Most pathetic service ever, they made a dent on my car!! And it is a brand new car took it for a wash just after two weeks out of showroom and now it is full of scratches.. the person who takes money is absolutely useless and doesn't have the sense of talking to a customer.. do not take your car there to save few bucks.. they are utterly rubbish people.. all of them

They use to be very good. However for the past 6 to 8 months their quality has gone down. Left my car with scratches twice due to dustt wet cloth!! Worst they even refused to acknowledge. Update: I changed it as the guys cleaned the car from the front. Thanks

Appalling service. Massive wait to get cars dried and cleaned. And then charge full price even though they’ve done half a job after 15 mins of inaction with the queue not moving... really not good enough!!!! Go somewhere else, I will.

Been using Al Bayan at Jabal Ali for 8 years so when it closed down I make the 19 kilometres trip to come to Business Bay weekly because the service is just incomparable to any other. Great service...every time. Thank you

It had recently become very bad quality. They don’t wash it properly in the washing section. They left the car with dirt on the paint so when it was getting dried it turned into swirl marks all over. Very bad.

Good car wash in cheap price (32-40 aed) they take 40-50 mins to finish the car and if you come in day time they clean very good but at night they dont clean clearly and staff is also friendly.
