Pheobe from friends " I CAN'T SEE IT" The mille-feuille was hard and full of cream rather than custard. That's not very "french". Free parking right next to it though and the coffee was good.

We sent a driver to pick up croissants and when they arrived to us (2 minutes away) they were hot and mushy because they were heated before packaging! In France croissants are served at room temperature. Heating croissants is a culinary crime. Had to throw them in the garbage.

The place and food were great. Especially Sebastian cake and egg benedict. 10/10 for Maria coz she was very attentive and accommodating, even though she's alone. She makes sure that the customer is happy with her service. Definitely, we’ll come back. …

Tried a couple of their sandwiches and found them pretty good. Philly steak is really good. Coffee is also on par. My favorite is, however, the cake section. Their triple chocolate is amazing. Must try. Prices are reasonable and the ambiance is great.

This bakery is open 24 hours a day and is very useful. My husband, who works irregularly, can get what he wants here even at night. And he will also make you happy as a warm kitchen for us when you are in trouble in the middle of the night. …

I received damaged cake and other item was not fresh. I think it is not coast 17 AED at all . It was dry like a wooden.

Visited the outlet mall in a weekday noon and surprisingly half the things on menu which I asked was not available. The best one can have here is soul in the bread boule.

The bakery place was awesome. Me and my friend enjoyed it fully))). The food was delicious. The starters were nice and the salad was fresh and greeny. It was fantastic! Definitely it will be one of my "often visit" places.

Very disappointing i heard anout their smoothies and i ordered and received the bottle only in half !!! And room tempreture and they even didnt bother when i raised complaint and didnt replace i wont order again from them

Been ordering cakes for occasions from here for years and always been satisfied. They have new and interesting flavours as well as the classics. Their sandwiches and pastries are great too.

Decent food options however the place is not up to standard, the toilets are a disaster, the A/C is weak and the WiFi doesn't work most of the time - better options can be found elsewhere

We totally enjoyed our English Breakfast! Not too oily plus the mushroom were not overly wet & the sausages are not dry like most places. The restaurant is clean & brightly lit.
