This department has the worst service I have ever experienced in Abu Dhabi. First, the location is wrong! I had to go to khalifa City following the address given online only to find a note on the door with a number and QR code stating it's downtown. I called the number like 100 times and nobody answered. When I tried to follow the address given on the door, it led me to the police headquarters!!! So I called them again, this time someone answered. I gave him my application reference number and told me no need to go there.. I asked him what to do next and he had no idea!!! How am I supposed to have my problem solved if you don't know how to do your job?!! These people dont know what they're doing!!! Their lack of knowledge has led me to all police station in Abu Dhabi who in return send me back to them (security media)!! This is so frustrating!!!

This direction for the Security Media Department is wrong. It is not located in Khalifa City but it is just near the Khalifa Park near the Ministry Offices area. You cannot easily see the building on the roads inside the area because the building is facing towards the main highway. You can do the NBI fingerprinting for Philippine embassy here.

Wrong location. Went to their supposed building but the post in their door says their new location is in al jazira but they’re not there also. The contact number posted in google is also wrong according to their call center agent, meera. She gave me a landline number, but no one ever answered. So where is this really located??

The location is correct. However there is no sign outside the building. Ask for directions at the supermarket below the building. The location no more deals with police security clearance and finger prints. For that go to General Head Quarter.

Any one to help me with clear location I need to get police clearance form with biometric but am confused where 2 go exactly
